V L: Complete disgrace of the justice system. They ignore people with low economic status. I personally witnessed it. I’ve reached out multiple times with patience and respect about a case involving a violent crime. It makes me lose hope in south bend police and prosecutors. They won’t pursue anything unless they benefit from it (court fees, criminal activity, etc.) I have never been so discouraged by the local government. It’s pitiful

Turquoise Holloway: It’s hard to get anyone on the phone and when you do they’re rude or un helpful. I get paid child support 2 different ways. They messed up one of my checks by only paying me $6 instead of $60. When I had the debit card the money came steady for 1 month, then they were random an half the amount at times. I WOULD NOT recommend child support in the state of Indiana. There is one person I like there an that’s the child support receptionist on the 2nd floor, she’s always nice, very helpful & professional.
D Q: The Prosecutors and their staff always listen. I feel like part of a family every time I contact them regarding my case. They treat me and my family with respect and dignity. I am so thankful for their work.

Adrian Murray: literally whenever I call and have to inquire about something, the woman that I speak with over the phone ìs rude, rude, rude. I live 3 hours away and due to my work schedule I can't travel to ask the questions in person. when I call, I get treated less than what someone at the counter would get treated. being told to "cut to the chase" while asking a relevant question I'm regards to my court order and you huffing and puffing on the phone isn't how you talk to someone. I call bs.
