J Z: Cannot recommend at all; as another reviewer mentioned, customer service is abhorrent.Purchased black speckletone and received it in a timely manner... along with an order meant for the art dept. at University of Wisconsin. Contacted to return the other customer’s order, but was met with seemingly incredulous customer service rep Kimberly. I explained the situation two or three times, then just requested a return label to send back the other customer’s order along with mine (which at that point I opened to inspect). Was told they cannot accept open paper (though it was open on one side and all accounted for), so informed Kimberly I just needed it out of my work space and would take the hit on ~$20 for paper ~$20 for shipping. I received no response, so followed up and was ignored. Finally, after informing them I’d just recycle 23 lbs. of paper, they replied but only with a shipping address. I assume they expect me to pay another $20 to return the product meant for another customer.Updated to include response from their Operations Manager.

After a botched order and an unpleasant and unhelpful conversation with Kimberly, I decided not to use French Paper as a vendor anymore. Fast forward a few months, and one of my clients wants to ship French Paper to me for a project. I decide to give them another shot, and still something goes wrong. Once again, I'm left to speak with Kimberly and am quickly reminded of her lack of professionalism.I love the paper, but it's just not worth the headache.
