Loan Nguyen: Not all the technicians are good ,they rushed through the patients like a factory. Sometime there is no doctor check their works. They never accept their mistake. I recommend all the parents stay firm and stand up for your perspective if you see sometime not right until the doctor re check their works. I have to took me daughter back 2 times to redo the mold for retainers . The first girl name Peige make the retainer mold loose , the 2 second girl tall short hair not focus at all and can’t keep the mold in place then still not get the mold after redo 2 times . They never accept it looses while I can push it up by 1 finger without using any force. They are very stubborn , they even feel the bottom and the top retainer’s fitness are not the same and still said it fit . Make sure you call the doctor check the technician work.

Making appointments at one of his various locations was painless and I could always get a time that worked with my busy schedule. My appointments were always on time and in most cases I was in and out in less 30 minutes or less.Over the two year process of having braces I never once felt that any of my questions or concerns went unanswered. They were all very helpful in providing tips on care and were patient with me when I needed my retainer replaced or a new mouth guard for sports. As an adult with braces I was at first a little self conscious but the private and clean exam rooms allowed for privacy and a stress-free experience. Sarah True: Dr. Macri has treated 2 of our 3 children and we have been very satisfied over the years! Our daughter had to have expanders and retainers when 8 years old and then found she needed braces several years later. She chose to have invisalign and didn't have any problems. Ours son had full set of braces and again no problems. Dr. Macri was always friendly and supportive to our needs, questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Macri for any and all orthodontic needs!

Cecilia Tate: Dr. Macri doesn't handle children very well. The first few times we visited, he was pleasant. Recently, he nearly lost his temper because my kids weren't changing their rubber bands often enough and then said the they had "attitude problems." Only two stars.

Allan Wrench: Dr. Harrington and his staff are as top notch as you can get! I went in at almost 32 years old with the most crowded teeth you could ever have and never in a million years did I think I could get straight teeth again without surgery and thousands of dollars. I did not lose any teeth and about 2 years later and no surgery I followed exact directions from Dr. Harrington and THE MAN KNOWS WHAT HES DOING! I cannot believe he was able to fix my smile (I’m sure I will make the photos in the waiting room you see when you are waiting, I actually know because I had to sign a paper of consent lol!) I just can’t talk enough about how happy I am, I have 3 daughters 2 have already seen Dr. Chad and the last one will too I’m sure. Dr Chad and his staff are so so good with the kids! They work at your child’s pace not at the pace they wanna push you out to get to the next patient. I could sit here all day and write a review but most of you haven’t made it this far anyways lol all I can say is if you are scared going into this adventure for yourself or your children, you need to just go to the consultation and meet Dr. Chad and observe the positive vibes from him and his staff and you will have found yourself a lifetime orthodontist and someone you can confidently refer anyone to and know the job will be done right!

Emily Perry: First phase of braces was great, second phase has been trouble. Brackets pop off within days. As we pulled out of their parking lot today a bracket came off and they wouldn't accommodate us to come right back in and have it fixed. We have to wait 6 days and now have to miss work and school due to their error and unwillingness to help. Very disappointed that brackets are coming off so quickly and staff isn't willing to make it right.

Melanie Karner: I have been coming here for years. My entire life I’ve dreaded the dentist. I have TERRIBLE anxiety and typically have to premed for ALL appointments. Dr Kosek has a bedside manner that I’ve never experienced in any profession. He makes you fee like you are number one priority as if you were his own family. The ease it provides clients like me goes above and beyond. Their hygienists are friendly, patient, caring, gentle and understanding. I will never go anywhere else. My only complaint is they do not accept Medicaid so I can’t bring my daughter here. I still rate 10/10!

Avril Do: I was referred to Dr. Hacken for Invisalign and just had my first consultation. I was initially very nervous since I have a lot of anxiety. My poor dental hygiene alongside my bad experience with braces as a kid deterred me from visiting the dentist for a couple of years. After telling Dr. Hacken and his staff my circumstances they were incredibly understanding and help me set a goal towards being able to start Invisalign. All of my questions were answered to a great extent with care and consideration. I am so glad I went to visit their office, I have already recommended it to other people!

My experience started with choosing Invisalign braces. This technology has come along way over the past 10 years. I completed my entire series and the results were less than satisfactory to me and to Dr. Macri. He decided to put me back in another series (with my permission) to produce the results desired. After completing another series and after a significant time after that series ended, I needed to address some issues with my bite (how my teeth come together). Dr. Macri then addressed this by placing me in another series. It was an evolution for Invisalign technology, Dr. Macri, and my results. He never gave up, he was always patient and kind, and he was unbelievably generous. Thank you so much Dr. Macri!!!! All of this took years to complete and I traveled half way across Indiana after a move to continue and complete the series with Dr. Macri. It was completely worth traveling so far to be seen by Dr. Macri but also equally to be seen by his staff because they are just as amazing. Every time I arrived for an appointment I immediately remembered why I choose Dr. Macri's office. They were always warm, kind, personable, and welcoming. Kim Mishler: Dr. Macri has worked miracles with our daughter's smile. We were told it could only be corrected by breaking her jaw but he completely changed her bite with braces. Eventhough she did not finish the way he wanted her to he is still patient with her and continues to help her in a way that is reasonable for all of us. We are so pleased with the quality of care he has provided. His professionalism and leadership carries through to his employees whom you can tell have been well trained and have worked for him a long time.
