Alicia Gordon: This is the worst place for orthotics. I have given them three tries over the past four years. The first two times it was just for custom insoles. There is no communication about anything. They don’t call saying they are having problems with getting info from doctors. They rarely answer the phone and they never call back. It would take three months to get insoles. The last time I needed braces and insoles. I went in in September. I did all the footwork for them. I got signatures from doctors and delivered it to Bionics. I told them I needed this to take place before the end of the year. No problem I was told six weeks. I received them finally on December 21. The only reason I got them then was because I called to see what was taking so long. I was told they had been here for awhile we must have forgotten to call. No more!
