Got a refund for it this time because I caught it but when they did the same thing in January I wasn’t able to get a refund nor was I told that they would come out and spray inside to complete the service. Deanne George: Made an appointment, and they never showed or called to reschedule. I called to find out where they were after waiting most of the day for them to show up, and rescheduled. No apology whatsoever.The second appointment, he did make it to and checked the problem areas. After we'd settled on a solution, I was told he'd send me an estimate. A month rolls by and I never hear from him. I opted to go with a different company and am very happy with the service I received.

They also offer yearly pricing after the initial termite traps are put in which is then transferrable if you sell your home. Gerry Lilly: I had hired Terminix to remove bed bugs from our house. After six treatments and several months we still had them.I called Rose exterminator they came over & checked out our problem. It was a good price and they did a great job.Within a week the bugs were gone. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs to get bugs exterminated. Jennifer Castaneda: We discovered something living in our attic throughout the night and started calling pest control companies first thing in the morning. Three businesses came out and provided their recommendation and a quote for services. 2 of the businesses (well known commercially advertised pest control businesses) told us that we needed thousands of dollars in clean-up performed and right away started in with a pitch for financing it. Rose came out third and offered a few options but explained that the situation was very manageable and just needed a well defined extermination plan and prevention from animals getting back into the attic. This solution was honest, thorough, and made practical sense. We liked their approach so much that we purchased a home service plan so that they can come out on a regular basis and monitor/prevent future issues. Chuck Stapke: We paid $175 in early May for bug control. They suggested we get twice a year service.We’ve never had an exterminator before., however, we thought we would try. We’ve always sprayed with product from Menards and it worked pretty good. We started seeing black ants last week and called this week! Apparently the service is only guaranteed for 2 weeks! $175 for 2 weeks!!! Really??? Not happy with this place! I would NOT recommend them!! Neil Chase: Termishield Technician Nathan Baker detected and treated a long-term problem I had with wasps entering my home in several locations. He was able to spot a wasp nest within minutes of beginning his inspection, after a technician from another service had previously spent an hour inspecting our home's chimney and attic without finding the source of the wasps. Nathan clearly explained the treatments he used and how they worked. The treatments were immediately effective. Dozens of wasps exited the nest and died as they fell. I was impressed with his professional attitude, his depth of knowledge and instincts. I would recommend Nathan and Termishield to anyone with a pest problem.
