Kristin Thompson: I went there today for a bluetooth speaker and a gun, and i can say that this is one of the best pawn shops i been to in south bend, its very clean and welcoming, they have very good customer service, the items they sell are in good condition and from what i can tell they care about there customers and the items they sell, my husband has came here for years and they never dissapoint! Very happy customer!!

Doug Watkins: Shady business practices at best. Bought a finish nailer from the owner guy who gave his word it worked because the battery was dead I couldn't check it out. Brought it back and he refused to take it. People who ain't about their word ain't about nothing real p.o.s.

Rachel: Very rude woman working there, not sure if she is the owner or what but I was greeted with “how stupid are you people” I had a ring that she said was fake, later tested as real. Instead of scratching the metal onto the test block she put drops of acid on all my jewelry that I brought. I had to tell her to stop she told me I was ridiculous because it’s all fake….she needs to get better training because I went to a jewelry store and they were all gold and sold them to the store. That’s where I take everything now. Worst customer service ever!!

Lifestyles of the Poor and Unknown: Bought a gaming headset several weeks ago. I asked the employee who was assisting me if the headset could be used on Xbox. His reply, "yes, you can absolutely use this on xbox". Got home, turned the game on, and to my surprise the Hyper X headset I purchased is not compatible with Xbox. Some licensing issue. I tried to return it and was greeted with an equally snobby, and stuck up female employee who quickly dispatched me with her Supreme rudeness, in telling me, "the item couldn't be returned as it was past 10 days.A great policy, when you have individuals working for you who lack both knowledge and common sense. Basically just screwed my out of $30. There are too many places to shop, places where you're treated with respect and not given misinformation. I have one item at this pawn shop, and in about 2 weeks, I'll be getting it out, and I'll never shop at Worldwide Jewelry & Pawn again. It's easy to lose customers in this day, but not so easy to get them back. Shop carefully.

I got 50 bucks, and I got it out Maybe a week later there was screws missing from my MacBook at the bottom not only that I tried pawn it again, a week ago And they said they couldn’t take it but took it to three months ago. I don't believe people should take advantage of stupidity and ignorance. But the World Wide moto is "if they don't know any better, take them for all the are worth"

Thank you and hope this steers a few people away from there avoiding people who Would take advantage or profit from someone in need.

No wonder the parking lot is always empty and there's never any customers.I live two blocks from here and will drive the extra couple miles to go somewhere that doesn't charge me a fee at a pawn shop.Come on guys it's 2022 everybody pays with credit card. I also run a business. Credit card fees are a cost of operating a business. Maybe you should start handing customers your utility bills and charging a percent for that as well. Your response further solidifies why you won't be in business. Too much longer. Good luck with your poor management style.
