Adam Risner: This place is a complete joke they are always out to rob people for their pallets always trying to low-ball you for your pallets and then they will tell u they will come buy your pallets and then you will have to load them by hand or they won't take them so I recommend not doing any buisness with this broke down so called pallet company...I would recommend going to kamps pallet company they pay better and real good people there

Randy Demerly: Edgar kept changing what's good and what's not over the 4 months going here, degrading the value and either denying this fact or stating, oder came from Corporate. No space over a thumb width from end of runners on the top end boards for grade A, B and GMA's when that was fine in the beginning. No more than 3 loose or broken boards, down to max of 1. Cracked runners ok not over 6 inches long, long as they cant move, that being mended either by staples or a nails to hold runners in place and no crack at all being a GMA.Can't walk through the office to the bathroom in some attempt to reduce office traffic and must walk around to the front door but the office personnel dont arrive until after 7 am, that's a huge problem when your 65.No parking near the office window, which is directly beside the door vendors and employees enter from the parking lot. No talking to staff or other employees even after have bean nothing but polite and professional with office personnel and no reported complaints until... (explanation follows). GODESS FORBID you ever say anything about waiting an hr to be given your check, now I understand some days are buisier than others so I understand that, still dont have to like it.This was in a conversation with another vendor whom was about to leave after waiting his 45 minutes. Then this morning Edgar "accentuates" cracked and loose boards by ripping them off and ripping a runner in half because it it had a crack from what I could see maybe 6 inches long and NOT visible from the other side, with a less than 1 inch long chip that didnt cross the inch width of the runner. Then argued with me about it's original condition for at least 10 minutes before destroying it. Followed by telling me that I need to shake every single skid, pull every board, and attempt to separate every little crack. Of course I never seen any other vendor doing this, nor had they bean given this expectation, nor bean given the restrictions given to me and my dad. Not mention that no other company does this.Sadly none of these things Edgar had specifically designated to us was heard of by his fellow coworkers, one a truck driver and another a forklift operator. Before, after tightening regulations with us he stated someone else could come out and check our inventory if we wished. Today (yes crudely, and nicely as I could in my irritated mood) I requested this, which was denied and Edgar stated he was THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN AND DOES THE CHECK IN, followed by asking me who is going to remove a 2 way skid which was honestly missed during our inspection and as we collect mostly before dawn. I said I'm not going to as I'm far too irritated to continue working with Edgar who then asked us to reload and leave. Now assuming this meant to never come back, and after all this seemingly targeted treatment he returned just to specifically state to never return. At this point there was no kindness or professionalism left and I had to repeatedly tell him to leave, just walk away as we intend to never return anyways.Avoid this location like the BLACK PLAGUE!
