Katie Fox: My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas. Him and our 2 daughters went to look. They found one and when he was purchasing it he made absolutely sure that sizing was included in the waranty he was purchasing, cause he wasn't sure what finger I would wear it on. They told him absolutely sizing was included. We took it in to get it sized, the lady that helped gave me the ring sizes. First she had me try the 5 and it was a little to snug I explained to her that I needed a 5.5, she then had me try the 6. I went to pick it up a week later and it was a size 6. I called them to complain about it and the lady said to bring it back in, so we did. We drove almost an hour to take it back for them to tell me sizing wasn't included. I explained everything so she called a manager who then said, sorry u have to pay if u want it sized. After going back and forth with them we just walked out, and said we would never be back here again!!
sarvaria mitchell: THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME ! I came in and I was immediately greeted by the one and only Grace ❤️. My fiancé and I did not feel rushed she let us browse around and she helped us find exactly what we wanted ! Very worth the time and money spent ! Thank you Grace for the perfect experience !
Heather Everingham: Tiffany at R & H In Mishawaka, Indiana is one of the best in this business. She has gone above and beyond for me when having my rings serviced. I live out of state and have purchased my rings at 2 different stores she’s quick to find my account when CS online can’t even find my name in the system and she has shipped my rings multiple times to me once they come back since I’m no longer near a R&H being out west. Thank you Tiffany and staff for being amazing as usual my rings arrived and look as beautiful as ever!!
Rob Collins: After shopping at no less than 8 stores carrying 4 specific brands within 100 miles of South Bend I ended up sticking with R & G, admittedly at higher cost, because of the 'no check-up' warranty and the incredible experience I had working with Susie and Grace on my unrealistic timeline. Mailing this piece to some other store every 6 months just wasn't realistic and they stand by the quality of their vendors and internal workmanship to eliminate that requirement. Susie and Grace together hounded the 3rd party band manufacturer on timeline and then through a series of overnight shipments and priority stone mounting got the engagement ring I ordered in store 4 weeks early...the day before I proposed and left for vacation. Can't wait to work with this team again. Nothing less than 5 stars! In spite of my procrastination, she said Yes!

Two weeks before our wedding we came in and Store manager Tiffany was able to get the band in before we flew out to Colorado for our wedding! Great attention to detail and even better customer service.

We got exactly what we wanted. Tiffany in the Mishawaka store was very knowledgeable and fun w/out any pressure. Her customer service what great!

stephannie gill: I had to take my engagement ring in to have a diamond replaced. I went to pick it up and had the best customer service!! Tiffany from the University Park Mall location in Granger Indiana. She seen there was a note left in the computer about me being worried about another stone falling out so she checked my ring when it was done and sure enough there was another loose stone so she sent it back in and had it fixed. And checked it 2 more times. My heart is so happy not only to have my ring back but also that she made sure it was perfect for when I got it back. I cannot thank her enough!!
