Judith Arndt: I asked my pain doctor to recommend someone who could teach me coping skills after an unsuccessful and painful neck fusion. Dr. Macellari was very pleasant on our phone conversation. I explained that I needed coping skills to help deal with my losses and memory issues. At my appointment I did three hours of testing. What the results told me was my IQ, I have ADHD and I fall within the normal range in memory, math skills, vocabulary etc. When I asked about coping skills and such, I was told that that test would be $300 and that my insurance company would not pay for it. I found Dr. Macellari and my pain doctor both charlottins.

Sam Miller: Never had an ADHD doctor explain me to myself in a better way. He is excellent at what he does and makes you feel genuinely understood and cared for, can't recommend this facility enough!

Taylor Campbell: Was super excited when I talked to the doctor himself and felt safe going here, but when my health insurance denied my testing the secretary told me they're doing everything they can, and that was 2 months ago. Decided to call again and see if they appealed the denial and they said they did and it got denied again but my health insurance says they don't have any record of anyone trying to appeal it. Also they never called me back like they said they would. I don't know who's lying to me but now I have to try and hunt down a doctor that will actually help me. You guys shouldn't be playing this phone game with people. I'm having suicidal thoughts all the time and I can't control my anger I need to know what's wrong with me and you guys just made me feel worse. Had a breakdown on my living room floor.

He had great advice on things with strategies.I feel very good with our experience and feel he was very accurate with our diagnosis.He is super nice and a good people person. His receptionist is amazing as well!Highly recommend!

Nikki Schaefer: I will be honest I was a little nervous for my elementary aged sons appointment after seeing the other reviews but I trust my PCP and since she referred us I decided we would give it a chance. I don't normally write reviews but feel it's very important to correct this practices review ranking as I do not think it is a fair reflection of their practice. Every one is quick to complain but few take the time to share the good and I could not have been more impressed with both Carley at the front desk and Dr. Edwards. Both took such time in making sure we were comfortable, understood the process we would be going through and Dr. Edwards was very accommodating and patient while explaining the results. He answered every question and truly listened to every concern I had. Our family dynamic can be complicated and he navigated it with such professionalism and understanding.Overall it was such a wonderful experience for something that is very emotional and difficult to go through.

Ryan Hardy: I was apprehensive about this place, seeing the other two extremely negative reviews. But my experience was very positive. As a bipolar adult, I've been through my share of good and bad providers. Last week we took our son here for testing. The receptionist was great and honestly so was Dr Edwards. He was very explicit, explained his thoughts on things, and why he came to the conclusions he did. He talks very fast, that's probably the only critical comment I have. You can always disagree with a doctor, but you're paying for their professional opinions, not for a diagnosis that you think you want. He was polite and professional, easy to talk to, empathetic to our concerns and answered all our questions. Can't ask for more than that. Even offered snacks and beverages, since the process took a few hours. No complaints here.

Sol: Extremely condescending and believes his view is the correct one no matter what. The receptionist was nice, but the treatment he reccomended did absolutely nothing and doesn't make up in the slightest for the wasted money and time. Please, please, do not waste your money here.
