Chenguang Zhang: I did an allergy test here. The nurse collected my blood and said the test would be covered by the insurance. However, they sent my blood to some out-of-network company without my acknowledgement. And I was charged nearly $300 for the test.

Meranda Weldy: The WORST customer service. I had an urgent referral sent in the beginning of December. I called multiple times, no response. Took them a month to get in touch with me to schedule my appt for another month out, making that two months since the referral was sent. 3 days before my appointment I called multiple times, left messages and even sent emails with no response. A day before my appt I called multiple times again and finally got in touch with someone to get more details about my appt. Later that same day around 3pm they called and left a voicemail stating they would have to reschedule my appt. The appt for 8am the next day that I had already waited two months for. I called them back and informed them I was not okay with rescheduling considering the extensive wait, the lady reassured me she understood how frustrating it was and I expressed that I don’t believe she does and then she proceeded to raise her voice at me and hung up. I called back multiple times and no response….kept calling she finally answered and then proceeded to argue with me and refused to give me her name and once again hung up on me without rescheduling my appointment.

Ja Mas: My daughter had an appointment here, we were greeted by very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. We were unable to see the Dr, due to me realizing I didn’t have my daughters ins card with me, (Even though I’m sure ins information was sent along with the referral) so they would not check her in. With front staff as such representing the office, I’m not interested in ever going back. Made an appointment elsewhere!

Keith Sims: I had an ER referral appointment today 5/12/2021 for a failed Tympanoplasty and Acute Otitis Media at 9:30am as a cash patient. Was told rudely multiple times by front desk staff that my card declined and that they were fully booked and would not reschedule me today. I went to the Barnes and Noble at the mall right across the street to grab some Starbucks for the wife and I. Card worked just fine. I'll be contacting the local news agencies to report this behavior as well as Better Business Bureau.

Adam Burklow: I recently saw Dr. Maher Abu-Hamdan to discuss breathing problems due to a deviated septum. The problems had persisted for years and made it nearly impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. A friend of mine had a septoplasty done by Dr. Abu-Hamdan and was very pleased with the result so I went in to see him, cautiously optimistic that he could help.I had my own septoplasty done about two weeks ago, along with a bilateral turbinate reduction, and had my post-op this morning. I am absolutely thrilled with the final results. The first 48-72 hours after the surgery kinda sucked because I had to have packing put in my nose to help with bleeding, but after he took the packing out there was instant relief. Since then I've noticed that my sense of smell is better, I am breathing better, sleeping better - it is a literal dream come true. I would highly recommend that anyone who has any similar issues reach out to him. Thank you Dr. Abu-Hamdan!

Iron Nelson: Dr Pfeifer and his practice are amazing!! My son was in a horrific car accident and Dr Pfeifer went above and beyond to put him back together!! He consulted other surgeons and completed the job with expertise! Due to covid we could not see our son, Dr Pfeifer called us with updates, plan of care and follow. Very professional and warm hearted on the phone, and never once did we feel rushed! I owe this doctor the world for his work and compassion for what he does!! Thank you is not enough to thank this man....I would reccomend d this group to everyone!!

Rachel Stanfield: Took 11 weeks from her first appointment here for my toddler to get scheduled for a sleep study. I had to literally call every day, twice a day for two weeks just to get them to do it. Then they schedule it for eight weeks (grand total of 19 weeks of waiting). Talked to my insurance and turns out, it's not even necassary. My kid is getting worse, and they make you wait 2-4 weeks for a consultation appointment. If I had any other options, I would take them, but this is who her doctor referred her to.

Stacey Noetzel: Dr Liepert and his staff were very timely and had a great way of explaining what I was about to go through with my sinus surgery. Many doctors told me Dr Liepert was the best around and they were right. My situation ended up being more complex once in surgery and he handled it exceptionally well. Fixed my issues and he himself followed up with me the next day via video. Most doctors have a staff member or nurse follow up the day after with a phone call, not him. That meant so much to me and I really was appreciative. Made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient but a person. I still have in person follow up appointments but he’s very prompt and to the point. I’m so thankful for this man! Thank you Dr Liepert and staff!
