Mary Postelli: Champion windows is a terrible company period. They are very attentive until the contract is signed, then they disappear.We signed with them last August and an installer came in Oct. He was very good, but did not have the color for the trim we had agreed on so I paid half the amount So I was told that day, don't contract us we will contact you, due to supply issues. Early January I received a lien on my home for the remaining amount, not one call or bill was ever sent. It was then I had to contact them & was told we don't have that color anymore. They found 1 roll of it Florida I was told. They came and finally finished the job. I paid the total amount and wanted the lien removed from my home. I called every day for 2 weeks to finally receive it in the mail. I do not recommend this company as they are a "don't call us well will call you" mentality".

Kayla Keen: We contracted Champion Window of South Bend to do the siding on our house and front of our garage. Note that no matter what your salesman tells you... their siding work IS subcontracted out. Expect to come across many obstacles during your project, including little to no communication from Champion, extremely delayed project times (we waited around 9 months), lackluster installation, creaked and broken siding, and Champion not doing much of anything to resolve issues in a timely fashion. After several issues with the original crew at our house, we requested a new crew and stated we were okay with waiting if needed. The other crew was 100% better than the first crew. You could tell they put pride in their work and wanted to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Once the job was complete, Champion reached out to us the same day at 8pm for final payment and never once sent a Champion employee back out to review the final work. Overpriced and too much of a hassle for me to want to do business with them ever again. Just beware of what you're getting yourself into.

We had the company reach out to us within a few minutes of submitting a request to speak with a representative, and they helped us setup a home visit. Ted from sales, who delivered the product information without pushing the sale, and Zach and Blake who came to do the replacement, we’re all timely, courteous and professional. They removed our outdated and broken French doors and replaced them with a beautiful Wisconsin door (large sliding door). The install went seamlessly and the end product is beautiful. Jennifer O'Shea: Hired them for siding, windows and gutters. They started the job back in May and as we approach October, job is still not complete. I’m not sure who decided siding should be done before windows, let alone find out one window was not ordered and have to look at a hole in wall and plywood for months, they would not be happy. They won’t even come finish what they started without window. Called two weeks ago and they were going to call me back on Friday regardless to let me know what is going on…no call. Lyle Zimbler: I recently bought a home and found a window in the basement. The previous owner said that window was paid for along with its installation cost and was to be installed once an old vent was removed from the old window. When I called Energy Efficient Windows to install, the owner said it would cost $495 to install and take 12 weeks to schedule. He then said I am not a customer and would not honor his agreement with the sale of windows.This guy is an unprofessional Merchant.

They came and installed all 15 new windows yesterday. The entire crew was knowledgeable and polite. After watching their process of instillation from setting to insolating to finish wrap on windows I understand why their windows preform so well.
