Kaitlyn Dangonini: Lowes came to install my door. They did break a part of mine i purchased and WILL NOT fix it. Be careful. I was warned myself and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Now my $150 lock is broken. The best they can offer is I buy my own lock again and they come install it for a FEE!!!Thank you lowes for breaking rather than fixing. Will NEVER use for projects again.

Brian Bucklew: Contracted the delivery and installation of a dryer and pedistal to a third party. The third party delivered the wrong pedistal and didn't do the install. Lowes refused refund on the pedistal and install because I didn't drive back into town with the pedistal for 72 hours despite the fact that I had valled the same day to report the issue.

The staff, as always, was friendly and very happy to see a dog.Earlier this year, we were looking for a dehumidifier. An employee here immediately asked if we needed help, then led us to the humidifiers instead of vaguely pointing us in the right direction. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

Zach Carroll: I went to buy 3 sets of steel storage racks today and decided before I went to grab them that I would ask customer service to assist with grabbing them. She pages someone and then asked if I had a cart. I didn't so she sent me to the other side of the store to grab one. I thought no big deal but at the same time that's why I was asking for assistance. I then go to aisle finding no employee to help me I decided I would load it myself for efficiency. Once I check out I then asked for help to place them in my car and she pages someone. After 15 minutes I just decided to do it myself. There were employees all over the store and standing around. This wasn't a task I was incapable of doing but if a customer asks for assistance it should be done. In a timely manner considering the abundance of staff.

Larry B: I had Ginger Valley redo the landscape on the front and side of my house. Ash and Brent were wonderful to work with! They listened to my wants and explained their design as well as showed us pictures of all of the plants included in the design. They even visited after the installation to go over my irrigation requirements. I could not have asked for nicer people to work with on this project. That includes the crew that did the tear-out and installation of plants and trees. They were efficient and easy to work with during the whole process.I have had nothing but high praise for the new landscape. I highly recommend Ginger Valley for anyone's Landscaping needs.

Was excited to give my money to a small business that had fair pricing! Ordered bulk rock, several slabs of lime stone, some medicine for my tree, and was planning to get all of my plants there.Was dissapointed that I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my rock. But I adjusted my plans, scheduled a day off work, ordered the last bit of things I needed that they didn't have at Ginger Valley and I was ready to "rock".Well, come June 11... 3 weeks after I ordered, phone rings... Ginger Valley sold the last bit of rock to "some landscaper". Never mind I fully paid for my rock along with delivery! Jist like that... Rock wasn't available. Maybe they can deliver it monday. Nevermind the fact that this customer had already bought that rock. It was MINE! So, cancelled my order. You clearly don't want my money because no one even batted an eye when I asked for a refund. Would have been cool if you at least cared...It's becoming increasingly hard to do business with places around here. No one seems to want my money. Glad there's enough free cash floating around that businesses don't need mine! 🤷🏼‍♂️good luck ginger Valley. We could have been good friends.

Camelrider: Full service. Great selection. Great people. Questionable return policy. Had one issue recently and I wish It would have turned out differently. Purchased a magnolia and the night before I picked it up had gotten freeze damage. All the leaves dropped, and ultimately it did not survive the planting. Shared multiple pics that Summer and Fall. Dead. Got 50% store credit because I did not have them plant it. I'm pretty sure it was not the planting that killed it, but more so the fact that it had no leaves to help it recover. Should have never taken it at time of pickup. All in all, great store and people though. Found four Magnolias at another Greenhouse. Greg was helpful, but was bound to the store policy on partial store credit.

Anthony: A wonderful garden center with great prices on plants. Everything looked vibrant and healthy. The staff was very helpful. Someone greeted me when I arrived, which was nice. She didn’t have all the answers to my questions so she was able to quickly radio someone for assistance and that staff member was able to answer all my questions.I came in just 15 minutes before closing, and yet, not once did they rush me even though we had gone 10 minutes past closing by the time I left the garden center. There are a lot of large trees on site. They had all the varieties I was looking to find. Suggestions were made to look at some mature trees at their tree farm just down the road. I’ll be heading over there this week. Overall, such a great experience! Thank you 😎

vora Mai: I give it a one star because on my way to make a purchase (2 Evolution Hydrangeas) a staff member walked right past me and HOCKED A BIG LOOGIE on the bushes next to the doors leading into the shop. He did not give two F's who saw him or heard him. Very disgusting, very disrespectful to the plants and customers. What if the customers brought his spit home from purchasing those plants??! This is unfortunate because my yard is undergoing a massive makeover, we have been planting all sorts of trees and shrubs from other garden shops and was so excited we found this one. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

I was able to grab a mini hosta I have seen no where else for under $5.00. Also found climbing Lazy Susan...do you know how hard this is to find? I will be visiting more often to see what treasures I can find! I plan to use my August Bucks to buy a Gnome I am in love with. Take your time, walk slowly, enjoy the beauty. It's like a mini botanical garden!
