Steve Rowe: I only placed one star because you can't post without it. I guess this helps there ratings. This place is horrible. After waiting for an hour after the appointed time. They finally call us back. My son is there for an annual routine eye exam to make sure he doesn't need glasses. As we do with all of our kids. It's part of our family eye plan. Their computers were down, so they had no chart to go off of. The tech checks his eyes and says everything looks good. 20/20. She then just asks some brief questions of which one was, do you have any headaches. Everybody gets headaches. Of course he answered yes occasionally. Next thing you know, the doctor comes in and starts looking for tumors in his eyes because he answered yes to occasional headaches. So they slap a medical diagnosis of headaches and bill it medically instead of our annual eye check thru our eye insurance, which COST us MORE MONEY. Instead of just everything is fine. They gladly accepted the money. No effort to make a correction. In fact, they said they can't make a correction, and they wont even try. Which means they are just going to leave WRONG information and billing as is in my son's chart. They never returned my phone call. I had to call them back. My eye insurance plan also said they were wrong in what they did and they were willing to pay. They even tried to talk to the business office there and tell them that and got no where. Absolutely, unequivocably, unacceptable in medical practice. Any kind of practice for that matter. Will never go back and expose my other children to that type of practice.

Larry Lambert: Dr. Elias was very personable and informative, and responded to my questions and discussions about my sight very clearly and productively. In addition, the lenses in the glasses that I got from that part of the practice are great, with the addition of a pair of computer/office glasses making screens, books, and other reading formats much clearer than in the past few years. Michael Lane: I've been helping someone get to appointments for treatment to save their vision. They were at another provider that often had wait times of three to four hours and did not explain anything that was going on. We decided to check out Boling Vision Center, and thus far are very pleased. Dr. Whitney Boling spent time with us patiently explaining exactly what was going on, what the alternatives were, and what the prognosis was. Not only that but she went above and beyond to accommodate the special needs of the patient with a kind and gentle bedside manner. Thank you, Dr. Boling.

palmolive: immediately had issues with my prescription and upon calling, they seemed very disinterested in helping sort it out. saying i might be charged or i might not be to be given an accurate eye exam, i'm guessing on whether or not they thought i was making it up. won't be going back. they also tried hard to not give me a copy of my prescription.

Susan Biltz: Dr was snarky. Didn’t introduce himself, even though we had not seen this Dr before. After the eye exam for glasses he started explaining how the eye works (since we are new patients). We are not new patients, we have come here for at least SIX YEARS! The selection of frames is very poor. Took our prescription to Walmart. When they tried to run the prescription thru for glasses it was rejected. Boling had run through saying we had gotten glasses there. We won’t be back.
