Seth told me that they ordered it and that it will arrive in 2 days but never followed up with me for more than TWO weeks. I later called the service department asking for his boss (Jason). I was surprised to learn that they already had the parts but apparently forgot to call me! I’d rather drive to Schererville or Kalamazoo to service my BMW.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE @ BASNEY

Grant Martin: I have purchased two cars from AIS: A 2014 Mini Countryman and a 2013 BMW X5. The Mini was in great shape with a number of key things replaced by AIS before they sold it to me. The BMW had some issues after I bought it. Even though I bought it As-Is, Mark and Tom took care of me. They did nearly all the needed repairs at their cost. This is a group of great people who know cars and know how to take care of their customers. I’m not buying a car anywhere else anymore.

Jacob Hause: Just recently purchased a 09 chevy from them, found a couple of concerns when i drove it but Bob informed me that they have in-house service and put the repairs to be done in writing when i purchased the vehicle. Bob was very informative and explained everything i was signing before i signed it and Lacy was kind and helpful when i spoke with her on the phone and Bruce the service manager got my truck in and done about a week sooner than i was expecting. Overall it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I very highly recommend this dealership.

Ben Heath: Went in to look at a Jeep advertised online . Waited around for 20 min or so to be helped because they were busy . Finally talked to the sales person and tell them what I’m interested in and they get me the keys and get my id for a test drive . Test drive was not good at all and the check engine light came on but I figured I’d see what the want to sell it price Is . Waited around another 20-30 min when another salesman is tearing apart the place looking for the key that goes to the jeep I just test drove because the people that bought it want to leave. So huge waste of time I was test driving a Jeep that was already sold . Won’t be back this was the south Bend location Elkhart seems decent besides pricing on some .

Brett Crowe: They asked me to tell them the type car I desired and price range and promised they would aquire something I could purchase. They seemed friendly and sincere. That was over a year ago. I check their website weekly and have called a few times. No idea who I am or what I'm talking about. I trusted them They came across as sincere and honest. I stopped in recently to see if they had anything I might like and they were sort of rude and dismissive and vehicles had somewhat high miles for their prices. Roll the dice. Take your chances.

jim copenhaver: should of known better, vehicle showed on car fax no accidents .there were dents but I can understand not being reported. 3 of the four were minor . Drove car for 2 days to say the least major electrical issues horn wipers went off couldnt turn off the car . towed to mechanic water damage to electrical not flood damage . van will take 2k to repair. I do understand bought as is , just got screwed on that . To top it off no tittle after 45 days , and Indianapolis and local branch showed me no new title applications filed since purchasing vehicle in Feb. so cant scrap the vehicle will probably get tickets for expired plate , tried asking for 15 day plate he just rambled on till I cussed .

loren mctheeney: I got a 2006 5.9 cummins and they told me it was looked over and good to go for the road. So I got it took it home and the transfer case was hold it on by one bolt to the transmission. My kids was in this truck thank god it didn’t come a part on my way home. So yes, I’ll give you one star. You do not look over your cars you sell to people and your Mechanic is a joke. And I let the bank know how bad this place is (would not go here if it was the last place on earth open!!!)
