Richard Kuhlman: I just fired Dr. Koenig as my Surgeon, on Friday 7/17, 2020 I was told "a mass in your R upper Lung, nothing to worry about". Now today a VA nurse in Tucson, Arizona let it slip that his real diagnosis in "Nodules in R upper Lung" a huge distinction in medical prognosis, his nurse argued with me after saying "nodular structure" then she said she did not say that then she said yes. Then she said we do not know. Until an MRI or PET scan is performed no one knows, I told her. He will say one thing to a patient and another thing to another doctor. Stay away from Him.
Willie Miller: I see Dr. Tomajian for pain management. I have suffered chronic back pain for many years. Dr Tomajian is a Great Dr he takes his time and assesses your condition. He talks with you about the option that would be best for you. Together you decide the plan of action. I have been very pleased working with Dr Tomajian! The staff is excellent! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Dr Tomajian if you are in need of a pain management Dr!

Matt Graham: Had an injection done for the first time and was scared to death while waiting for this day. I was comforted by the nurse who answered all my questions. Before procedure, Dr Cooke asked if I had any questions and told me exactly what he was going to do and said he would slow down as needed. Before I knew it, he was done. Only felt a little pressure which was awesome from what I thought it would feel like. Very pleased with him and his staff and would recommend him to anyone with back issues! Very helpful, professional, informative, and 25 years of experience!
Donna Cox: Dr Cooke has been treating my chronic sciatica for the past six years. If it weren’t for his treatment plan, I️ wouldn’t be able to have a functioning life. I️ can’t tolerate pain medication so epidural injections are very helpful.

Pam Wills: I LOVE Dr. K. Park, but no longer getting a paper prescription, has become a real headache! Last month, I waited, I called the Pharmacy, and finally had to call the office. It took me 2 days to get my prescriptions. Today I called Walgreens, NO SCRIPTS, so I am again on the phone trying to get the medication, I could have already had with paper scripts! Walgreen is saying they do not have them, Dr. Park's office is saying that Walgreens does have them. This is a BIG HEADACHE!
Joey T: Dr Park starts out nice and caring then every few visits has manic mood swings..i would not rely on your pain being treated as some days she seems to not listen and do what she thinks without considering your pain and previous surgeries recommendations etc
Jessica Kealy: My first appt with her, She was understanding and caring. After that i saw her NP for over 2 years. I had back surgery (3 level fusion) 6 months ago, and for whatever reason i had to see her this time. She was EXTREMELY unsympathetic that the surgery made me worse than before. I have never asked to go up in mg and i didn't this time either, so she decided she was going to nitpick my prescription list and give me ultimatums to prescriptions that I've been on for 5 and 10 years. I'll be seeing the NP in 2months. If something doesn't change, I'll be finding a Dr. That will actually manage my pain, as opposed to not caring.

nancy coney: Great experiences. Had great results from the treatments. No longer there because I eventually needed surgery that fixed the issue. They offer anesthesia for injections, which I declined. Was no more uncomfortable than the pinched nerve already was. The treatments did give pain relief. Don’t waste their time and yours if you just want prescriptions.
Dale Mitchell: I am very disappointed with the physician at this facility.i am in line for a reverse shoulder surgery. Their is little knowledge of what pain is prescribed Tramadol and Diclofenac. Tylenol works as well as these meds. Waste of my time and money going there

Lenny Jones: Went from pain management to pain inflicting. Just dropped me as a patient and left me without any medication and didn't care what happened to me. I know times were changing, but to send me a letter to let me know they canceled my appointment and to find another doctor. I had been with him over 10 years. Stay away!!!!!

Kim haining: Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience. Maybe customers are representing themselves in a poor fashion and are getting treated as such. The are usually lots of people when I go in and the waiting period reflects that. I have seen a lot of people go in and out. Some don't even bother to shower or dress nicely for the appointment. You can tell they are there for the pills, and probably get treated as such. Other people who have pain and actually care about their appearance and respect the dr get treated as such too.
Ricky Stout: For an entire year I've tried to get some sort of relief for chronic pain. I need a second shoulder replacement and my body is full of authrytis and scar tissue. Back fusion isn't working very well and my level of life and happiness is hampered. Putting my well being in the hands of this man was a big mistake. I will be looking for a new specialist ASAP.
Tricia urycki: I was seen in office 1 time. They forced me to do a drug test even though it was a consult. Then they prescribed medication that I’m highly allergic too. I even dropped off paperwork a few weeks prior to my appointment. Here I am 9 month later and I get a bill for Trilabs for over $3k. They tested my pee and dumped it out. I’m talking to my insurance company about insurance fraud on the offices part.
Bradley Loniello: Words cannot Express how upset I am with Dr. Pai!Two years ago I was a patient there and never had a problem. I recently moved back to mishawaka and I ironically enough still have major back pain from blunt force trauma and he has the MRI to prove it!I had to wait a month to get in his office and for nothing- I have to wait two more weeks for my urine test to come back...TWO MORE WEEKS. Now were at a month and a half of constant pain interfering with my life, my wife and my kids!!Icing on the cake was I do not get any say in my treatment whatsoever! I have to do physical therapy even though I have done physical therapy in the past and it hurts physically to move my spine...not a good idea!They also signed me up to see a back surgeon...not something I want to do!They scheduled me with 30 other people at one time crammed into a very small waiting room on top of it!!I am talking to a lawyer in the morning! This is not helping me with my pain and it is unbearable!!
