Beth: I recently for the first time in almost 20 years got $16 dollars in my savings account for Child Support and I thought it was a mistake so I called the Child Support Office just in case they really did make it as a mistake by giving me the $16.00 by mistake. I’ve never counted on my Sons child Support because I’ve never received anything from his father so I wrote that off long ago. The child support division was very helpful and I got my questions answered.

Kim Branson: They have been absolutely no help. I tried to request a different caseworker and they basically said the case worker was handling the case correctly and I’m stuck with her. She hasn’t contacted me since January.
Shalonda Miller: Its a joke, you never speak to a human all voice activated devices an the actual phone to the office doesn't work. Not help at all sad!!!!!
Shannon Ga: the worst possible time frame on getting ANYTHING done to your case, they need to hire more people as their clientele has drastically increased-i don't pay a lawyer to work for free, if they can't maintain their caseloads timely, then HIRE more staff
Kuro B (Kuro): Just got a notice that my child support arrearage will be reported to a credit reporting bureau because my back support is just past 1k because I switched jobs and it took them 2 months to get back on track to garnish my wages for my 2 boys. I've been making my payments since before then and they were going to get most of my tax return anyway to cover what I owe. Stupidity and pettiness at its worst. What does anyone gain by trying to ruin my credit? You guys are criminals.

Mariah Mace: Wasn't pleased with food pantry but thankful for what we got. Not enough to help a family of 3 though. Your a food pantry but can't seem to cover bigger families apparently

Stephanie Jackson: I have a family of 5 and recently moved on this side of town. We were in terrible need of food, and thinking this was right down the street we went here. Well, needless to say, we didn't get much food wise for 5 people. I appreciate totally what we got, just wasn't impressed for a food pantry type place. The people were very nice I just needed more food.

Keshia Ayala: I definitely would not recommend anyone to work here!! It’s very problematic and the staff that I know hate it.
Valeria Hardy: It’s a good Starter job, until you can find a better position. I would not recommend it for longevity. Make sure that you stick to your job description. For example: The Receptionist should not be responsible for taking out trash and cleaning up behind the other Adult people in the immediate office.

Donna Rock: There are great people in the office to work with. High turnover. Managers are expected to work basically 7 days a week and pick up shifts and be on call. It appears the company is all about profit. There is favoritism, and if you are on salary and work all the time.... your average is maybe 3 dollars an hour. Management is one-sided. There are people that do care about caring for others that work there. Expect to be driving all of the time and expect high maintenance on your vehicle. Some Supervisors are controlling and think they are running the White House or something. This may be a good place to work for some...good luck, and hopefully if you work there you can make some positive changes!
Zachary Brown: Screw this company! They treat their clients like they all have Down Syndrome;they give you little to no freedom on spending money (You have to ask their permission for every little item you buy..) They put staff members in clients households, who do absolutely nothing but take up their personal space most of the day... I would strongly recommend another Group Home service over this one..

She was so helpful in many ways. Unfortunately with having cancer it took a toll on my mentally, physically and financially. Little things such as hair can be so much impact to someone. I'm so grateful for this place. Thank you so much
