(It stated a 25-35 min wait) After an hour and a half, I called to check the status. VERY RUDELY was told the order was canceled because I was a new customer. (This is the only location I ever order from for work so that was bizarre but whatever.) I asked him to please, re-submit the order, to which he stated, " yeah, you don't need to place an order, THANK YOU!!" and he freaking HUNG up on me!!!! I'm still shocked! LOL What in the hell.... I guess at work, we'll be ordering Papa Johns's moving forward.

I love how the automatic response when customers complain...is exactly the same...WORD FOR WORD...AUTOMATIC RESPONSE!!!!...NOT that they will actually DO SOMETHING to fix the problem!!!

The next pizza was even worse than the previous...both of these are hand tossed pizza. The one today is absolute paper thin and zero sauce at all...Honestly the cheapest frozen pizza on the planet wouldnt be as horribly put together. This place obviously needs new management in a hurry. Second pic is todays version of a hand tossed pizza...pathetic i paid 30 for two croutons with with cheese.

I went to pick them up and when I got there, the workers told me it will be a little bit until my food would be ready still. No problem. I sat and waited for 10 more minutes until my food was finally ready. However, during that time, the staff was so nice and kept apologizing for the wait and they even gave me a free pop. Not only do they have incredible and generous people working there, but their food is great!

I tried to call to get the missing wings and the lady who first answered hung up on me immediately and the second time, she answered, told me “hold please” so I did. About 6 minutes later she answers again and I tell her about the missing item. She says “hold please” so I hold again. 25 minutes later and STILL nothing. She simply never picked up. Not to mention the wings we DID receive in our order half of them were smaller than a quarter.We’ve officially called corporate to try and get a refund. If you want pizzahut, I recommend driving to a different store. This place is NOT worth it.

She was overwhelmed which only looked like 3 pizzas on the oven..She said 45 minutes before she could take the order then it would be the wait time in addition… Normally if you call it’s 15-30 minutes, when I asked if i should call it in she told me she didn’t care and I was being entitled… She said she doesn’t make corporate times and there times are bullshit… I told her have a good day and went to another business…. The pizza had barely an toppings or cheese, the chicken wings were over done, and the garlic bread was so bad the dog wouldn't eat it. When you spend a 100 bux on a meal, and get what we got, you can know we will never order from this pizza hut again, or probably pizza hut in general again. Not even worth the 1 star. I could have gone in and said I’m with DoorDash and picked up someone else’s food! Thankfully DoorDash customer support was more helpful than Pizza Hut!

Brenda Hawkins: My pizza was made with incorrect toppings even though the receipt had the correct toppings listed. I also paid for extra cheese and it clearly didn't have extra cheese. Then I tried calling the store more than once and nobody would answer the phone. I had to throw the pizza away and it was a waste of money. This isn't the first time that pizza hut has messed up my order and then I was unable to get ahold of anyone in the store. I think pizza hut is past their prime and it's time for me to find a different pizza place.
