Extremely good to deal with very helpful. I just can’t recommend these guys enough. Considering I am in Australia they were extremely good to deal with very helpful I recommend them 150% saddle was packed well and it’s beautiful very happy customer 5 start rating hands down.
Incredibly streamlined and easy. I am absolutely blown away by the service horse saddle shop provided me. I am naturally a very indecisive person and incredibly picky when it comes to my gear, so after months of shopping and reading my boyfriend suggested here. He also had a positive experience. I browsed their wide selection of used saddles and there it was, MY saddle. The chat staff was incredibly helpful and my saddle was here 4 days later even with free shipping! The saddle was accurately represented in the photos is far from "used". I'm thrilled, to say the least. Thank you!
After so much searching and being nervous about ordering a saddle online. I picked up the phone and called the Horse Saddle Shop to ask a few questions about a used saddle that was on their website. They were so nice and helpful. I ordered my very lightly used Circle Y saddle and a new saddle pad. It arrived very quickly. Only a few days. I LOVE my new saddle. In great condition and rides great! I would highly recommend using them for your tack needs. I know I will be in the future!

Marnette Dicero: Ordered a saddle online, it turned out to not be what my daughter wanted or needed. I am new to this. They took it back and we ordered a new one through them. I was a little skeptical having not ever purchased one before and not sure exactly of the sizing etc. We got up early one Saturday morning and drove 2.5 hrs to go to the shop and see one while ours was on order. The 2 young ladies working were so kind ND helpful. They even got another customers order that was ready to be shipped. They opened it so we could see color design and check to make sure we didn't need to size up. They got out a few and brought down some others for my daughter to sit in and try for sizing style likes and comfort. This place has been amazing to work with and would highly recommend to anyone. Great prices and selection and outstanding service that is hard to come by anymore these days!!! Charlie and the young girls are great!
Teresa Hurdle: I feel like they gave me a very fair price on my trade in saddle. How ever one agent gave me a much better price then the 1st agent I talked too. They respond much quicker on the chat then they do on emails. They sent me a saddle to try very quickly. The test saddle was a fairly decent fit just a little big but a thick pad could fix for my young horse that I felt would be filling out more. I sent back and ordered the same saddle with a few custom changes. When the custom saddle came it was huge on my young horse and it had more of a rock to the saddle then the test saddle had. But it fit my older horse much better. So I kept it and will just continue to use the old saddle on my young horse.

Wife stated she was looking for a new saddle- no one offered to help. Wife meanders saddles, having questions- eventually one of the girls opts to assist. Obviously has no idea about answering any specific questions…Wife came prepared to spend $3k but left empty handed and felt let down.
