Lindsey Janiga: Been out or work for months. Had an injury in early February had an appointment in March, that was confirmed and approved. Once I arrived, we were sent home because they messed up their billing. “Someone was supposed to call you” well someone did, they called to confirm my appointment. So then I cannot get in until late April, the billing mistake was on their end and completely covered, this scan needs to be done in order to have surgery. Got a confirmation call, showed up to my appointment and I am now being told I may have to come back a different time? I don’t know who is running this joint but please get your ducks in a row. Just want my injury fixed so I can return to work and help support my family again.

Rebecca Parker: Isaac, the radiology technician was so very kind to my sister. I couldn't get over his extremely kind personality and the care he gave to my sister.
Jaymee Tanger: I brought my 12 month old daughter in for an EEG. I was 10/10 stressed because she hates having anyone touch her head in general and we both basically had to be sleep deprived for the test. The guy who did her test, Robert, was AWESOME. He suggested getting a video playing while applying her head leads which distracted her just enough to get the job done. He was very pleasant, gentle & patient. Despite it being a stressful day, it was an overall great experience because of him. Thank you so much!
Shiny Vera: Apparently if you have a child, you're not important to a doctor here. It took me 20 minutes to park, 10 minutes to find the radiology suite 5510, all to walk in and be told for an ultrasound I can't have my kid. The lady at the desk says, "Do you have someone to watch him?"No, I'm here. You didn't say anything about anything on the phone. If he was getting the ultrasound it would be fine, if I am it's not okay? This was very important due to my spleen being enlarged. We don't live in a world where we all all have live parents, or money for a baby sitter, or have family at all. Some of us have to have to have our kids. Due to that I am not important enough to see? Someone needs to start reimbursing for wasted time and gas I tell ya. Garbage!
Misty Piker: Great place with awesome employees. Getting my testing done is always a breeze.
Ken Van Nevel: Finding the place was difficult. The actual test didn't take very long. The nurse that put the iv in hit the first time but it was more painful than it should have been.
