Grant Martin: I have purchased two cars from AIS: A 2014 Mini Countryman and a 2013 BMW X5. The Mini was in great shape with a number of key things replaced by AIS before they sold it to me. The BMW had some issues after I bought it. Even though I bought it As-Is, Mark and Tom took care of me. They did nearly all the needed repairs at their cost. This is a group of great people who know cars and know how to take care of their customers. I’m not buying a car anywhere else anymore.

loren mctheeney: I got a 2006 5.9 cummins and they told me it was looked over and good to go for the road. So I got it took it home and the transfer case was hold it on by one bolt to the transmission. My kids was in this truck thank god it didn’t come a part on my way home. So yes, I’ll give you one star. You do not look over your cars you sell to people and your Mechanic is a joke. And I let the bank know how bad this place is (would not go here if it was the last place on earth open!!!)

Found an Audi I liked on autotrader, called the same day and after talking with a sales associate had the car reserved until I made it down from Michigan in person the following weekend.Once I made it there in person Jason and Jaimie were very helpful in getting the test drive set up and helped streamline all the paperwork taking care of everything within a few hours (even gave me a generous trade in value on my current car I wasn't expecting) Overall great experience buying a car for the first time and they were very patient with all my questions.

Lauren Reed: NO INTEGRITY AT THIS DEALER. We were in the middle of completing the paperwork and finalizing our loan on a used pickup. It was exactly what my husband had been searching for and he was excited enough that he sold his old truck. The ONLY reason there was even a delay was that the title wasn't in Concord Cars name (hardly our fault they had to perfect title after they sold it). This took some time and then the salesperson would not return our call for a whole day. When we finally reached a sales manager, we were told they had sold it to someone else. Unbelievable.
