Dylan Borkowski: The guys are always super helpful, you can tell they’re photography enthusiasts not just working a 9-5. Having pictures developed costs a small amount more than the drug store but the prints are BEAUTIFUL. I’ll pay the difference any day.

Chuck Morris: Went in looking to sell some old camera equipment and was pleasantly surprised with their offer. They have a ton of camera equipment and cameras on a wide spectrum including the newest gear, if you're a photographer I would most definitely check them out!
ALI JOJO: I would never step foot in this building again. I asked him to play literally five seconds of a VHS to make sure the quality would be good before I spent $25 and they absolutely refused. This place Is a rip off. They just want your money regardless of how the video is going to turn out.

Jonathan Troyer: I don't leave a lot of reviews. But I HIGHLY recommend Gene's Camera Store for any and all equipment rentals and purchases. Jack took the time out of his busy schedule to walk me through every aspect of the equipment I was renting. Made sure I had everything I needed. Gave me his personal number AND answered when I called him with questions. He even personally helped me carry the stuff to my car even though I'm perfectly capable of doing so. His pricing was ABSOLUTELY reasonable. He was extremely flexible with the timing of our rented equipment. I can't speak highly enough about this business. I will always recommend Gene's when possible and will continue to use Gene's for any future requests.

Brandon Camarillo: The staff is really awesome here. Was looking for Compact Flash and they helped me tremendously. Definitely recommend these guys for all your camera needs.
Susan Ward: I was disappointed and how long it took them to make my prints. They were promised in 24 hours and it took 2 weeks. They were supposed to call when they were done (I had been in 3 times to pick them up) and no one called. They are usually MUCH better than this.
Matthew Florian: Honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff!I brought in a slightly older DSLR to get diagnosed. It had been damaged and I needed to find out if it was worth repairing. I had my toddlers with me, and they had fallen asleep in the car during my errands. I ended up calling the shop to see if they could collect the camera and do the paperwork in the parking lot so I could stay with the kids in my car, and they did! Kevin was both understanding and friendly, while very accurate with an estimate for repairs.I was able to return later the next week to collect my paperwork and go inside. If you need new or used equipment for the professional, consumer, or somewhere in between, Gene's will have it.
