Paul Fox: Three of three medication interruptions I have suffered have been directly related to this pharmacy. The only three interruptions to my treatment in the entire history of my treatment. If youโ€™re not literally on top of them to remind them to do their job, and to remind them they OFFER delivery, youโ€™ll be forgotten. CVS has better service. By a lot.My question is, are they trying to kill me via allergic reaction or are they trying to create a medication resistant strain?

Jonathon Singleton: When someone calls, scripts are normally available within an hour for pickup by anyone or delivery.

Donna Brown: My experience with the staff at Genoa South bend is always great they go above and beyond what most pharmacies do I remember once I was unable to get a medicine I was needing asap one worker came to my home and delivered it to me after work. Now that's what I call caring for your customers.

Rebecca Robbins: They close early and for whatever reason it is acceptable to send everyone to lunch at the same time??? It took 45 minutes for them to put 1 prepackaged item into a sack and hand it to me. I am letting my doctor know that we should use an other pharmacy going forward.
Angela Giannetto: They have really gone down hill. Switching to Meijer's where they actually will answer a phone call & fill your meds in a more timely fashion
Kelley King: This is the third time I had a text that said it would be ready at 3 pm. Then a text saying they are ready. I come in and get my meds and they say they are not filled yet and the employees have no clue what's going on. They just say they weren't here yesterday instead of finding out why. The place is a mess and no one knows what they are doing.

John Monroe: I don't know if the good reviews are by peope who have never had really good service or if their expectations are so low. First I had to learn of their closed hours so pharmacist can have a lunch (I guess other pharmacies know how to cover each other). Then my husband went to pick up my meds to be told they didn't have it. When he returned I called and was told it was on hold so they could tell me the insurance won't cover it (I was told one computer is not connected to the other one on the other end of the counter therefore they were unaware if it.). I was at the Dr's yesterday and the nurse left message for a script. Husband went to pick it up and was told they did not have it. Called Dr's office and nurse left mess again in morning. Called to see if it was ready and was told they didn't have it but when I told them it was left as a mess technician put me on hold and talked to pharmacist. Low and behold they will fill it but it will take an hour. Now it's the following day and almost 3pm that I have been without meds!!! ๐Ÿ˜•

Don Pauley: Can we got to pick up prescriptions there it takes forever they call you on your phone tell you they're ready and then you get there and you're not ready it's terrible drugstore
Chance Peregrine: Would give zero stars if I could. My partner was trying to pick up his medication but they kept refusing to give him the correct medication, despite insurance double checking and even confirming that he was approved for the prescription they were refusing. Not to mention they were consistently misgendering him, despite his legal name being a masculine name. We tried to get it sorted out over the phone, with insurance on the line as well, and the technician hung up the phone. The insurance company was absolutely baffled by their ignorance and how rude they were to someone just trying to get their medication.

Elizabeth Yoder: My husband had his home nurse come to see him, he has a heart condition where his heart is at 20%. She sent 2 scripts, he got a text saying they were ready 2 hours later. He went to pick them up, the lady with the glasses laughed and said, yea, these will take hours to fill & maybe we can have them done by 9.. when we close.. I said, by he got a text saying they were ready. She says, well, they need to be approved & rolled her eyes, shut the door and walked away. Absolutely horrible woman! There was no need to act like that.

Jack Ransbottom: Wow is all I can honestly say about the pharmacy dept. I had a prescription called in on Monday, Dec. 20th from St.Joe hospital when I was there overnight for A-Fib. I went there 3 different times that afternoon to get my prescription for a blood thinner. They said it was still in process. I told them I would be back the next afternoon. I went there at 5 this afternoon and was told it was still in process. I told the clerk I was there 3 times the previous day and got told the same thing. The clerk said she would check to see if they could expedite it. I waited for close to 10 minutes while she helped other customers. She finally came back and said they didn't have the medication. I left there pretty disgusted which leads me to this review. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Very, very incompetent pharmacy! I should have learned from the previous 7-8 years I've went there. They were always the absolute slowest even before covid. You folks really need to shape up. You're extremely pathetic! I may call the manager tomorrow...not that I think it will do any good.

Donโ€™t get me wrong, the staff are pleasant when I physically go in, but this wait time is insane. I was calling about my 6 year olds prescription but never got to talk to anyone. What a joke.
K Gillen: Regarding Edison & Ironwood location. My experience in getting photos taken couldnโ€™t have been smoother. Katelyn, a manager helped me through every step. She was professional, courteous, personable and efficient. And has a sense of humor! Thumbs up.

When I call I'm on hold for 25 mins or longer...IF SOMEONE ACTUALLY ANSWERS You are better off getting your prescriptions from a bubble gum machine. I switched to Walgreen's. Lot less headaches!
Michelle Hedge: I'm so disappointed with this pharmacy. It's almost impossible to get through to them, they don't answer the phone. If you need help from them, you have to go in which is not always possible. Will be using a different pharmacy in the future.

Called again and have been on hold for 10 min.The reason I have to call is because they didn't fill the right meds for me and they've done this before?! Use to go to Walgreens and never had this problem! CVS on Edison stinks. Need people who know what they're doing!
