Lindsay Davis: I purchased a new vehicle from Motorworks in June 2021, I then referred my mother there, and she also purchased a new vehicle in March 2022 (same sales person). I am still waiting on my referral check, almost a year later. Both the sales person and the new car sales manager are aware I have not received this and have yet to make this right. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone ever again. We spent a lot of money with Gurley Leep and they can't follow through with a simple promise.

Lisa Bartlett: I recently hauled my car 3.5 hours to have GL work in it because of their value and Mission StatementsThe car was diagnosed as mechatronic in transmission.After weeks I was told it was ready to be picked up that it shifted hard.I argued that I was paying 6k to have it fixed it need to be fixed.Not once when it was diagnosed did they say it could be something else ot this needs replaced to further diagnose.After arguing for days and and them refusing to fix it without me paying another dime, I was told to pick the car up if I was not paying an additional I believe 8k.I go to get my car and they tell me the key is stuck in the transmission it needs replaced. I was NOT paying for this nor did I.But why after telling me to pick it up was nothing correct and more issues.2 days later I go to pick car up.It was it far worse shape.Transmission wasn't shifting hard it would shift and stay engaged forcing the rpms to 4500.It took me 10 minutes to get 3 blocks away.A few feet from leaving the dealership, light came on and said transmission overheating.To make matters worse, my stereo does not work now my information panel with controls, navigation, blue tooth, heat setting does not even come on and my air bag light it stuck on.I have left several voice messages with no return calls.Even texted the service person who I'd been corresponding with since day one.I have been left no choice but to contact the BBB, the ATTORNEY GENERAL AND I WILL BE FILING A CIVIL SUIT.WAY TO BACK UP YOUR VALUES AND MISSION STATEMENT.WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN.

I had some sort of issue or trouble at ever place I went, until I found them. So far everything is as it should be. Nothing over the top, but I take it in, they do what I ask to get done, they do it properly, and the issue is resolved.

Eric McCoy: As far as the buying experience goes, it could not have gone much easier or smoother. Darek was very straightforward and had good communication throughout the process. I test drove the vehicle and drove away with it less than 2 hours later. I have only had the car for a little over a month now, but have yet to find any issues that were not already disclosed in the sale. Definitely would recommend German concepts to other potential car buyers.

James Vaughn: My Range Rover has been in their shop for over a yr. I was told it would be around 2 months to get fixed and around 5k worse case scenario. 2mos turned to 4mos, 4 turned to 6 mos etc. Then when I spoke to them again they told me it wasn't as bad as they thought then told me the price would be 6500! I'm like wth! They proceed to say I'd have have it soon then that never happened then they had an excuse. Then fast forward more months they tell me I have to give them 3500 if I want them to break the car back down to figure out if they messed my car up or not and if I dont pay and take it else where I'd be liable if it were a mistake they made. So I pay and what do ya know, it was their fault. I'll give them credit for owning up to it though. Still to this day I have no vehicle, lost my job as a heavy equipment operator due to this and have had to pay for a vehicle i can't use as well as insurance for the vehicle i can't use. Absolutely the worse situation ever and I do not recommend by any means. Maybe within another yr I'll get my car back, they could've atleast offered a loaner or something.
Barbie Warble: We purchases a 2015 BMW 428I and had continued problems with this for over a year. We traded this vehicle in Feb 2022 and have a warranty refund credit due from German Concepts. I have called as well as and left messages over 5 times and still have not received refund. I keep getting put off by their accounting dept. This is ridiculous that it is taking so long. This vehicle was paid off in Feb 2022 they keep saying they need verification from TCU -I already got verification over 3 months ago of pay off. Terrible service
