Two Men and a Truck: what do users think?
Brian Forst: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueGreat moving team. Feel trusted with staff, professional yet made small talk. Handled my items above and beyond care.
Bethany Wentz: I will definitely be using Two Men and a Truck the next time I need to move. The office staff was communicative and helpful in terms of scheduling a last minute, out of state move. Additionally, the movers were very professional, very fast, and not a single item was damaged in the process. Well worth the money!
Evan Grantham-Brown: The moving experience was excellent! Mitchell and Dakota were friendly, professional, and helpful, took care to pad everything so there was no damage, and got the job done in less than the estimated time. Tina in the office was very communicative and easy to work with as well.I would absolutely call them again.
judy chamberlain: This company is very professional, kind ,thoughtful and care.I was driving from out state and they were in touch with me the entire trip.Great customer service as well.I have always used them Terrific 💯.
cmallory7511: Expensive. Got the same move for over a grand less from College Hunks.
Beth Bednarek: Travis and Gabe from Two Men & A Truck arrived on time, walked through the house, and let me know the plan for the move. They were friendly and kept me informed throughout. They worked quickly and efficiently - strong and up to the task. Care was taken to wrap the furniture and doorways. They placed everything where we wanted in the new house. I would definitely recommend them.Tricia, our move coordinator and Christina from the office were great. Tricia followed up before the move and answered all our questions.Great job Two Men & a Truck- South Bend
Faith Ward: This is Faith Ward Mcgarvey, Mitchell Williams and Dakota Santana were kind, courteous, friendly, and hard working men. Their work was outstanding and so helpful. Great job on completing the move and giving the hand out for junk removal and Molly Maids. I've already scheduled the removal help and plan to contact the other after Tuesday.
Mark Jones: Positive:Professionalism,QualityHigh-quality service. Everybody involved in our move knew what they were doing.
Jeremiah Rucker: Positive:Professionalism
KELLI ELROD: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueBetter than other local movers I have used in the past and more affordable too! They went above and beyond to make my move easy!

Mark Spurrier: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThey were friendly, fast, competitive. Took very good care of our stuff.
Penny Bryan: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessI don't remember the names of the men that moved us but they were so friendly, helpful and efficient. Our quote said it would take between 5-7 hrs. It was a little over 3 hours, start to finish. I have this company one other time and this last move was by far superior.
orlando Avena: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueSecond time using these movers and they are always professional, work in a timely manner and overall good group of guys. Would recommend.
Carol Woods: Matthew and Samuel did an AMAZING job!!! Everything was covered and packed with care. These 2 gentlemen did an outstanding job and when they needed help, they called and 2 others, Clayton and ?? (my bad for forgetting) came even though they had just clocked out. Also 2 amazing and professional men. I would recommend this company every time. There were other moving companies there ( I will NOT name them) and believe me they did NOT do as good as a job as these guys did.
Dustin Vanacker: They were very professional, and quicker than expected!!!Service:Local moving
Julie Pinson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueCody and Dakota were SOOOO helpful, they made the move go by so smoothly while giving us a good laugh! I enjoyed they’re presence dearly and honestly was sad to see them go. If I could recommend anyone it would be them!!!

Walter Piano Transport: what do users think?
Taylor Hoff: I used Walter Piano Transport to move my Baldwin upright from Arizona to New York. They did an excellent job, were reasonably priced, and sent me email updates throughout the process. The piano arrived in the same condition (actually better—someone dusted it!), and earlier than expected. I’m a little surprised by all the negative reviews, but I know there are a lot of variables when it comes to piano transport—like the local movers at the starting point and destination, so keep that in mind. I’d use Walter again.
Amy Leach: Piano arrived in beautiful shape on just the time table they said it would.
Michael Weinstein: Very professional and responsive! I only wish it hadn't taken so long. But now that the piano was delivered in pristine condition, it was worth the wait!!
R LittleJohn: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMy piano was delivered to my home in New York, all the way from Texas, in beautiful condition. Thank you Walter Piano Transport with my heart. Let me add that each and every person I emailed, called, or saw for pickup and delivery was friendly and kind and treated my piano with great care.
Craig Arney: I contracted with Walter Piano Transport on 10/8/2021 to move my Kwai grand piano from Minneapolis to Washington, D.C. They arranged to have the piano picked up by a local very reputable piano moving firm on 10/25/2021 to be held in their warehouse for Walters to pick up. The piano was delivered in Washington D.C. on 11/6/2021 by a local D.C. piano moving company. The piano arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up from my home. I could not be more pleased with the professional care and the expediency in delivery given by Walters. They exceeded my expectations.
Jim Kinslow: The Walter Piano Transport staff were prompt, courteous and professional upon their arrival. They showed up when they said they would, quickly disassembled our baby grand piano, carefully packed it, and were gone in less than 30 minutes. They promised to deliver it to my daughter (2400 miles away) within 30-45 days. True to thier word, they contacted my daughter on day number 31 and made arrangements to deliver the piano that same day. Once again, they were prompt, courteous and professional upon their arrival, and they quickly unloaded, unpacked and set the piano up (again within 30 minutes) and were on their way! If you need a piano professionally moved at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Walter Piano Transport. Company!
Evelyn AAA: UPDATE: After looking through an abundance of 1-star reviews on Google Maps, Yelp and Birdeye, as well as complaints to the Better Business Bureau, I think I dodged a bullet by giving up on Walter Piano Transport (after nearly 2 months of frustration) and starting over with a different mover. In addition to unhappy customers’ reports of extreme delays, piano damage, missing parts, and denied claims, I read multiple intimidating responses by the company (such as their response to me below, threatening “slander in the court of law”). This drew my attention to their strategies for avoiding legal responsibility, such as not identifying which person you’re dealing with, replying to emails with phone calls (if at all), and saying they’re “sad” rather than “sorry”. The lack of culpability in their original contract should have tipped me off. Perhaps if Walter Transport focused more attention on delivering a quality service, they wouldn’t need to devote resources to consulting lawyers and rejecting claims. If any company attempts to interfere with your 1st amendment right to leave a negative review, look into “Anti-SLAPP” laws that may give you added protections.REVIEW: *Clarifications starred* (in response to accusation of “slander”). Inept, uncommunicative, overpriced and arrogant to boot. Original *approximately* $1,000 pre-pandemic prices (*well documented for similar moves*) jacked up to *$2475*. *Quoted* a 45-day turnaround but would *not* commit to pick up and acted as if they were doing us a huge favor even coming to the West coast. After *almost* 2 months of run-around, they notified piano restorer (not owner) of pick up without giving enough time to hire crew (because YOU have *to pay a 3rd party mover* to move the piano onto THEIR truck.) Then had the gall to threaten to cancel the order because we couldn't hop to when they found it convenient. So I cancelled THEM and hired *another specialty mover (unnamed to protect them)* who called within minutes, arranged a date in 2 weeks for $300 less and were professional, efficient and POLITE. That's how you do business.
Pedro Cisneros: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThank you very much for delivering our piano across country. We appreciate your responsive service and professional. Keep up the good work
Le Le Gideons: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
mccnumber2son: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessAlthough Walter Piano Transport was not able to arrange transport (we live in a remote area of NC- no local delivery movers available) they put forth the effort, were friendly & professional. Very responsive,
Judy Tarver: Positive:ResponsivenessAlthough the company was unable to provide a quote due to the receiving location having no mover willing to do steps, the reply was prompt, courteous, and respectful.
Andi Brae: I had a terrible experience using Walter Piano Transport. The main issues I experienced are that 1) they were slow and unable to provide realistic estimates on delivery time 2) local movers and handoff of contract and instrument has little process around it which led to the loss of my $500 Jansen artist bench 3) they are uncommunicative, sometimes not responding to emails or taking weeks to respond, and rarely sign their emails to indicate who you are talking to.As for the bench, an error in paperwork at the pickup end led to it getting lost. The local movers took the bench but marked that they did not take it on the paperwork. Walter Piano Transport was unable to do anything to reconcile that this was different than what they had originally invoiced me for and refused responsibility. Their claims department had this to say:"We have completed the investigation on our piano bench. All of the paperwork we received from pickup (pickup receipt, cab report, etc.) and the notes for our routing all show no bench at pickup. We show a spider dolly delivered with your piano, but no bench. Attached below is the original copy of the pickup report that you are presenting, where it is clearly marked "no" for the bench. Not only that but our cabinet report has no mention of the bench, and our truck/ warehouse inventory shows "no bench" as well. We will not be responsible for a bench that was never in our possession. There will be no further investigation."To me this shows the lack of value that Walter Piano Transport places in the end-to-end customer experience. They don't take responsibility for issues with the movers that they choose to hire, and they do not have any kind of process in place to ensure that local movers are picking up and documenting what was originally invoiced. These problems could easily be solved by communicating clearly with the customer on what is being picked up and requiring local movers to checklist against that and take photo documentation of items taken into possession. Even if they gave the customer a checklist for validating what local movers are doing so that we could do this ourselves, that would be an improvement.
Jeff Bauer: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI have used Walter's piano transport for years for delivering pianos to my clients all over the United States. They are great movers, super careful, great communicators, and all around very affordable for long distance piano moves.
not Margaret: Don’t hire this company if you care for your instrument. 50 days to arrive cross country, lid no longer attached to my Steinway on arrival, case BADLY damaged. Though they assure you up front that your piano is covered by $1 million insurance policy, they deny claims, don’t return calls or emails, and deny that they even have an original statement of condition. We took lots of photos of the piano at pick-up - doesn’t matter. Claims department, who never identify themselves by name, appear to have a form letter they use to deny claims. Dealing with this has been heart-breaking. It feels like a member of the family has been abused and we are forced to hire an attorney to resolve. The service, communication, professionalism is completely absent from these loathsome people. Hire ANYONE else!
mary probst: Made a damage claim more than four months ago. The damage was documented by the 2nd mover. Jessica said I shouldn't have been given access to that documentation. Made numerous phone calls to resolve the claim. Told that only Jessica is able to handle the claim. She has refused to return my many phone calls made over the last 2 months. Left a message with Hope, the company owner. Still no answer. Sad that I need to resort to a bad review to get anyone's attention.
D S M: DON’T USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE ANYTHING!It took this irresponsible firm months and months to move a piano from Kansas to California. When it finally arrived it was damaged. It’s now taking two months to get a response from them to get someone out to fix it!. In the time it took to move and damage our heirloom piano I I have managed to move 1/2 a house 1500 miles, sell two cars, get significant remodel work done on two houses, Sell a house, All since I had our beloved piano picked up! Beyond Disappointing
Ted Fahy: I found Walter on-line after obtaining generic moving bids. Walter ONLY deals with Pianos, Harpsichords, Clavichords and Organs. Their timelines were spot on and they were over $1,000 less expensive than the generics....simply because this is all they do. Any time we need a piano moved, there is only one long-distance transport service for us!

Valerie Wurn: My Movers moved a cherished piano carefully, professionally, successfully. Highly recommended.
Mark Weisman: Positive:Quality,ResponsivenessMy Movers did a great job packing a high roof van for a 2500 mile trip. They especially protected an antique desk from damage over the full journey. Nothing moved or made noise the whole way - great job!
Julie Gilleand: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueThey moved us across town from one apartment to another. Took about 3.5 hours plus drive time. They were fast, nice, friendly and got the job done great. They were also so helpful in helping us move things around to make them fit. This is the second time they've moved us and we would hire them again if ever needed. Highly recommend!
Sue Vervynckt: We used My Movers to move an elderly woman from her apartment to an assisted living facility. Three guys came in, they packed everything and loaded on the truck and then unloaded everything at the facility. They were the most personable, pleasant and hard workers. Everything went smoothly I was just so pleased with this company. It's first time I ever used them and if I ever have to move anything else they're going to be the first place I call. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I highly recommend them!!!!
Andrew Whittaker: I used to work there been there for 7 years never got it trouble i get in trouble once and they stopped working me and no one has called me back and I have called multiple times and texted them they are Unprofessional and they don't care about there employees and they do Favorites there also though the people should know And then when everyone else is sick or always calling off or not coming in I'm always there
Heather Groendyk: We were absolutely amazed with the movers! They were very professional, kind, and worked quickly. They made moving out of state a breeze. I would hire them again in a heart beat!
Thomas Whitaker: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAndrew,Christian,Derian Thank you for all the hard work, you all made what would normally be a stressful day very pleasant ,Josh you should consider yourself lucky to have these guys on your team. Dante Batiste: Positive:ProfessionalismVery professional and they worked very fast
Mark Behensky: Positive:Professionalism,QualityJosh and his crew did an excellent job in moving my belongs. They were very polite and courteous, and moved everything without any damage or issues. I highly recommend them.
Jason Bryant: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueSo glad I called My Movers. The final price came in well below the quote, I love when that happens!!! Thanks guys! Will call again!
Heather Hiatt: This is the the absolute worst moving company! I have no idea how they have any positive reviews unless they paid people for them. They are rude, lazy, and non helpful They wouldn’t take items downstairs they just responded that it wouldn’t fit. They left items in the middle of my garage when I asked them to move them next to the wall. They asked us to help them move items. When I called to complain the owner or manager simply said he could send someone back to move things to the basement but would charge me for labor. Unreal, as I had already paid them to do a job they didn’t do correct! Stay away from this place.
Matthew Stankovsky: One of the guys named Barry stole from me. Watch out for him if you use this company to move.
Michelle Rzepka: Positive:Quality
Anita Lohman: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueLoved working with My Movers. Pricing was better than competitors and the team who moved us was exceptional! They were friendly, moved quickly, and were very careful with our items as they moved them....nothing was broken or damaged! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if I needed a moving company.
Verniqua Malone: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThey damaged my furniture and are not taking accountability for what they movers done. I would not recommend.
Linda Smith: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThey show up on time as requested and always get the job done timely. Have used for years myself and for clients

Rapid Van Lines: what do users think?
James Wallingford: We moved from California to Tennessee last year. They told us one price for all our stuff they wanted more money.we had to leave half our things in California and the things they delivered was broken or smashed. Our new washer was gone probably stolen and my 40inch tv was broken and my son's 60 inchtv was gone.when they finally made it to Tennessee we had to unload the truck our selfs hard to do since I am disabled. These people are crooks and very dishonest. They really need to have a lawsuit against them from those who have been screwed by this company...
Nancy Hill: They don't even deserve a star and they should be behind bars!!They are liars, crooks and thieves. They quoted one price and when they showed up for moving day they doubled it. We were stuck because we had to be out of the house that day. They came with a huge van and loaded it but it was delivered in a small U-HAUL van. The boxes were basically ALL crushed and so was the furniture. Items were stolen as well. A tub of baseball jerseys as well as a bronze statue that we received from a grandfather who had passed away. Also they were late with delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. Pictures attached.
Yvonnecris Manzano: Critical:Professionalism,QualityThe people who take your order doesn't know how to communicate with the customers. I had a really bad experience with them they broke most of my items and have not reimbursed me for them. All they wanted was the money and didn't care about me or my items very unprofessional.Service:Interstate moving
SAKSHI SHARMA: Rapid Van Lines - A big fraudulent moving company! Our move was scheduled in April 2021 from California, we asked them to deliver it in Philadelphia by June 2021. After 5 months of delay, they delivered half of our stuff in the end of September 2021. On top of everything, they never picked up our calls and replied to our emails once in 7 days with vague status update. For 4 months, they kept mentioning in their email response that our shipment was assigned a route but the truck didn’t come to load it.We received only half of our stuff and apparently we got to know that it was kept in a storage not in a temperature controlled warehouse. Most of the boxes that were brand new UHAUL boxes bought by us came in damp, opened, and repackaged by RVL. We were really horrified looking at the condition of our stuff. Rapid Van Lines didn't deliver our TV, SKIs, wardrobe, camping tent, DELL monitor, snorkeling gears, 2 suitcases of clothes, electronics like Go-pro etc, a box of kitchen utensils and most importantly a box of books that had our precious academic degrees with mine and my husband's name on them. This box also had one only black and white picture of our grandma which was such an emotional asset to us. This list is long and the missing stuff is worth $12k. Jim made us pay the balance amount and denied to open the trailer door without letting us see if our items were there or missing or damaged. After delivery, he told us to file a claim which wouldn't even justify the loss that we have suffered. My humble request to you all is not to choose this moving company. For anyone who was delivered our box with lot #1261892 that contains books+ our academic degrees, please get in touch with me. My review is also on Yelp. Our degrees are priceless and were hard earned which is way beyond the understanding of these fraudulent movers. They have caused such an emotional trauma to so many people. Every lowest star and horrifying story in Google reviews is true.Sadly, we haven’t been able to involve police as they say it is a civil matter, but the fact is that we didn’t pay this moving company to steal our stuff. These are criminal activities and need to be investigated by FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation & Better Business Bureau for the interest of common people so that they don’t screw up lives of many more.
Kim Castagna: Had a horrible experience with Rapid Van Lines. Our household did get picked up and delivered, but had major issues with the delivery. Shipped from CA to NY in a freight truck without lift or ramp. All pieces of furniture suffered damage and the top to our dining room table was lost. After a year, table top is still missing; status on damage claim of $2,000 is in limbo. RVL offered $80 payment for missing and damaged items, was unwilling to pay half of arbitration (which by law they should) and are no longer participating in American Trucking Associations which is a recourse for arbitration.
Tiffanie Smith: I too have a very similar story to the many one star reviews left. After weeks of waiting for our furniture to arrive and being yelled at to “read the contract,” when it did finally arrive to be unloaded by day laborers who had never moved furniture, the second part of this nightmare began. When they picked up our furniture, our previous quote of $10k jumped to $15k (of course after everything was loaded on truck). When we received the notice that our stuff would be arriving in a few days, the demand was to wire more money to get it. The day laborers destroyed my new house — wood floors ruined (see photos) as they just pushed furniture across the floors. Most furniture arrived damaged or completely broken (photos below). This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
Kevin Khoo: Avoid using this company at all costs. They are highly unprofessional and use stall and stonewall tactics to cheat you out of your money. They claim to have a good warranty and claim process to protect your possessions, but will drag you through the mud to leave you to your ruined items without compensation. They blatantly operate against the law and violate DOT requirements for arbitration and know they can get away with it because it just isn't worth pressing charges with a lawyer for how badly they operate.
Sandeep Chinchali: Complete Scam. Came late, lost our two boxes of wedding items, broke our bed.Said they would give us a refund. Been waiting for 10 months and still no refund. The IRS is faster.Extremely rude as well. Avoid at all costs!
Vince Osborne: 1/2 of our goods were never delivered. The household goods that did arrive had all been opened and most of our things were either stolen or damaged. Company will not respond, hang up on us, refused to help, and no one can answer our phone calls or emails. Can't get anyone from their headquarters to respond.
nima mzamn: Don't ever think to use this company , I used this company last year to ship my stuff from state to state and I lost about 8 boxes and most of the glasses was broken, I have a business and I lost most of my business tools, I opened claim and they never ever reply to me or answer my phone , very bad customer service, Terrible. Very rude on the phone, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.Please be very careful using this company.
Cesar Espinoza: Very unprofessional and extremely rude. They called me back and didn't know I answered and I can hear them complaining about a different deal/sale and how much they will be compensated. They rushed me through the quote process (which was very high compared to other companies) and essentially told me I would be wasting my time if I didn't take their quote and should move myself, then proceeded to hang up on me after a "Well let me know if you go with us" *click*. Doesn't seem like they care, and their other reviews show for it. I WILL be going with another company.
Marci Stoffer (Marci): On the day of our move the movers showed up four hours late, were not prepared to pack boxes and had been hired that morning. They lost a bunch of things including a mattress. Broke a ton of things including frames that hadnt even been wrapped in paper. We couldn’t stay at our house right away because we couldn’t find the parts for our beds. A year later the moving company is not willing to give us back any of our money.
Tina Wu: Moved from California to Georgia April 2021. They only delivered half of our stuff after waiting 5 weeks. I was 37 weeks pregnant by then, and no ETA on the rest of the stuff which contained all the baby items. The other half didn't arrive until another 4 weeks, by then I had already given birth so we needed to buy all new baby items to prep for baby's arrival. They didn't tell us that there would even be a possibility that our move would be delivered in 2 separate trips, otherwise we would've gone with another company due to baby coming. There was poor communication and lack of responsibility and ownership throughout the whole process. Almost all of our furniture arrived damaged or broken, and they wouldn't accept our claims due to lack of receipts and sufficient documentation. The final amount paid was more than twice the amount originally quoted. Overall, it was a terrible and very stressful moving experience.
Glenn Taylor: Don't use this company!!! Our moving cost from CA to Texas was around 5k. They will triple the cost and hold your stuff ransom until you pay. We lost half our stuff and had to call the police on the delivery guys, which only had half our items, a lot of damage to items, we had other families stuff which we returned to the owners. Come to find out this company did the same to them. They are now trying to sue us for 7k. They washed checks of ours and sent them through the bank again, they ran our credit card again for 4800...on and on. Please don't use this company. They are involved in 28 other fraudulent companies even student loan consolidation. Be aware!!!
Don Ro: These people are scams. Be advised to stay away from this so called unscrupulous rapid van lines. They destroyed all my properties and they’re so unprofessional. All they care about is how they can rip you off your money. They inflate the agreed price at the time of pick up by x2 when they no you have no other options. After they take your money, they will stop answering your call. They don’t deserve a star.
Ed Price: I contracted with Rapid to move my family from California to Texas, and their price was very competitive. They were helpful in getting us prepared to move and provided professional guidance on the estimate, packing and preparation for moving day. There was one issue with moving day, which was it was a 2-day window, which is difficult to plan for and the delivery in TX was set for 10-14 days later. The day before our moving day window, they decided to deliver our items immediately, within 72 hours, instead of 10-14 days. We had to scramble to make sure we were there and had time off to accomplish this major change. It all worked out, and our things were delivered 5 days later. On arrival, the driver was stiffed by the movers Rapid had contracted to help unload, and again there was a scramble. It ended up getting accomplished late in the day instead of early. On moving day, we had a good experience with the movers and overall they did a good job. We bulked out the 26' truck and we ended up not having room for a few outdoor items and 1 piece of patio furniture. Again, we had to make decisions on the fly.Overall, our furniture and household items were packed up, loaded, unloaded and delivered as stated in the contract. But, there were (5) things broken or damaged during our move, which is understandable on an intra-state move. There were 2 pieces of furniture and 3 storage bins either damaged or broken.. Our driver and our moving consultant told us to simply file a claim. After a month or two of unloading and unpacking, I completed the very tedious and confusing claim process and filed a claim. Rapid claimed they never received my claim, with photos, dates, names and details provided. I waited for 90 days then contacted them regarding the status of my claim, and was told they didn't have it. I resubmitted it, and waited 30 days, then received an email DENYING my very reasonable, truthful and accurate claim. Their reasoning was that I didn't provide original receipts. Does anyone truly believe that is a good reason to deny a reasonable claim? I have 2 items of furniture, worth about $450 total, that were damaged or broken and they basically told me to go pound sand. Totally irresponsible, totally disreputable and very unreasonable. For this unprofessional, unreasonable and disreputable response to my claim, I cannot honestly recommend Rapid Van Lines to move your things. Try someone else and read the fine print, and demand a reasonable payment of restitution if any of your items are broken or damaged.
E.B. McDonald: They Lost Better Business Bureau Accreditation. This an untrustworthy and manipulative company. There was always an answer - always an excuse and at the end . . . extortion.Dramatic? See pictures. Our move was in July 2021 from LA to Western NC It took nearly 6 weeks to receive our items. Then, we had to wire transfer additional thousands of dollars if ... "you want your stuff."When it was delivered - they used day laborers who showed up at the house asking us where the rental van was.And - to receive any money for lost (Several items) and destroyed items we were buried in paperwork that included gathering quotes to repair and original receipts.
Patrick Williams: After over 3 months of waiting, they told us they lost all of our stuff. Needless to say we are not very happy with thier service after they lost everything we own. This was after telling us they accidentally sent our stuff to Texas (we live in Denver, Colorado now). If you received the wrong stuff by accident, please let me know, especially if you live in Texas (patdwilly at yahoo email)
Saima Rafi: Wish I could give them less than zero stars they are scammers …will give u fake low quote and then exceed at the day of move…mover was rude and stubborn and they lost a lot of my stuff and did zero coverage even though they agreed for some cents per pound but they denied my claim as I gave a true review save ur money and avoid hassle go with someone else ….

Sheila Podgurski: the move was ok but I did have to file a claim and that is where they stooped communicating I have left messages and emails and have had no response in over a month. After 6 months of requesting a claim update I got rejected because I had antique furniture I have had since the 1970’s and didn’t have receipts. You will never get paid for any damage. I do not recommend them.
