Tom Daly: Visited today. Had a great experience all around. Very helpful staff. 100 LL price for a Class C airport was reasonable as long as your expectations are realistic. The level of service and amenities in the facility more than made up for the fuel price. This FBO is a good value and I will definitely visit again.

Stephen Kolacz: The staff at any location make the difference and the folks here were top shelf. The young lady working the desk was extremely helpful in arranging my rental car and getting us set up the next morning, the line staff were equally helpful and courteous!

Brian Kohlwes: On November 7, 2018 Atlantic Aviation gave a pilot to an aircraft adjacent to ours the signal to proceed to taxi without removing the chocks from the front landing gear. The thrust from this neighboring aircraft damaged the wing of our company's aircraft. After having admitted to their negligence and indicating they would pay the bills for repair and downtime, they reneged on the offer and denied the claim. We have been forced to proceed with litigation. I suggest you stay away from this FBO as they 1) do not properly handle aircraft when taxing, 2) do not take responsibility for their actions; 3) changed their willingness to make us whole after their clear negligence.

JH Svensktyte: We flew in to KSBN for during a winter storm after advising of the need for a quick customer pickup turnaround with a couple thousand pounds of Jet-A and deicing service. Keep in mind if you need Saturday or Sunday services, you must call in requests by Friday before midnight local (the earlier the better if customer demands allow out of courtesy for the employees for a heads-up). This is a great FBO and anyone who has dealt with other Atlantic Aviation FBOs knows what to expect in quality service and courteous friendly staff. Between customer baggage loading and boarding and fueling and deicing, we were back to wheels up in less than 25 minutes after parking.Regarding the comment from the applicant below, these days the norm when applying for a job and being told you will be notified one way or the other is that you will never hear from them again if you are not selected. If I received $1,000 dollars for every time that happened to me over the years, I'd have my own aircraft. Do not always assume it is race.

A. S: I had an interview in December of 2016. With my work ethic and experience combined I feel I was more than capable of doing the job. Probably was over qualified. The lady who interviewed me said she liked me a lot. I was told I would be notified either way with her decision and never heard a word. I feel that is very unprofessional to keep someone waiting on an answer as to whether they were selected for the job or not. I did notice there was no diversity in the work place. I don't think this company at the south bend location likes minorities. I'll never apply with them again. Good luck to all future applicants if you are a minority. I give this location a thumbs down👎👎👎

Todd Grubb: I have never personally use the South bend airport until my last vacation. All my flights were canceled and South bend was the only one left open! The airport was clean. Baggage was there on time, I would definitely use this airport in my itinerary again! Easy parking.

Jonathan Anthony: Worst TSA I have ever dealt with. I travel for work all the time so I paid almost $100 for TSA precheck to avoid having to take off my belt and shoes. (I travel wearing my work boots so i dont have to pack them) That did mean a darn thing to South Bend TSA. I had to strip off my boots and belt and watch to get thru their TSA. I told the agent "sir I travel all over the country and have NEVER had to do this with my TSA precheck". He just arrogantly said "doesn't matter, take them off or you aren't getting thru". I will avoid this airport for travel from now on.

Pablo Pinedo: People from American Airlines counter are highly incompetent. We paid for unaccompanied child service in advance, but they didn’t recognize the payment and charged my teenage son again. Then they didn’t tag the bag direct to the final destination. Finally, the flight departure late and arrived one hour late. Because of that and because he had to find his suitcase, he lost the connection and he had to spend the night and the next day by himself at the Dallas airport waiting for the same flight. Thank you American Airlines! You won the price for the worst service.

Vanessa Draves: SBN itself was fine, but DO NOT FLY AMERICAN! THEY SCREWED UP MY DREAM VACATION AND SUCK AT COMMUNICATION! We arrived for our flight at 4 and it wasn't scheduled to leave till 6. THEY WAITED TILL JUST SHY OF 6 TO TELL US OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED DUE TO NO FLIGHT CREW. THEY KNEW THE NIGHT BEFORE! THEN THE DESK GIRL SAID SHE WAS NEW TO REBOOKING AND HANDED OUT CARDS FOR US TO CALL AN 800 NUMBER. THEY COULDNT REBBOK OUR 1ST CLASS(MY FIRST TIME FLYING 1ST) AND HAD US TRYING TO FIND A DIFFERENT FLIGHT FROM A DIFFERENT CITY. WE ARE LOSING OUT ON OUR SUITE AT THE RESORT($3000 A NIGHT) AND EXPECT US TO PAY FOR A ROOM IN ANOTHER CITY! NOT ACCEPTABLE! SHAME ON YOU #AMERICANAIRLINES #FAIL #DREAMDESTROYER
