Chris Schindler: Outstanding work on at least ten pairs of shoes for my wife who needed a one inch lift. The work was flawless even on dress up shoes. When she no longer needed a lift Alex's took them off with the exact same quality results. And the shoes were finished in a very timely manner. I can't say enough about this place and quality of work.

René Casiano: This place is the only shoe repair place in the area. I work downtown and often take my shoes and my wife's shoes here.I've had all kinds of services done here: zipper replacement, full sole replacement, partial sole repair, shoe cleaning, tap placement on shoes, and shoe shining. While the results of these were acceptable, I was less than thrilled about the zipper replacement (poor stitching on the zipper replacement, but it's not visible 95% of the time) and the full sole replacement (poor stitching on the sole replacement). The things I wasn't pleased about were structurally sound, but were cosmetically flawed.Their shining and cleaning service is good and the turn around for all items is usually about two to three business days.I think this place is good to go to for simple repairs, but I would save complex jobs for a more skilled and delicate shop. Also, the customer service is a bit cut and dry: no banter, no joking around, just...a pretty serious encounter. Not that important because the end product is what's important, but at least you know what you're getting yourself into.

Vilija Jozaitis: Words cannot describe how amazing the customer service was at this store! We worked with AC who truly went above and beyond to help our grandmother find the perfect pair of shoes. We were there (for wayyy too long) looking for a pair that actually fit, and he helped us with probably trying on 2 dozen+ pairs. Nothing was working out, and then he actually made some recommendations that we would have never even NOTICED, and they were the perfect pair!! He was patient (didn’t lose his cool once), funny, and sweet, and he alleviated so much stress! On top of it all, we had a few other employees step it up and try to help with suggestions. This might be the best customer service I’ve experienced. We will certainly be back. It was awesome! They should set the example for Comcast haha!

Tom Slick: I went here looking for some cheap shoes that I saw online that they had in stock. After a quick interview and a foot analysis, the woman there suggested a pair of shoes that I had never heard of. HOKA is the brand. I spent about 5 times as much on these shoes than I had planned. Well let me tell you, these are without a doubt the best most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I spend between 8 and 12 hours a day working in these shoes. These shoes have made my life sooooo much better than I have ever experienced and ever expected. Thank you very much Tradehome Shoes.

Joel Stockton: I'm on my feet most of the day with my job (casino floor attendant), and I have a bad habit of moving my feet in odd ways while standing still, which led to pain on my heels.I have never set foot into this store before, I was pleased with my first experience! Grant took his time helping me find a new pair of shoes for work, he recommended a brand and style of shoes I have never heard of, and he mentioned that the shoes have wider soles which can help with balance while walking and standing still. When I tried the shoes on, and walked around the store, I felt an immediate difference in how comfortable my feet were! Grant was such a great help, he never pressured me, and he was very personal and understanding of my needs! I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of shoes!
Viridiana Bernal: I have brought shoes before and I love them. Today, I stoped by with my mom and sister. We were going to buy 3 pairs of hunter boots each at $160.00. We were COMPLETELY IGNORED !! The two employees, both a boy and a girl looked at us and continued to have their conversation. We walked around looking at shoes and a couple walked in. We were never even greeted. As soon as they walked in the boy working walked up to them and started to help them. We then walked out. Horrible customer service I suggest taking your business somewhere else !!

Vyv Dunlap: The guys at the Mishawaka store were amazing! I have a problem with neuropathy in my left foot so when I bought a pair of Piccolini's I wasn't able wear them for more than an hour at a time due to the pain in my left foot. These are a $200.00 shoe and I loved them so I was devastated! Unfortunately, the style/construction of the shoe made it hard to fix the problem. So sadly after several attempts to get my left foot comfortable (stretching even exchanging for larger size) I finally decided I had to see if they would allow me to exchange them for something else... putting a $200 shoe in my closet and never wearing again was out of the question for me. They were very understanding and helpful. I was able to find something else and now my left foot is happy. I will sharing this as a favorite place to shop and definitely will be back for more shoe purchases in the future because of this positive experience. (Extra note: For future reference, now aware of my foot condition, they were more able to help me make a better choice in style, too.)

Carl Brazel: Beware! This company price gouges! They billed me almost $300 for a neck brace that can easily be found online for $69. The brace isn’t custom or particularly special. I was going to leave a 1-star review but I upped it to to a 2-star since they gave me a small discount when I called and asked about the discrepancy in price. The receptionist stated that the price is set based on what Medicare will pay for the item - I’m 29, I don’t have Medicare. I don’t recommend going here unless you are absolutely desperate. It’s disgusting how they try to use the system to get every penny they can on medical items.
Mike Teske: Same exact knee brace (exact brand and model) can be bought, online, next day delivery $700 cheaper. Beware of their scams to take advantage of your desperation and insurance!

Corey Armstrong Abuzain-Eddin: I mistakenly opened a credit card account, was told that I could save $10 and immediately pay it off in-store. That was a lie!!! The employee stated that they had no idea what was wrong, but that the system wasn't allowing it. I have also gone online to pay and have been kicked out of the system as well as being told there is a charge if I pay over the phone. I really liked this store but will not return, as I now have to fight Comenity (the credit card company) for charging me $120 for $80 in shoes. This is a scam that your employees and your company are participating in, very shady and unprofessional.
A. Udstuen: Don’t sign up for their perks/loyalty program. If you hand them your driver’s license, that’s all they need to pull your credit. I have phenomenal credit, but don’t appreciate having a check done without my permission. Only give your name and phone number. It they won’t accept that, don’t sign up.
Crystal Dunnebacke: Went here 2 wks ago to find some very basic black shoes for work. Nothing but sandals & athletic shoes. Needed some tennis shoes and they have nothing but size 6, 7 and 10's. Not an 8 or 9 available. You only stock 2 types of shoes but have no sizes available. Makes no sense.
