Charles Colpitts: Stay away from this company if customer support and after sales service is important to you. I picked up my new RV and while demo of the functions of my unit the technician destroyed the main awning closing it on a side door. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 3 months and I keep getting the runaround. It's evident that they have no intentions in fixing the damaged awning.

Roger Mikel: We purchased a 2017 25’ Rockwood last week 05/13/22 . Sales people an service people were very friendly. I realize that being a used unit things would be less than perfect. That doesn’t excuse the facts that a deal is a deal! They were supposed to check an clean unit, that did not happen! Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them or at least don’t pay them until everything was corrected that was agreed to! It’s all about the money. Folks buying a RV isn’t like buying a used car no warranty whatsoever unless you purchase the extended warranty! The experience just proved my thoughts on RV salesman an service tech’s, their not honest people.06-25-22 after reviewing user had with poor preparation of R V most issues have been taken care of, although I took care of most sealant and cleaning my self I did receive a free sewage waste hose. happy days. Mostly poor quality service people are the issue.

Mason Brown: I am not impressed with customer service. We live out of state and had the Camper delivered to us. It showed up 2 1/2 weeks later than we were told it would. There was never a walkthrough done on the camper: stove lights not wired in, blinds clips behind the stove are not the proper width, screens knocked out and laying inside the camper, missing pull curtain in the bunkhouse, plumbing system not flushed and still in winterization setting, lights not all operational in the main living area or under the tv. Still haven't received any paperwork from the purchase. No dealer plate. No warranty information. Not happy, if someone doesn't get a hold of me soon I will be looking to report to the BBB and Forest River.

The sales experience was OK - there were some supply chain issues, but we were getting updates on a timely basis, so not too frustrating. Unfortunately, after inspection and delivery, there was a problem with our toilet. Our service experience was awful - we were strung along for months and then were told International RV no longer had a service department. Fortunately we figured out how to contact the service advisors at Cedar Creek, and they helped us solve our problem. International RV did not seem to care about service after the sale.We will never purchase another camper from this company. Cedar Creek should find another distributor.

William Grillo: The dealership is doing a good job considering they are reliant on the factory. The staff are trying their best. The shortages of materials at the factory have made this experience troubling. The dealership unfortunately is not getting what they need from the factory including updates and supplies needed for completion of the sale.Dave Titus, Tom, Jackie, Heather, Gary and Steve do their best to make the customer happy.
Ann Talbott: We ordered a new camper in April. Gary had us sign a contract stating " the amount due upon delivery". Was told we would get it in the middle of July...ended up being 2nd week of September..Also had to pay $2,000 for than agreed amount..Tom was not friendly.. told us Gary misled us..Our last experience buying a camper here was great this time....not so much. The only nice thing about this experience was Heather who gave the tour and then ended up putting on the ladder that was missing ( my husband helped her,) while the other guys disappeared.
Gregory Miller: We bought a 2017 Cedar Creek. They were suppose to check everything. The girl that showed us how to use everything obviously did not know what she was talking about. We found many things she did not explain to us. We are first time RVers. Now 4 months later: one brake fell apart, one brake electric wire broke, all four wheel bearings needed packed. Water heater went out, water to refrigerator had never been hooked up, water inlet valve cracked. I would not buy a scrap of wood from this place. I hope they go out of business

B E: Unloaded quickly lots of room
Eric Reynolds: I own a newish 5th wheel. The Ground Control 3.0 had been giving issues every other time we would camp. It got to the point that our anxiety level would skyrocket as we approached the campground. Nothing worse to start a camping trip than for the leveling system to stop and have to call the Lippert Tech line for help. But the saving grace there is that the Techs at Lippert are incredible. Anyway, our campers extended warranty had just expired and the problem happened again. I really thought it may be the controller or possibly the front landing legs. Both of those are very pricey. I called a friend at my local Camping World and he put me in touch with Tara Fuchs and Scott Seggerman. These two are from the Lippert Customer Care Center. Within two weeks, they had my campers leveling system working correctly. They were quick to answer emails and phone calls and couldn't have been any more patient as we tried to work through some troubleshooting. I realize that Lippert makes just about everything on an RV and with a company this size it would be easy for them to have brushed me off. But they didn't! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. Lippert sets the standard for what customer service is all about!!

Instead of sorry your are out of luck give me and idea what it could be. Yes I check the plug. Grand design is of no help. This RV had been nothing but problems.

T. H.: They designed my slide out motor with a plastic gear that breaks to prevent the motor from destroying itself. It would be an understandable means to protect the assembly if they sold a replacement gear. But they dont and basically told me to go pound sand and buy a whole new motor for $700...A little light Google work and I had a replacement gear ordered from Amazon for $18 that works perfectly. Shady customer service.

Scott Reeve: We took our motorhome in for an oil change and some warranty work. While they had it, it was accidentally damaged. We pointed it out, and they said they would fix it. We went back a few weeks later and picked it up. During the few weeks they had to fix it I was worried it wouldn't be right and with the help of friends planned my strategy to deal with this injustice! When they showed us the repair I do believe it was better than new and the motorhome is only a year old. They were so nice to deal with. All of my worries for nothing. They were great from beginning to end. All the other repairs were excellent as well. This may be the best repair place for anything I have dealt with.
Kelsey Schwartz: Excellent experience...we were on a fact finding mission and Ethan spent plenty of time with us making sure to show us any units of interest, putting out the slides, powering up the lights and answering our questions...all with a smile even though it was very cold outside! We're always put off by pushy sales tactics but Ethan was not that way at all... can't say enough good things. If you're headed here, ask for Ethan!

rpmorrisjr: One hears so many horror stories about RV purchases, and generally speaking, the takeaway is it just varies from dealer to dealer. Let me give my highest recommendation for this dealership, and this team of sales and admin people. I was doing a nationwide search for a particular floorplan and I found it here, and at a very fair price such that having it shipped from Indiana to my home in Virginia still made economic sense. Chris the salesperson was accommodating, knowledgeable and got the ball rolling with a great deal. The decision was made to purchase, and Matt picked up and ran with the purchase details quickly and efficiently. Chris and Matt brought in Amanda, who got Chad involved for a thorough and informative FaceTime inspection of the trailer, and the trailer arrived in VA as promised, when promised, and in perfect setup condition, and the team reached out all during the process to insure things were continuing to run smoothly. Again, these guys get my highest recommendation, and my sincere thanks.
David Reece: I purchased a camper this weekend and it was one of the easiest and nicest transactions I have done . I showed up early and was exited to see it and they got me taken care of right away and made me feel like I was the only person there. From the guy that did my walk through and showed me all about it to the people that did my paper work everyone was nice and I could tell they were happy to get me going. In addition, the ladies at the front desk and in the store (didn't get their names :( ) were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.I would fly back to Elkhart again in the future for my next coach - but I'd chose Summertime :)

Mark Fueshko: I recently bought a Rockwood Mini lite from here. Before my closing I was assured all preparations were complete and it was ready for me to pick up. This was crucial to me as i live 579 miles away from them After I got it home i found many flaws which made it obvious that there was nothing done to this rv. I will not go in to detail how many things I found but they were very significant. I write this review because Lazydays admitted they dropped the ball on this rv, apologized to me and were excellent in helping me make all necessary repairs and reimbursed me for all out of pocket expenses. I would definitely do business with these people again.

Then when I say something about it Mr. Barry the salesman say "We can ship it to you for free or take the cost off shipping it off the price." Come to find out he wasn't even authorized to promise that.. At this point no one at this dealership has taken accountability and said "We messed up, we are going to make it Correct by the Customer." If something changes I will be more then happy to change my review.

Len Zielinski: I recently purchased a powered C-Jack kit on line thinking that the distributor was somehow authorized to handle their products. This was not the case. The product was shipped from a Texas warehouse to Pennsylvania in packaging designed for store display and customer pickup. As a result the switches provided with the kit were damaged. I contacted BAL for assistance and quickly realized there was no relationship between them and the warehouse. Regardless of this fact, customer service at BAL promptly responded and is sending replacement switches. Don't make my mistake, seek only authorized outlets. Were it not for the outstanding service provided by BAL I would have been left hung out to dry.
