Carson Wirtz: I'm happily a regular at Orbit Music. The store is very true to itself, with plenty to offer in terms of CDs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, VHS, DVDs, and other cool finds. I've also had plenty extremely pleasant conversations with the very sociable staff.
Anne Fisette: I was selling records...they got slightly damp the night before, the guy was lind enough to go through them with me but prewarned me he wasnt buying due to the damp pieces....nice enough, but kind of wasted my time.

Jimi Swartz: After being gone from the area for five years, I have started collecting vinyl again. I was excited to visit my old record store. I walked in with my son, only to be greeted with a long awkward stare from the man behind the counter. He glared at us all the down the length of the store. You would think an independent record store would welcome patrons who would support their business. Unfortunately, the experience was less than welcoming. I love music and records, but I can’t support rude service. Fortunately, there are other options for buying music these days.

Michael Donnelly: Called and asked about selling some vintage vinyl and told to just pop in during business hours. I loaded it all up and headed in about an hour later (about 2, right in the middle of their business hours) and it was closed. Loaded up the next day and drove over and upon arrival was informed that they would only offer store credit. Why would you not disclose that when I called and inquired about their interest? Worse still, a few of my pristine vintage album covers were water damaged on the second day because it was pouring rain. Incredibly unprofessional operation. Don't give them your business.
Dakota Carey: Pretty weak selection of new vinyl. Had more of a head shop vibe that happens to sell music. Felt more like a swap shop than a music store.

Marcus Yeagley: Chris is an awesome guy, the store has a great selection of everything. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, they treat you like more than a customer. There isn't a better place to go for all your media wants and needs. The prices are good as either a buyer or seller. It's the kind of place that you enjoy going to and are always glad you went, always a great selection and has an ever changing inventory.

The Atomic Boneyard: Ignored, then the older gentleman asked his son to make sure the game case I was looking at was locked so I didn't steal anything.Just offensive people that have no business earning anyone's money. They literally stared at me until I left.I was going to buy the one game in their case priced well, but not after that. It was a joke, and an offensive one at that.So, my lady and I kept our money, and wandered off somewhere else to spend it. Third time there, third time completely ignored, but first time pegged as a thief. Please shop elswhere.
CLOWNLOVE BRETT: Great place to shop they have great movies an movies Pokémon card an games an the best place in the world for record store day anytime the manger goes above and beyond the call of duty for their customers.
Holli Jackson: Absolutely do not recommend.. This man sold us a game for playstation. We brought the game home and tried it immediately and the game did not work. It would not load just kept beeping at us. My husband took the game back to return it and the owner would not give us a refund. We told him it didn't work that we weren't just trying to return something because we didn't like it. He said he understands it doesn't work but won't give us refund. My husband asked for him to buff it out which he states that the issue we were having it sounds like the game isn't fixable.. So now he admits to selling us something that was broken but still won't refund. Save your money and go somewhere that stands by what they sell! Disc replyor game stop.. Seriously anywhere but here. This is pathetic and will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

Bianca Sizemore: Came here quite a few times and talked with multiple workers about possible trades. Was told a trade was definitely possible as we would have been giving them something of more value. Was told to come back when one of the other owners was in to make sure they were okay with it. Came back multiple times waiting for both of them to be there at the same time and then they acted like they knew nothing about the trade and said what we wanted to trade was not valuable. Anyways, seems like only one person can give the okay with higher sales and trades. And even then they didn’t seem to be knowledgeable with items they were selling and trading.
Rayne Ruin: Little disappointed went in for pokemon cards, came out with repackaged junk. The man working there was nice enough but looked me straight in the eye and lied to me. Such a shame to get scammed Hopefully I can help stop someone else getting ripped off. I should of looked more closely at the packs but I was excited to find cards. So unfortunate.

Nicky boi: I love HPB!! Selections are added pretty regularly and the prices can't be beat! Great for finding movies/books that are difficult to find. If you can't find what you're looking for, the people at the side desk are super helpful and can have the item you're looking for sent to you for a small fee if the item is in their system.
Rufus Ayres: We are moving and had a lot of old dad's and books to sell. They make it really easy, and we got enough cash to buy our dinner.

Tia Rice: Since my previous review was deleted (sketchy much?), I am going to try again. I took in 7 books to sell and only received $10. I was in so much shock I didn’t even think to decline the offer. I take care of my books, all were in like-new or unread condition, and they came out within the past year. I would not recommend selling your books, or anything else, to this business. It is horrible they would take advantage of people like that, and it’s clear by the other one star reviews I am not the only one.

Andrea _: I like that the books are cheaper. The selection is great. On some non-book items, it's obvious they don't know how much their worth. This can mean heavy underpricing or overpricing.However, on the selling side, the people behind the counter really don't know what they're doing. I literally tried to sell a book I had just bought from them as a test, and they said it wasn't in good enough condition to sell. They went into detail about the "damage." The prices for items they buy from you are always low.
Robert Kerr: They have a variety of books and used board games for sale, up to 50% depending. I found a few things at a great price.The last time I visited they had some Playboy magazines on display in the back corner. Might not be an issue for some adults, but I know others may be more sensitive about those kinds of things (myself included).

Lizbeth Preston: This store is a shadow of its former self. Most of the physical media that was in store is now online. Still a good selection but most items sold here can be purchased elsewhere thanks to streaming services. Most physical products can be purchased from their website. It felt like going through a ghost town when I walked through. Still a good store but its glory days are over. I feel it's going the way of Blockbuster video.
Rachelle Tolbert: As a vinyl checkout I appreciate their selection of records, and they also have a lot of uniquely themed food and collectible items that are often hard or impossible to find in other types of physical stores. I enjoy coming here just to see what they have and usually end up leaving with an unexpected find. When their items go on sale/clearance the prices are pretty great. Overall I enjoy visiting and recommend to collectors or pop culture enthusiasts.
