Cedric Wicks: If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their ERTC team took THOUSANDS of dollars from our payroll account without my authorization. Not to mention that the services were never rendered. Filed a small claim and they never showed up to court. Absolutely unprofessional to say the least!
Ella Dedic: If I could give 00000, i would. If you do sign up, do not work with Cara Nuzzolese. This woman never answers. Whenever you call them, you get a different person. You never know who you are working with. If you requested something, remember you will be calling five more times to get your answer. Also, when you call, their answering service sounds like they just woke up. THE WORSE COMPANY YOU CAN PICK FOR YOUR BUSINESS
POOP GUY: At first this company was great. Then they jacked up my price and dialed down the service. You can not talk to anyone in this company without waiting on the phone for an hour or two. Then the person you talk to may or may not know what they are talking about. I have tried repeatably to get the 2020 payroll costs and have not been able to get them. We are dumping this company and going with in-house payroll supported by our accounting program.
