Bekah Utley: They have no idea how to deal with passports. I was called back to bring something else in after they said I had everything needed. The department of state just sent me a letter saying the photo they did for me is unacceptable and I have to send another. Please go somewhere else for your passport needs. Mine is time sensitive and now I have no idea if it will be here when I need it.

Papa Fisherman: On 7-18-20, A package coming from Florida to South Bend traveled to Indianapolis, then to Maryland, and then back to Indianapolis, and finally to South Bend. What is that all about?Now instead of being delivered today as it stated, it won't be here until Monday now. I sure can't blame the Frontline workers as I believe they work hard and realize upper management is in a world of hurt and will be to blame for the demise of the postal service if it finally crumbles apart. So sad.
Jasen Hicks (Jasen's Customs): Unfortunately, at least four packages are sitting waiting for processing (over 10 days). When you pay nearly $300 in shipping, you expect the service to be a little faster. Even worse when USPS Priority is normally 3-4 days (only a fraction longer due to COVID-19). Please look for the 4x tires/rims from Tire Rack and get them moving. Thanks.

Rob Simones: For 4 days tried to get them to answer phone my job has me traveling when I get back they tell me nothing they can do W2 was returned to my employer a title registration and plates never showed up but BMV gives tracking number post office says doesn't exist but yet my wife gets some mail but her W2 never showed up either. There's a crook in that office

brandi brockwell: The worst mail service and local post office ever! They are also discriminatory! I will see a mailman deliver mail to everybody else's house but mine on more than three occasions. Every time I speak with someone over the last 2 years, it's nothing but justification and excuses on why I don't get my mail! And it seems like it's always the same excuse, my normal carrier is on leave or is absent.They also seem to never have anyone who answers the phone! I've got a call like a crazy person repetitively before they acknowledge a phone is ringing!

Bobby Borysiak: Great communication by a postman that I had seen at a nearby gas station to tell my postman not to leave packages outside my door.I had a package that was suppose to be delivered today and because noone was home the postman took the package back to the post office which I absolutely love!
james lee: Package late called customer service to get an update on ETA for package that is already a day past due. Attendant stated that they would look into it and get back to me they have not. This is time sensitive material and paid extra money for timely delivery.. now they say they don't know when they will deliver nor could they provide this information. This incident has cost me hundreds of dollars in wages because I have to be present to sign for a package that they have no clue when it will be delivered.

The employees make this the best place for your postal/mailing needs. The people make you feel welcome and important each and every time and I know because I ship almost daily and know everyone by their first name and many of them know their customer's names also. Terrific, feel good place.

J Walker: If not regular mail carrier, they do not deliver half the time. They will not deliver packages that need signed for and lie, claiming they attempted to when they did not. Offices customer service contract typically contracts you quickly but can't do much.

Amanda Welch: When someone goes to their own personal post office, in their hometown, and weighs out envelopes to see what the price is, then some out of state post office decides the postage is three times the amount worth, that's absolute fraud! What's even sadder is that the same type of card, with the same weight, was distributed to multiple others in IN with no problem. My sister did not get to enjoy her Christmas envelope because of you crooks. I will be filing for restitution!
Liz Conner: Mail carrier does not deliver my packages carrying very important medicine. The package needs to be signed. I was supposed to get my meds. On Oct. 29th. Called Mail order Otptum. To get this info. The local number DOES NOT Answer the phone. I left the pink notice in mail box with a note and phone. I NEver got the package. Not meds. Carrier is too lazy to get off the mail van. You are the WORST. I will call my congressman. Last month was the same problemPure incompetence!!! I can’t miss my meds. I get very ill. The complaint line takes one hour and half, maybe more. Still waiting to talk to a person.
David Miller: Horrible service. In the past 9 months I've had two instances of medication from the VA that were said to be "undeliverable" because "no home to sign". Blatant lies!! At least they were at the post office for me to pick up(big inconvenience). Daniel Grey: I don't appreciate being lied to, but it seemed that was what happened to me today. I was expecting two packages today with a third one being a surprise. I saw the mail carrier leave my neighborhood and when I check the mailbox, there was nothing in it, but there was a package on the porch. When I opened it and saw that it was neither of the things I was expecting today, I went to the post office and noticed that a mailbox flag at the end of the neighborhood was still up on the way out. When I arrived at the post office, I was told that the mail carriers continue to deliver packages throughout the afternoon and evening, the carrier was new, and that they were probably still out. I left there maybe close to 4:20 and I went back to my neighbor. I decided to drive around to see if I could find the carrier. I could not, but I did notice a lot of mailboxes with flags up and even one that had fallen open with nothing in it. When I returned home at 4:50, I looked at my Amazon page and saw that the carrier had listed my package as "delivery attempted." I'm furious, because they apparently had enough time to drop off a package on my doorstep, but nothing else. They didn't even leave a delivery attempted slip. If they had enough time to drop off a package on my porch, they had enough time to leave my mail in my mailbox, especially considering that that package was already a day late.Update: I went right as they opened this morning to pick up my packages because I had a feeling the carriers would not be sent out today. Wasn't there for more than 10 minutes and left with my packages.
Natalie Pynaert-Bare: Horrible. I called to complain and was told there was no post master at this branch. That is false information and the person that I spoke with mislead me to believe this untrue information. Complaint went nowhere with the person I spoke with (jewel, if that was even her real name) Missing days of mail to get it 2 days later with a note stating mailbox blocked. I have a camera facing the outside of my house. The mailbox was not blocked. Today we are told by carrier that she is not delivering mail, only packages and that we probably wont have a mail delivery until Friday. Today is Tuesday! I am waiting for a very important piece of mail and I was supposed to have it by today. On top of that my parent's mail branch is the same as mine, received their mail today and the postal worker told them that they will probably be delivering tomorrow. Why the difference? So irritated.
Kat Conaway: They lie about mail being delivered when it wasn't most if their drivers are very rude today was the last straw they said they tried to delivery a package and didnt it was my birthday gift !!! they said they tried at 5:30 pm.. After they done ran at 2:24 cause I had other stuff arrive !! On tracking it says I asked them to hold the package um no I was sitting on my couch at 5:30 no one person knocked or came to my house !
Ashley Fugate FNP-BC: Terrible post office! Lazy drivers who can't even take 2 steps to put mail in the mailbox and overpack mailboxes to the point where they break. Why can't you train your staff better and actually care about your jobs?

Sarena Gates: I made an attempt to return an amazon package ( prepaid return label) and I asked the attendant, whom I spoke to twice before getting a good morning back, may I have some tape to tape my box up, and he asked how was it being shipped. I showed him the label and he said he was couldn’t tape my box for me because of the type of label it was.. then offered me to buy a roll of tape. Needless to say, me and my package has left the building. Horrible, the fact he could not offer me a strip of tape..
