Mr. JEWC: I've been visiting Action Park for a little over a month straight now. I must say that the saving grace of this park, are the patrons and refs. The people who frequent the park are friendly and helpful. The refs do a good job at keeping games moving and assisting visitors. BUT staff needs help tho. When you have to spend $80+ to play, customer service can go a long LONG way with helping people look past marked up prices; that encourage a yearly $50 membership purchase.***Update***Been about 3 years since my last visit. I'd like to offer some compliments by saying that the fields have been slightly changed and updated. Instead of grass, mud, and water puddles on dirt you get grass, mud, and water puddles on turf.The air filled to 1500-2500 max psi all day.The bottom shelf GI ball is $70+The "top" shelf is empire custom (not top shelf) is $80+Saw the owner try and charge a kid $20 to change an o-ring on a cheap gunOne chronograph at the field is pretty bad but to then not use it, is even crazierRental gear is bottom lowest tier. Tippmann Models with grav hoppers paired with single pain lenses that fog up too badly to playA lot of the gear is old and being sold at new prices. Guns that were purchased there were not working...At this point, I'm not convinced he isn't just laundering money through the place.Wanna pay a lot of money for a bad experience? #actionPark

jennifer watson: Took my kids 21 and 12 to Action Park Paintball. It was a fun filled action day. We were newbies. They explain things great. They want you to have a great experience. Highly recommend trying this place out. Experienced players were very nice and helpful. Gave us pointers for gear and equipment.

Elliott Roseberry: Place was awesome did a birthday party for my son/myself and it was great they have a few different courses to play on, there were others playing that we played with but they also offered private party's probably for a few! Reasonable priced as well overall it was a great time! Matt the owner was ever so helpful! Lots of fun

Devan Christopher: So this place is actually awful. Not really the one to write reviews but something about this whole situation still gets me. So my two friends took me there a few months ago when I first moved back to Michigan and I was super excited because this was my first official airsoft experience on a real field. The first thing I notice was no one was playing like the owner said there was in a false response to my friends review. Then out of no where, one of the employees starts yelling and cussing at a player that was trying to move a table from under the rain, like anyone would do to keep their equipment from getting ruined. So instead of helping the people that pay to keep your bills paid, you yell and cuss at them. Then after 2 hours of waiting to play, we wanted to go home and get out of the rain. Then the owner refused to give a refund after my friends have been there many times and hyping this place up for me. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend anyone going there unless you want to watch mud be made.

Malcolm Stewart: Awesome experience for some friends to come and fellowship during our Mens Retreat. Everyone enjoyed it and would come back. The staff was very informative and help many of our first timers get the hang of it.

Hunter Hall: Loved it, wasn’t my first time. but it was a better experience than my first times, planning to come only here for the foreseeable future.

HOOT 50cal: Awesome place it’s my home field love coming out there on the weekends. Everyone is so professional and polite highly recommend.

Eugene Holycross: This is a great place to take a group of underlings and associates to assert your dominance over them. Do you have that one mouthy fella or lady face and need to remind the who the boss is? Well come on down to uncle Nicks shoosting ally and make the un worthy acquaintances of yours find out how you truly feel about them.....kids 10 and up welcome.

I would like to interject in some of the inquires that you have stated: first and foremost, I apologize if you consider the phrase, "okay, bye" as "disrespectful words" as you interpreted. I was and continue to be very cordial with you throughout the/this interaction. I had a really hard time finding any type of a refund policy that you could have directed me towards instead of justifying how some of your paying customers "could" be in the wrong, so my advice here would be to develop and post some sort of refund policy that states that once a payment to use the facility is exchanged then perhaps you will not be compensated a refund in the events that weather or employee misconduct occurs regardless if the facility is even used by an individual. This had not been my first time to the field as you recalled as soon as we (party of 3) arrived at exactly 12:22PM on September 4th, 2022. I have not had any types of issues at this field prior to this date and I am not trying to insult anyone about the events transpiring on this date either. However, I do feel your reply was very condescending as you take absolutely no responsibility for a very poor experience that, not only I encountered, but also my plus 2 that I tagged along with me. You instead make this to be my fault as you clearly do not recall the events that occurred or are just fabricating what happened. The only exchange that you explained to me when I had paid shortly after arriving was not that what you stated but instead that the price per individual had increased to $15 this year which I paid for the 3 of us. Only after this exchange had it started raining, after the forecast displayed a low chance that this area of Niles would see rain. You have to understand, owner, that the definition of a refund is: "pay back (money), typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought." This being said, I did not decline a "refund" as you stated, what you were offering was a poor compensation for what I was asking for because I and others were very unhappy with how your business is being run and operated. It is not often that a business owner will victimize their paying customers for what anyone would call "bad service" and this would of been a great opportunity for you and your business to make things right with the community, however, you would rather "doubt" your paying customers and interpret their feedback as an "attack" towards you and your business. I am very shocked that you gloat about how this situation was handled by you and your staff. I have some ideas of how this business could, instead, value not only customers but also reviews and make this field a place where people will not be put down for sharing. Thanks for your time.
