Michiana Obstetrics & Gynecology: what do users think?
Emily Nearpass: This is the worst OB office I have ever been to. They are the most non-caring people I have ever met as healthcare professionals. I have worked in healthcare for 10 years and even I know that there is a standard of bedside manner as they call it.My entire pregnancy I was so sick I lost 30 pounds and none of the doctors would listen when I told them I was very dehydrated and could not keep anything down they did not even try to offer nausea meds. I had to go to my regular doctor for that and then I found out that they could have had me go in for IV fluids but because I don't have private insurance I was treated with the worst care. I had a tubal done after I delivered my baby and when I called because of concerns they told me just take some ibuprofen then refused to get me in to see anybody at all till three weeks after my six-week checkup should have been even. At that point there's no point in going in for a tubal checkup or my six-week checkup and the nurse even said that also.
Christina Renae: The medical care is incredible! I have no complaints with this facility, however, the reason I have rated it a 4 is because the receptionists are very rude and had gone as far as hanging up on me before I could finish my question of results. Again, though, great facility! If you know it all and haven't got to call them to ask of anything, 5 star!New Day:I had gotten a message to schedule an appointment and labs, so I xalled in to do so. I was hung up on twice before I actually got to speak with anyone, then the receptionist I had been speaking with was extremely rude and hung up in me mid sentence. I called back to complete scheduling, and she had called me a liar and told me that they didn't want to see me there. As I'd, again. Read the message I'd received, she cut me off, "is there a name?""No ma'am, I did not receive a nwas ther"And did is there a name?""No ma'am, there is still no name." (Getting irritated)."Then we don't want you here."That was so extremely rude and not something a receptionist should ever say to a client or patient.I am very disappointed in what seems to be coming from the phones and the respects that are refused to be shown. #timeandtimeagainWas given the wrong address, got to the appointment with 10 minutes to spare, however had been given the wrong address upon scheduling. They asked me to reschedule my appointment, regardless my having just driven 35 minutes to the facility. They then gave my thr correct address, we drive 17 minutes to it. And now I have been told I will be in the waiting room for an expected 30 minutes. Atop that, this is not the first time we had been given the wrong location, so the system is just really messed up and of no convenience to the patients if they've any plans within hours of their appointment.(Why my star has now dropped from the previous 4 to a 3).
Tricia-Rae Parent: I’m so glad I went to Michiana OBGYN. All the doctors & nurses there are so caring and make sure you are comfortable. I had just moved to South Bend while pregnant with my first and they made my entire pregnancy a great experience. They answered all my questions and never made me feel underprepared for my baby. Dr.Miller delivered my baby in under an hour and was just amazing every step of the way for my induction! I loved all of the doctors at Michiana & will absolutely be going there for all my OBGYN needs in the future!
Robin Hegendorfer: I accidentally went to the wrong location, asked for the other location since I was early and they stated I was 10 min early instead of 15. (Still early) I asked for the correct location and they said I wouldn’t be able to make it after they called the correct one (I would’ve been on time had I just left and driven there) but they scheduled me 20 min before doctors lunch. Haven’t met with the doctor yet but at least the office staff made me feel terrible.
Amanda Paschen: Only been a patient since July, but it's been great so far. Friendly and helpful staff, great nurses and doctors.
Adrienne Lee: Customer Service is very important. This office failed to inform us that they would be closed on December 23. A reminder was sent on December 22, reminding of the scheduled appointment on Friday, December. To drive there, the weather was bad, called no answer, and go to the door to discover there CLOSED! Upset Patient!
Madi H: Over all the doctors are nice and some of the staff but the front desk people and some of the nurses are so rude. It also seems they don’t have a great communication system either.
TANIKA Lark: I attended this office with all three of my pregnancies. The customer service was amazing each time. I was high-risk during each pregnancy and suffered a miscarriage my second pregnancy. The team of Dr's. and support staff walked me through every step.Thank you!
Chelsea Twyman: Been having my annuals for 5 years with Dr. Cox. Recently conceived and expected to have my first pregnancy appt with my established provider. Nope. Was scheduled with someone else because I need to meet all docs. I get that but it’s my first appt, let me have it with my established doctor please. The docs may be great but office staff has been absolute chaos or rude. And remember, when you have a problem, that’s who you talk to so they are very important!1. Scheduler insisted I needed to keep my annual appt even though I was calling to schedule my 1st phone pregnancy consult.2. Pregnancy phone screening nurse calls. Apparently she cancelled the annual that day as it wasn’t needed, and likely intended to tell me but was covering everything else and possibly forgot. So I took off work to go to an appt that didn’t exist anymore (this happens later). I had questions prepared and some issues but the tone was “I’m going to get to that later” in a not patient way. I’m a first time mom. I’m guessing it gets old talking to us first timers but still…3. This phone screening nurse sets up my actual appt with the doc. Says I’ll be ready for labs. Told her I have poor veins and most techs use a heat compress to get a draw. Says she’ll talk to the lab and they’ll have one which was nice of her to do while I was on the phone.4. Get to appt. The lab had no idea a heat compress was needed. The MA for the doc appt was very rude and crass. Even my husband was surprised. She didn’t want to ask the lab if they had a heat compress after I said I had brought my own but it needed to be activated at least 30 minutes prior if the lab didn’t have one. Then she asks me “when do you have blood work, 10 or 12 weeks?” I tell her I don’t know because this is my first child. She replies “guess it must be 10 if you’re scheduled today” Ask if she can ask the lab before they draw my blood. This apparently didn’t happen .5. Get to the lab. Ask the lab tech if I can have my draw that day. She goes and asks doc staff. Comes back and says company says you can have it at 10 weeks but the docs like it at 11 weeks….so I don’t have it and take my blood draw box home.6. Ask the doc what happens if you pay them the delivery fee and then don’t delivery at a hospital they service. He doesn’t know. It’s a big fee due at approx 28 weeks (I think) so I don’t feel this is crazy to ask…?7. This is when I try to attend my appt which has been cancelled. Ask to speak to a manager because this is all adding up to be a bad experience. Told one of 2 women will call back. No one does.8. Previously talked to doc about unisom and b6 not working. Was told there’s a prescription medication but it’s expensive. I try to ride out the rest of the first trimester. Call yesterday and speak with staff. Tell them “I’m 14 weeks in and still very nauseas and had to stay home last week. The unisom and B6 aren’t but working and I’d like to try the prescription medication even if it’s expensive.” THE MA CALLS BACK AND LEAVES A VM SAYING “we’re going to have you take the unisom and B6.” …..I call back and say that’s an inappropriate response because I had said that is exactly what isn’t working. I’m told the nurse will call me right back. Never get a call back.Physicians are so important and my interactions with them has mostly been great my last 5 years here. But staff are just as important! Hoping management sees this and addresses these concerns for future patients.
Kjerstin Rishaug: Had my 36 week appointment with Dr. Raj on March 2, where I told him that I was experiencing several, very specific, symptoms of eclampsia. I’ve always had a great blood pressure, until that day the nurse took my pressure and asked if I was nervous because it was reading high. I wasn’t nervous and continued to ask the doctor if something could be wrong since I’ve never had issues with BP. He told me that if I were 60, they might be concerned, but since I’m only 23, it’s okay.I proceeded with multiple concerns, as to which Dr. Raj kept reassuring me that everything was fine. They didn’t run any tests to make sure, they just sent me home with the good news that I was doing good.I didn’t like the fact that my BP was so high, so I continued checking the next few days, and it remained very high until March 6 when we decided to go to the hospital.Hospital had labs done, which came back with reaaaallly bad news, that I had something called HELLP syndrome. The baby had to come out ASAP, so as soon as they got those labs back, they were getting me prepped for the surgery. I had to be put completely under for the C-section because there was no time for any other pain medication. Another doctor told us that If we had waited another day, it could have been fatal to both baby, and I.A few months after I had the baby, I got an IUD inserted. My boyfriend and I could both feel something that felt like plastic, way up near my cervix, a few weeks after getting it placed. I go to see Dr. Cox the next day, and I’m convinced that my IUD has migrated. Nope, she checks me in probably 10 seconds and says I’m good. I asked her again if she’s sure and she said yes, but to keep my first string check appointment.Just went back a month later, had to have an ultrasound, and sure enough. My IUD had moved, and we weren’t crazy. An IUD only works if it’s in the right place, so could have gotten pregnant within that month.Dr. Raj Vito Shah, and Dr. Dayna M. Cox (Ingram) have done a terrible job and I would not recommend seeing them. Dr. Cox was probably in the room with me for a total of 2 minutes.Neither of them really seemed to care about my concerns, blew me off, and made me feel like I was crazy. They definitely seemed to have something better to do.While I’m at it, prepare to feel absolutely stupid if you call a nurse practitioner with concerns during your pregnancy. If you are going to this office, I highly suggest seeing Dr. MacKenzie Austgen. She has amazing bedside manners, makes you feel so comfortable, and is just the sweetest person. I was so grateful that she was on call and was the one who performed my surgery. She is absolutely amazing.
Kiara Moore: I was so nerves having my first baby, African Americans has the highest death rate of labor and delivery. I wanted someone who looked like me, listen and who would be my voice when I couldn’t speak up for myself. I did my research before I scheduled my appointment with Dr Cox. She is the only reason I am a patient and the reason I’m leaving this review. I felt so comfortable and safe in her care. She explained everything so articulate, respectful and with patience. She didn’t rush me, she made me feel important and I looked forward to my visits. I didn’t feel like a number, but like family. During labor and delivery she motivate, coach, and advocate for you. She made the scariest moment of our life the happiest moment. She has a soft voice, great communication skills, look at you with caring eyes, respect your body, uplifter, supportive, compassionate about her job, respectful, and overall AMAZING. If you are looking for a Doctor who cares about your overall health and treats you like a human being please make her your doctor. The staff is awesome as well, especially nurse Tania! She’s not Dr. Cox nurse, but she checked in on me each and every visit. Dr. Cox thank you for all you do! My husband and I have a healthy one year old because of you! We are forever grateful for you! We need more doctors like you!
Amanda Swords: Great Physicians and the staff are so helpful!!!
j snyder: Worst place you could take anyone nobody at this place should even be working at a veterinarian clinic
Elizabeth Gamez: The doctors are great! But the nurses and front desk receptionists are impossible to work with. I went to the ER due to spotting and cramping and told me it would be best to take a break from work since I’m so close to my due date. After being discharged at 2AM I had an appointment at 9AM at this clinic. I went and the doctor was lovely but once I stepped outside to receive my letter for an earlier FMLA leave, the receptionist was awful. Made me feel bad &was extremely rude. She told me that if I leave soon, I’ll have to be back to work soon too. Therefore, I decided to request leave the 13. (I don’t work in town, I fly to Dallas to work and I don’t come back to town 4-14 days later, depending if I get extended.) I came back and emailed one of the big bosses in my company. She said to call back and request to leave for the rest of my pregnancy to be closer to home in case I do in fact face an early labour. I called and the receptionist was just awful. They seem to hate their job and it doesn’t feel good. Especially now that I’m pregnant and alone, feeling vulnerable, the last thing I want is to feel like a burden to anyone. They’re just rude, and have no professional skills. Same goes with the nurses.
Alexandria Bigler: If I could give this office zero stars I would.Let me start by saying the doctors themselves are extremely nice. However the one star review is to account for the SHADY and UNETHICAL routes these people take when it comes to billing. After having already been a patient here for 30 weeks now the office refuses to send bills to insurance for some unknown reason. They are impossible to work with on getting this issue fixed, and after numerous attempts to resolve the issue they still try to tell us at every doctors appointment that I do not have insurance. (When in fact I do) I can confidently say I will never step foot in this doctors office again after the birth of this child. And I don’t suggest you do either.
Le Li: Update: Updated my review to 2 stars because this morning they reached out to us and offered to book screenings for us. We appreciate their effort but we will not be going there again. The doctors and nurses are great but I’m giving them 1 star because of their horrible administration people. We made an appointment online after reading the good reviews. During our first visit, the woman managing appointments (named debbie?) suddenly bolted into the room halfway and insisted that our appointment was a mistake, that we cannot have appointments with them until after 12 weeks and told us to leave and come back after 12 weeks to become their patient. We told her that I had several health issues (years of meds that would seriously harm pregnancy, working in potentially radioactive environment etc) that could be potentially dangerous and we were concerned what we should do in case of emergency, and we needed advices. She just said that’s not the issue. The issue is whether you want to make an appointment with us a month later or not. Also, when the nurse told her it might be early but we would talk about it after the procedure was done, she even started fighting with the nurse just to insist that our appointment was wrong and we should not have it. We were totally thrown off that their non-medical staff could just arbitrarily tell you to not see the doctor because she thinks you don’t need the appointment, without taking any personal medical issues into consideration. We decided we did not want to deal with her, so we went home and immediately got another appointment with OBGYN Northern Indiana. They were a thousand time more helpful and professional. Looking back on it, after reading other reviews with regards to their clerical issues, I’m even more convinced that their administration was seriously flawed.
Marsha Johnson: TLDR: This place sent my account to collections without ever calling me or emailing me about missing a bill payment. Avoid it like the plague.longer story: They didn't have me pay my bill at the office because they thought it was going to be paid by my insurance. I leave and hear nothing about it again so I assume the bill has been paid. Two months pass and I'm receiving a collection notice in the mail and my credit has been knocked down a good 40 points. Later, I find a single letter of them mentioning I needed to pay this bill. I have many issues with this:1. I went in for a follow up visit. Why did you not ask me to pay the bill then2. Who sends an account to collections after two months3. WHY would I not receive a single phone call or email??? Who on Earth only sends notifications in the mail today4. They had the nerve to write on that bill letter "we have made every effort to contact you." Ha, if every effort includes never ringing my phone or typing an email .. sure. The most pitiful effort I've ever seen.
Kara Bauman: Dr. Sloan Shah and staff have exceeded expectations. I KNEW she was good, but everyone here is just wonderful. We came to Dr. Shah after experiencing infertility and she took great care of us. She's knowledgeable and efficient and she and her staff move quickly with a plan and keep you informed. Dr. Shah and nursing staff are truly walking us through every step of this process in such a caring way.
Chyanna Crawford: .!love everything about this place
Nairuti Shastry: This is hands down the absolute best OBGYN I have ever been to. After months of worrying about an ovarian cyst and visiting several different Obstetrics & Gynecology practices in the middle of an interstate move, I was so grateful to Dr. Austgen (and ultrasound technician, Macy!) who took just one visit to identify, diagnose, and draft a treatment plan. Dr. Austgen took the time to listen to my full patient history, honoring that I was, in fact, the only expert of my own experience and body, and asked thoughtful questions that led to a quick, accurate diagnosis. She presented all treatment options and was responsive to my preferences; unlike other OBGYNs, she did not rush a decision or push a particular treatment plan. The front office staff and other healthcare professionals in the practice are spectacular, managing logistics for several patients at once, but never failing to prioritize and deeply care for each one. (For example, as a woman of color, I've had my name butchered multiple times in healthcare settings, but each practitioner at the clinic made sure to ask about pronunciation and ask to be corrected, if needed). I felt heard, seen, and valued. 10/10 would recommend this practice to anyone in the South Bend area!
lisa Nelson: I was previously a patient of Dr. Blick after she left I saw another provider who I was definitely was not impressed by in the office. I am grateful however that I stayed with the group and have seen Dr. Austgen. She is a wonderful provider, very empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable. As an experienced FNP these are the traits I look for when referring to specialists. If you were closer I would refer all my patients to you for their reproductive care. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.

OB•GYN Associates of Northern Indiana: what do users think?
Rosemary Olson: Love dr Baumgardener she is the best and her PA Olivia. The office is nice they do a great job
Jolene Harwood: I think it’s absolutely insane I have to pay 30$ for one paper to be filled out for my fmla leave and 15 for each additional paper. Like is your staff really that incompetent on completing this?? Absolutely insane!
Allison Sheldon: Highly recommend Dr Zhao!
Kimber Abair: Well, they clearly don't care about their patients. I called, having a feeling I was overdue for my annual check-up, and I was. Have been a patient for over 20 years - but they aren't sending appointment reminders because they don't have doctors (she said they have two, and one is NOT taking new patients - that was the emphasis in her voice). Kris, at the scheduling deck, actually thanked me when I said I would be looking for a new practice. That's a first.
Tori Agnew: With my first baby the experience was definitely a 9/10 with this establishment. With this pregnancy I have never felt more unwelcome and humiliated. The greeting staff, one in particular consistently has an attitude and is very nasty towards me. I wasn't informed prior to my first nurse's appointment they do not allow partners back due to Covid restrictions. I called ahead and was not warned, my partner was very upset. I have to call before every visit to be sure they will now allow my toddler back with me, although they've been informed multiple times I am a stay at home mom. I don't always have the extra help.Today I cried during my visit for the way I was treated. I had car trouble and attempted to call ahead twice. No one answered. If I absolutely didn't love the doctors and ultrasound techs here, I would never return.***Update***I spoke to the office manager and was humiliated ONCE AGAIN. She made excuse after excuse for the behavior of her staff. If you're a woman of color do NOT come to this office. After my next ultrasound I will not be returning.
Crystal Bucker: Dr.Zhao and Dr.mcguire are pretty great, especially Dr.Zhao he makes jokes and makes sure you're comfortable and not so nervous. I've only had 3 of the doctors there so far. The one they've been sticking me with Dr.byrne makes everything uncomfortable, I had an appointment today and had tons of questions but Dr.Byrne and the nurse were in such a rush that I didn't get to ask all the questions that I had. I'm 32 weeks Friday and haven't once been told what my baby measures at so whenever people ask me I'm just stumped on the question and they're in so much of a rush when I see them that I never get the chance to ask. This is my first pregnancy and not being able to have my mom and or my significant other with me at appointments is upsetting especially when I hear from so many friends and family members that are pregnant get to have someone with them at every appointment. I asked to switch giving birth from st.joe to memorial because some of my family and friends that gave birth at memorial were able to have 2 support people which is helpful because I need my mom there she's the only one that can help me through the anxiety and pain and at st.joe they're only allowing 1 support person which in that case I could only have the babies father/my significant other there but when I asked what I have to do to switch memorial Dr.Byrne told me that it could be possible that memorial changes back to 1 support person by the time I give birth. How is that fair? So many people I know were able to have the birth and support people they wanted and need but there's a chance I might not be able to?
Sierra Northern: I love this place and the doctors except for Dr. Zhao I'm pregnant again and I'll be going back but I will refuse to see him.
Tyler obrien: Good doctors, especially Sara! Only and biggest issue is them not allowing spouses to any appointments but a few ultrasounds. It’s cruel and unusual punishment especially for first time moms who are afraid and are being forced to go through this alone. They don’t have to have this policy, they are choosing to and forcing everyone to go through this. Beyond disappointed as every other doctor office we go to the husband/wife’s are allowed to the appointments and the ONLY place they are not is our OB. A complete inversion of realty but the doctors are good just horrible office policies.
Brittany Kidd: Bad experiences given to me.
Katie Law: I love my OB. I don’t feel judged, I don’t feel uncomfortable... that’s a big thing for me. Dr. Baumgartner really cares for her patients and she knows what she’s doing.
Brianna Hayslip: After several doctors trips & being told nothing was wrong , I was lucky enough to have Sara baumgartner as my surgeon for an emergency surgery , since then she’s listened to me, she’s educated me. She’s went above and beyond to give me treatment. If you’re looking for an obgyn that listens , understands, & is very passionate she is the one.
Debra Donohue: Not really anything to say except I love my doctor! Dr Ferguson has been my doctor for many years. He delivered my first child and I will always be appreciative of that. The other doctors there are also great!
Brittney: Beware! Theyll tell you they talked to your insurance company and your procedure will cover 100% even if the insurance company never said that. Then they respond with well atleast they covered some of it.
Nanette Kuelbs: Dr Zhao is one of the most compassionate, caring, kind doctors I have met! He always kept me informed and explained everything about my surgery. His personal attention was very much appreciated and made me at ease about what I was going through. His nurse Bente was amazing. She too did an amazing job keeping on top of things and keeping me informed. I am thankful for both of them and all their staff was very pleasant to work with!
Todd Ressel: My wife Laura was a patient. During the initial consultation, she thought it went well, received a diagnosis, and was given two different treatment options to help with her pain. Due to other health conditions, one of the treatment options was not going to work for her. This rejected option would have only done more damage and caused more pain. So my wife decided to go with the other treatment option only to have the doctor take the option away and insist on only one treatment. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Honesty and trust are an important part of the relationship between a doctor and a patient.
kristi darmer: I had such a wonderful experience with Dr Zhao he delivered my daughter.. and was so helpful considerate he motivated and encouraged me during delivery...I recently had a Bartholin Cyst gland removal surgery done with Dr Zhao as well ..i truly feel he’s the best very Compassionate and made sure I was comfortable he explained things to me and made sure I understand overall I’m very appreciative of everything he has done for me the cyst has been an on going nightmare for me for years and I’m extremely blessed to have found Dr Zhao that made me feel important thanks a million
Amber Skelton: Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience throughout my pregnancy with my under the care of this practice. There was one doctor in particular who was pretty rude. Considering the fact that I had a high risk pregnancy and went into pre-term labor I requested that I be seen by my doctors only rather than the resident doctors who would change what seemed like every other hour and provide me with information that also changed as frequently. Unfortunately I was told by this doctor (who acted as if I was asking for the moon and being high maintenance) that my request was unobtainable and I could not request to only be seen by my doctors that I PAID to provide me with care. Thankfully, when all was said and done Dr. McGuire did an excellent job delivering my son and I couldn’t have been happier with his skills. I was also pleased with my experience with Dr. Zhao who appeared to be an exceptional provider as well along the way.
Monica Abel: Love all the doctors Dr McGuire is the only doctor who came to stand Joe hospital and believed I was actually in labor. But I refuse to see Dr Zhoa ever again.
Sage Flora: I was here about a year ago and wanted to write this now with a health update. Dr. Ferguson was extremely rude to my husband and I when I came in because I was in severe pain. He made me feel like it was in my head, recommended birth control, said that I was “just ovulating” and told me that an ultrasound wasn’t necessary. Fast forward to now, I’ve had one surgery and another coming up to remove endometriosis, which he said was impossible for me to have. I don’t recommend going here at all if you want to be taken seriously.
David Slocum: Dr. Ferguson is amazing and very caring then his other co worker
Chelsey Peterson: All of the female doctors are amazing and incredibly helpful, but out of all of the male doctors and the problems I've had with them, its making me want to look for a new OB and especially with my next pregnancy. Heartbreaking because I really do love it there but I won't be dismissed.

Keller-Madden Nancy G MD: what do users think?
Karen Hunsberger: Always caring and takes the time to listen to concerns. Her calm demeanor and communication during procedures helps an uncomfortable situation become more tolerable.
lora smith: Madden is a racist and don’t give African American proper care. She neglected her duty of care due to medical gaslighting and it’s traumatizing to women and people of color. Doctors has a duty of care and she should have a civil action brought against her. Black Lives Matters Too!!! All Lives Matters!

Dr. Mark J. Meekhof, MD: what do users think?
Amanda Bueno: I can't say enough about how Dr. Meekhof ruined the first few days of my life with my son. He forced me to deliver my son at 33 weeks, REFUSED to wait for my son's father or my own doctor. He then cut my son's head horribly during the c-section and then, didn't sew me up properly. Which I only found out 3 days later through another health care provider. They also informed me that if I would of went home, I probably would of died from internal bleeding. I had to have multiple blood transfusions and stay for over a week to be monitored.I only decided to write this review after a friend of mine informed me that he recently performed a surgery on her and told her that it needed to be redone bc he "wasn't sure what he cut."I sincerely hope he reads these reviews and decides to retire bc he is the worst doctor I've ever had to deal with.
Alexandria Kelly: Dr. Meekhof is one of the sweetest and kindest doctors I have ever met. He takes time to explain things to you, and he doesn't judge you or make you feel less important. He clearly knows what he's doing, and I feel at ease around him.

Dr. Leonard R. Ferguson, MD: what do users think?
Ariagne Valbuena: was a good experience, 👍
cindy michael: Dr. Ferguson is a great doctor and so is his staff.
Whitney Hay: Very comforting when faced with concerning health conditions:)
Christina Thomas: I love this office and my doctor!
Diane Loman: Dr. Ferguson is very easy to talk to and very down to earth. He makes a very uncomfortable type of exam less stressful. I, personally, have not had any health issues but one of my friends has. She carried on about how caring and knowledgeable her doctor is....it too, was Dr. Ferguson!. Here we were arguing about which had the better doc and we had the same one!
Jessika Gregory: Love it
Kinzi Harpenau: Great OBGYN—very personable and informative. Glad I ended up choosing to go here!
Wynona Wiltfong: Nice state of the art place but not sure they explored all options of what could be wrong and that I still dont know what's fully wrong with me..
Lani Green: Everyone was very polite and very helpful! He was very understanding and didn’t judge me.
Dawn VanDyke: Dr. Ferguson and staff are always so kind and take time to listen to concerns.
Liz Hutchison: Interesting that I have the option of leaving feedback for an appointment that someone cancelled on me and never told me. My appointment was verified by two separate individuals then when I got there they said it was cancelled. If I had cancelled without telling them I still would have been charged. Not sure what recourse I have since the tables are turned. The staff was considerate in rescheduling but that's kind of beside the point.
Melanie Lewis: Dr. Ferguson is awesome, and I will keep him as my Gyn
Carrissa Cross: I was quite nervous about the IUD insertion, however Dr. Ferguson was superb! He and his assistant were extraordinary and really made me feel comfortable thru the entire process. Amazingly, the actual insertion was a lot less painful than I imagined and the appointment was over before I knew it. I am thankful to have had the chance to work with this OBGYN team!
JRudder: The Doctor was very kind as well as his staff and nursing. He made me feel comfortable. He talks you like as if he has known you your whole life. I would highly recommend Dr. L. Ferguson!!
Bethany Brown: Dr. Ferguson is my all time favorite. He's super knowledgeable, listens to his patient's concerns, and does an incredible job of explaining things. He's a great Doctor, set up an appointment and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Michele Tubbs: Dr. Feguson was very helpful in a time that I was unsure of what was going on with me. He was straight forward and to the point which I greatly appreciate!
Roz Summerlin: The office staff is the greatest and Dr Ferguson has the best bedside manner I have witnessed in awhile. He explained everything and is very personable. I would definitely recommend.
Katherine Argueta: Such a great dr! Makes you feel comfortable!
Dennis Reinking: Dr Ferguson has been my doctor for 25+ years. He has always listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly... wouldn't go anywhere else!
Vivian Jiménez: This doctor is very professional and efficient.
Jessica Hentz: My usual OBGYN was on maternity leave & I was pretty nervous to have my first pap with a stranger, but he made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible & explained everything he was doing along the way. He also answered a lot of questions to issues I’ve been having & helped find some solutions. Overall I don’t think my first Pap smear could have gone any better.

Ilana T Kirsch, M.D., FACOG: what do users think?
Saira Malik: Dr. Kirsch has been my doctor for many years now. She is kind, thorough, knowledgeable and I feel comfortable talking to her with my concerns. I will forever be grateful for her excellent prenatal, delivery and postnatal care. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.
Lisa Shelton: I would not recommend this physician, she will not accept you as a patient unless you've had one of the experimental Covid shots (mRNA or viral vector). There are several cases of people, just in the circles I'm in alone, who have been severely adversely affected by these shots. The results included miscarriages and even death amongst others.
Melinda Huff: Dr. Kirsch was presented with a information about my family history of cancer years ago. When my mother was diagnosed in 2018, I told Dr. Kirsch that I would like to referred for a mammogram. I was told that because my mother wasn’t diagnosed until she was in her 60s and I’m only 38 that it wasn’t a pressing issue and to “sit on it” because typical starting age is 40. My concern was that my moms wasn’t detected through self check and only through a mammogram. I came back weeks later and had my mom’s genetic counseling paperwork that stated due to strong family history that I needed yearly mammograms and possibly MRIs. I said the paperwork was being sent to my family doctor’s office because my mom listed him as my primary physician. I was then told that my primary physician could refer me...even though I’m standing there with the paperwork. The whole conversation seemed aloof and made me feel like I was overreacting, overly concerned and, frankly, an idiot for even asking to begin with. Fast forward to 10/1/18. This is the date that I found out I have breast cancer. Nothing that could have been detected with a self check. With the referral of my family doctor, I had received my initial mammogram, gone back for more pictures and an ultrasound, received a double biopsy, and sat with my mother and husband listening to the results...all within a 5 week period. And I’m still only 38.
Dawn Lewis: Dr. Kirsch is by far the best gynecologist, she has helped me so much!
