Eve Wagand: I have tried a number of times over the last month to contact this office, but only get a busy signal. Did somebody forget to pay the bill? Or is it off the hook? Or do you need another receptionist? I tried more than one time each day, and there was also no answering machine. I am an existing patient, and I had an appointment, but needed to check on it.

Lisa Borsch: It's a so so office. Poorly managed and can't return phone calls about test results. I had to wait a whole month to find out about my results and it wasn't even at my appointment! I have been having a couple of problems with scheduling. Partially my fault the first 2 times. After that I was given wrong times and days with no reminder calls. I need reminders otherwise I forget.

Mr E: This is the worst managed office known to mankind!! It takes forever to get through on the phone if you're lucky enough to get through. Their patient portal is non-existent and you can feel the atmosphere of of consider yourself lucky we're even seeing you. This community is in dire need of lung doctors, right now this office is the only choice.

jahjr2002: They have Winschulers cheese spread and Walmart doesn't. Martin's has it but they're too expensive. I'm from Michigan so I like Meijers .

B Kind: My primary care physician sent a referral nearly two weeks ago. I waited a few days to hear from them, but nothing. I have attempted to call multiple times. The phone just rings and rings and rings without an answer or voicemail. Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue based on other reviews. It's really disappointing considering they are pulmonary and critical care specialists that are not available to their patients

Danielle LePitre: My appointment that should have only been 20 minutes ended up taking 2 and a half hours because the damn doctor took hours to come into the room!! The lady at the desk was rude and they also never sent my test results where they needed to go so my surgery got delayed thanks to these incompetent and ignorant people. Avoid this place!

Patrick Doherty: They have appeared to fix the issue other people complained about with appointment reminders. I have had multiple appointments here now and I have gotten a phone call reminder and an email reminder for both appointments. The staff was very nice getting my tests ordered and scheduled, and the doctor was very personable. It still can be a little hard getting through on the phone sometimes, but I may have just been calling at busy times.

Robin Beutel: Doctors are ok I guess but the office staff is totally incompetent! They don't answer the phone, screw up messages, don't return calls, can't answer a basic question about a prescription....They transfer you to a nurse, again no answer and no return call. When someone's health is at risk you should not be so incompetent in your job. My husband will be asking his doctor for a new referral.

Renee Black: My husband was referred to this office by another doctor for medical treatment that had to be done by a certain time for an upcoming surgery. The other doctors office attempted to schedule the appointment with Dr. Koscielski and was never able to get someone to get it done. The other doctors office finally called my husband and suggested that perhaps him calling would get the response we needed. We went to the appointment and were very pleased with the Doctor. He wanted my husband to get 3 tests. We had a terrible time getting them scheduled and then the day before the tests we received a call from the place doing the tests that the tests needed to be rescheduled because they were unable to get authorization from Dr. Koscielski's office and they had tried 3 times each time was told the authorization would be sent immediately. It was never sent. I asked the organization if they often have problems with this doctors office and they said "oh yes". It is very frustrating.

I only realized it a couple of years later when I finally got connected with a really competent Pulmonologist and he began assessing me for the appropriate issues and subsequent treatment has helped immensely. Try someone else is my advise.
