Kyle V.: There is lots to like about this place--the staff is courteous and helpful, and the care and craftsmanship they bring to framing your art is terrific--but the final product is just. not. what I ordered. It came back with almost no visible bottom mat, so I asked for a redo--which I never do--with at least 1/4 - 3/8" visible on each side. (It's a raw edge painting and I wanted it to breathe.) The redo came back with half that margin. It looks ok I guess, thanks to the craftsmanship, but I'm disappointed that nearly $500 and 22 weeks of patience didn't frame this very special piece of art in the way I requested.

The prices are more than you'd pay in Walmart for fall-apart-frames but it is like the difference between an old beat up junk car and a Mercedes. And the variety seems almost endless.
