51 West Event Center: My parents have had sunporch and a sunroom built by this company. They also replaced the 2 kitchen windows. Everything was great until the seal on the kitchen window broke. The window has been fogged for at least 2 years. Multiple attempts have been made to get this resolved. They have came out and measured twice and still no windows. My father talked to the rep at a home show this spring and was assured it would be taken care of. Still nothing. Made 2 phone calls to them since that time. Still nothing. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seems like they are trying to take advantage of elderly clients and rip them off!

Virginia Meachum: Paid my deposit in June 2015. . .waited until November 2015 to get my sunroom and siding completed. Salesman assured me that animals would not dig under my sunroom---not true. The porch light never worked and was not hooked up properly. The cable connection was not hooked up at all. Eight months after completion, I called them and sent pictures about the screen door becoming bent and dislodged from the molding. They refused to respond despite a 2-year warranty---it means nothing to them--they NEVER responded. Today, my screen door won't even lock properly because of the poor workmanship.
