NATURALLY DAY’S EYE: This is my second attempt to enjoy the food as much as the atmosphere. I love the concept of several businesses having the ability to thrive in a setting at an shared expense. All orders are made using codes on the tables. My orders came out fairly fast. My matcha tea $8 was good. My Latkes w/salmon locs $18 were over cooked and salty. The bartender (andres) was personable and was familiar with the menus from multiple vendors. Maybe I’ll try again. Wish me luck.

Tess Pingel: Dainty Maid never disappoints! Every vendor knocks it out of the park. I love to experience a variety and share plates when dining with family and friends. Even when they are busy, they always do their best to seat you quickly and comfortably. Their staff is incredibly good-spirited and professional. I have also hosted a holiday work party here and all our employees said it was their favorite we have had in years. The Dainty Maid Team ran the bar and venue details. All catering was done by The Beard & The Boss. 10/10 on all fronts!

Food and coffee was top notch. Burrito from The Beard & The Boss was huge and the flavors amazing. Pour over from Revenant Coffee was perfect. Must try the beard tots. I entered a building without much in the way of expectation, yet was amazed to find something foreign to south bend.I ordered something from every venue. Fantastic and bibimbap salad 👌🏻Revenant coffee is incredibly smooth and rich. roasted in house.Smash burgers were absolutely amazing and delivered a better than nostalgic burger. A dang fine thing.Pink lemonade scones are delicate and perfect.Reading some of the reviews I can see how people don't get it. There aren't servers, you sit down, order on your phone, you eat and the price reflects the a quality of the food. It will take getting used to but it's really relaxing! It is clear that this is a collection of several talented individuals that took charge and made something really cool.

Carmack: For truckers….check in at gate 9. They don’t allow cameras on property so you will have to turn your phone in before entering property. They will give you a temp Id. Then you’ll be directed to what dock to go to. Load time was not bad, however watch how they load your truck . 4,000 over weight on the drives.

Douglas J. Knoll: I ordered delivery from Zoup for lunch for myself and a coworker, today. I usually dine in, but it was a busy day so I didn’t leave the office for lunch. When I received my order, I discovered I was missing an item. Obviously disappointed, I called the Mishawaka Zoup’s phone number to speak to an employee, but I had to settle for leaving a voicemail. After I got off of work after 5pm, I checked my phone and saw that Zoup hadn’t yet returned my call. So after a second call to Zoup that went unanswered , I decided to drive there before going home to see if I could speak with a manager. Enter Isaiah R. I shook his hand, introduced myself, and then explained my issue. He apologized for not returning my call citing an unresolved phone issue on their end which currently keeps them from accessing voice messages. Phone problems notwithstanding, Isaiah then went above and beyond to take care of my issue. His swift and exceptional service is why I’m giving a four star review.

Scott Trost: Ordered a large 16oz. Chicken noodle soup and it was mainly all broth. About 10 noodles and 2 pieces of chicken in it. Ordered 2ea. 8oz. Broccoli soups and they were the consistency of glue and tasted nasty. You would think that when you spend $80+ on food delivery that an establishment would ensure your food is good.

Anna Bailey: Unfortunately, the people working were very impolite and could care less about the customers they were serving. One lady in particular had a poor attitude and we had to wait for our soups to be served while she just stood there taking with her coworkers.

I placed an order through Uber, was missing more than a few items 🤦‍♂️. I decided to call the restaurant, very upset. In calling, I spoke with a gentleman who was more than receptive and apologetic (totally owned it!). He also told me his manager was sending me a gift card (despite already being credited back by Uber). Got the card today!I ordered through Uber again, a couple weeks later. I called the restaurant asking for a specific request, and subsequently spoke with the same guy. I inquired if he remembered me, he said yes. I asked if he had crackers instead of bread. Request completed 💯💯💯.This guy and place more than exemplifies what food service should be! I will definitely order again, only bc of the outstanding service. There are so many options out there for good food, it comes down to details... whomever I spoke to twice is the reason I will continue to come.You sir deserve a raise for handling things so professionally 👏👏👏 and now have a loyal customer for years to come.
