Wise P Logistics LLC: Had a 9:45am delivery appointment and I spent a night here. They woke me up around 7:30am, got me a door and they unloaded the whole trailer in 8mins👍. Love this place!!!

M G: Did a delivery here. Slept overnight in the front 3 docks. In the morning they let me use the washroom and get some coffee. Good start to the day. Would recommend doing a delivery here.Unloaded in 45 minutes. Full trailer.
Cristian Morar: First and last time delivering a load here. Very rude employees. I arrived there for a delivery and from the beggining they acted like they are doing me a favor to unload me. They sent me to the back where you would find a yard full of ice and snow(it was not snowing that morning so im guessing it was not going to ever be clean) and now comes the worst part... i had 2 or 3 nails in my trailer floor which were there from the previous delivery i had that day. Instead of coming out and telling me that i had few nails in the floor and ask me to take them out which i would have done, they started to cuss at me and insult me every way you can think of. I’ve been doing this job for 9 years and sometimes you’re trailer is not completely in order but when is not, you have people coming out and explain it to you and making sure you fix the problem instead of coming out and starting to throw insults. Good luck doing business that way, there are 100 other companies where you can load or unload in the area that are treating the drivers with the minimum respect.

Vincenzo Palumbo: If you want better pricing... Order from other vendors for about a month..and watch how fast they they lower prices ... If you are a big fish like press ganey or express press you pay about 2-3 % over cost on commodities and about 10% on proprietary items .. But if you are a medium fish like carothers or Notre Dame you pay 15-25 % over cost.. and if you are a small fish $1000 - $3000 a month customer..you pay 30-50% over cost... I know because I worked there for 18 years... And I was the general manager for 5 years... When John Lewis was alive it was a great company and had customer care... when he passed away... And when Scarface took over ...we became a profit center with no customer care

Nicholas Lowe: This was my first visit. I had half a dozen items to return to Amazon. Amazon gives you the option of returning items just by bringing it into the UPS Store, no box, no label, etc. So, I had to go through my phone and go item by item with the worker (each item was ordered separately and had to be scanned individually) and as I'm giving him an item, I have to find the barcode provided by Amazon for him to scan. He was patient and helpful and it went very quickly. This was my first time returning items in this matter. So, I wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks for the help!

Mel Roc: I often go here to drop off my Amazon returns. The staff is quick and efficient and there usually isn't any wait. If they are with another person they tell me "I'll be with you in a minute." Always a good experience.

Karen Hickey: Although this store is rather close to where I live, I avoid doing business there. I will drive to the south side of town or to Mishawaka where the employees are friendly and appreciate the business. The woman is rather rude and the fellow isn't much better. I have yet to hear a thank you from any one who works at this store. A dose of customer service would be welcome.
