Dr. Chadwell was so kind and patient with a 4 year old that he removed the anxiety for child, parents and grandparents. Next was to remove a spot from my face. Easy, quick, no pain and no scaring. Most recently was an eyelid lift. Dr. Chadwell guided me through every step of the process making me comfortable with the procedure and recovery. The improvement this has made in the appearance of my eyes is exactly as I'd hoped! When deciding who to use for the cosmetic service, I chose the only physician in our area who is specially and specifically trained in facial plastic surgery. Others may be really good because it is their special interest but facial plastics is Dr. Chadwell. I highly recommend him!

Caramia: went to dr chadwell for botox fillers and mentioned the cost of them on tik tok app. not only was i never given a price before procedure but i had to wait a month + out for an apt that last all of 15 min max WITH consultation and after the 4 pokes to only my top lip i leave the room and am told $320.00!!! not only was i blown away by the fact i mentioned a price and was never redirected or told but the fact that i NEVER did or have seen any kind of result. i reached out and was never reached back to by even tho THEIR OFFICE sent me a review link via txt messages. i would not recommend this place to anybody !

No matter how much I worked out or weight I lost, I was never happy when I looked in the mirror. The procedure is painless, and you have zero side effects after each treatment. I would TOTALLY recommend the South Bend Plastic Surgery Center to ANYONE to feel more fabulous like myself.

Michele Anderson: Just received the Halo fractional laser treatment today. Meagan did a wonderful job explaining the treatment to me, what to expect in the coming days and the after care. Knowing that there is minimal downtime with this procedure is a plus! A numbing cream was applied to my face and left on for an hour prior to the procedure. What I felt during the procedure was very tolerable. I would say like an intense sunburn. I would highly recommend anyone considering this treatment to come into the office and see Meagan. I promise you will not be disappointed. I will be happy to post before and after treatment in the following weeks.

patnuk1: A few years back, I got a tummy tuck done by him and he completely botched it! Refused to accept responsibility and wanted me to pay him more to fix it. Later when I objected, he agreed to fix it for free, but of course I had lost trust in him by then. Had to pay another 7k to another surgeon in Chicago to rectify the mess. A review with pictures appears in "realself". Do not go to this doctor.

Lexi Pollock: I have only heard wonderful things about this facility. Truly. In fact, I have friends that have gone to him with great luck getting breast augmentations. However, I do not suggest this office for lip filler. When injected here, I was asked if I liked the filler. I was crying and said “no” but was told likely due to swelling. Totally makes sense. Week or so following maybe longer it appeared as if two balls were hanging off of my mouth. My teeth were practically covered. It was awful. Totally was noticeable, in fact I was even bashed publicly for being “botched.” Talk about embarrassing! I was never offered any type of “fix” and ended up having to go to another facility and pay even more to attempt to even out the damage. I in no way am writing this to bash anyones knowledge as I know this office has still has great qualities. However, I think honesty is so important and when someone leaves truly disheartened and less confident while being vocal (kindly) with no solution offered an issue is at hand. Solely writing this to remind others that research is SO important and that not every experience is impeccable. Filler is a big deal as it morphs your image and confidence. Not only that but a really expensive mistake when done incorrectly. I wish I would have been able to see more reviews both positive and negative before making a decision. Best wishes.

allie maynard: I have been working with Dr.Zucker for several years now and have really appreciated all he has done to help me. Most recently, I started getting Botox to help with migraines and Dr. Zucker was able to create a really customized map for the injection sites based on where I experienced pain. The Botox for my migraine pain has been life changing. I can now go outside without the sun triggering an episode and experience far less pain in and around my eyes and forehead. The aesthetic benefits have also been great (though not my main focus for getting the Botox). I've had several people tell me I look "airbrushed" after getting the injections. This has been a great perk as I have chronic pain, and at age 30, have a lot of premature lines on my face caused by pain. Those are gone now with the regular injections. I felt very comfortable going to Dr. Zucker because I've known him to have excellent attention to detail and explains exactly why he chooses to do a procedure in a particular way. I also really loved the method of having his assistant gently tap on my shoulder while doing the injections, it helps distract from the discomfort of the injections. I would recommend Dr. Zucker to anyone considering surgical procedures or other aesthetic services because I know I can trust him and his staff. He has such a great group of people working with him that are always ready to answer any question you have an ease your concerns, and there's never any pressure. Thank you!

If you want it done right and with minimal scarring then there’s only one place to go I will never forget Dr Z putting someone’s face back together after encountering a chainsaw. I was not even able to see what part of his face was sewed back to the other. He will also not perform unnecessary surgery.

Alexey Volkov: I went to Dr Zucker after having botox between my brows done 3x at another local clinic. It was only lasting 3 weeks tops and I decided to get another opinion and give it one more try. The entire process was so much better. Dr Zucker himself did the procedure and explained everything (a nurse did it at the other place) The locations and depth he injected was much different. The results were fantastic, have lasted 4 months(and counting) and was significantly cheaper!!!! Will definitely be returning

She said maybe they could work me in but the lady next to her shook her head no. So I had to reschedule. Mistakes happen and irregardless of who made the mistake I felt disregard but I rescheduled anyhow because I did pay a 50 dollar deposit. She gave me a new appointment card for October and my name was not even close to being spelled correctly. Bottom line is thisappointment was important to me and I left feeling upset. I feel like it was their mistake and not mine and they did not even attempt to make it right.

Went in for Consult with the aesthetician (not my first time with one and just moved to town so looking for a new one) and she did not examine my skin or have any idea what I needed. She simply handed me a bunch of price sheets after leaving me sitting in the exam room for 20 min. When I asked her specifically about one treatment over another her reply was it just depends on what I want rather than discussing the pro and cons. They charge for the consult which is just a pricing visit for whatever you want done. If you want really advise, stay away from this place.
