Dj Geppetto: New Headaches and frustration is what you'll get. Make sure you write everything down for your apts, as they might move apts around to "help". But they don't tell you about upcoming appointment after you are there. Or even give Coutsey calls. granted they get paid upfront, to let you know your appts coming up. Doesnt seem to difficult, or that you missed an appointment even. But you'll know once you call to check for open dates, they will be chipper as ever to tell you some of the dates you already paid for were missed and they money they kept. :) have a great day!

Relieved a pain from underneath my shoulder blade that I had been dealing with for 25 years.....however, I was uncomfortable with the personal questions I was asked and being a disabled veteran, I certainly did not appreciate some comments about disabled patrons made by the owner Kyle Griggs, definitely reccomend to my Veteran brothers to go elsewhere!
Joanna Skros: I had an amazing experience at New You Oasis! I had my first professional sugar waxing done (legs) after a few DIY attempts and was a bit nervous, but Anita was awesome. We chatted through the entire thing, which made the whole experience fly by. She was also very careful to give me all the info I needed to know about post-sugar care. Will definitely be coming back!

Chelsea Young: It was cold in room, awful for a massage. They are located on a busy street and don't do a good job of noise reduction either. The two girls in the office barely spoke English, making it impossible to tell her I have fibro and don't like to be rubbed to hard. She hurt me multiple times, didn't use lotion at first until I asked, was on top of me straddling with her feet on the table to rub my back which felt so awkward..... And the location parking is a nightmare, just all in all not for me. Never again. I was not relaxed and rejuvenated after and wasted almost $100 to be rubbed down in a cold room by someone who was clearly not a professional.

Sam: First off, I have had MANY massages over the years. That is my one treat to myself every few months. I even had a Swedish massage from a Swede. I'm new to the area and have tried one other massage spa (which was good, don't get me wrong!) but decided to give Summer Spa a try since their reviews are really good. They. Deserve. Every. Dam. Star. First off, I appreciate that they took our temp upon entry because I'm not messing around with covid. That also allowed us to get massaged without having to wear masks! And the massage was the best we have ever had (we got a couples massage). They were thorough and it honestly felt like two hours instead of one. I'm not kidding, they are wonderful, kind, and talented. We've already agreed that we're making this a regular thing.

Stephanie Nixon: Be careful which masseuse you get here. One of the women is constantly pausing the massage to talk loudly on the phone, in the room. Then would walk out multiple times to help other customers. It's incredibly disruptive and rude. It seems like they should have someone answering the phone and helping incoming clients so the massage therapists can concentrate on the client they have. She also applied way to much pressure, and wouldn't respond to my requests to be more gentle. The entire time I was just waiting for it to end. The other lady is always fantastic, however. Be forewarned. I was disappointed and felt like it ruined my couple's massage with my Fiance’.
K Pruett: I've seen Hannah many times and always been treated with respect. She has needed to step away a couple of times for a call but has extended time when doing so. Never once been shorted. Hannah has listened when I needed more or less pressure because of previous or current pains. She has also assisted with stretching when I have requested it. Will continue to see.

Chaise (sorry if spelling is incorrect!) was my massage therapist and the 60 min Relaxation Massage was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Although this never concerned me, it was my first time receiving treatment from a male therapist, and I wanted to make this point if any of you ladies are hesitant with treatment from the opposite-sex; Chaise could not have been anymore courteous and comforting during the massage. Again, my experience was delightful and I will certainly be a returning customer.

Doug Fozo: Rick did a great job fixing the heater and circuit board on our tub. He even moved his schedule to fit us in earlier, since the tub was full, there was no power to it, and very cold temps were in the forecast.
Larry Arnold: The tech replaced my water pump and he was just great and very nice to talk to.
Ted Schmidt: we have a swim spa that a few yrs. old and not in good shape.These guys have been out to fix it the few time it was down over the yrs.They are very polite friendly and respectful.They try very had to get you up and running again as soon as possible..They have fixed it again and I can't wait to get in it.I will always call them for my hot tub.Easy to do business with and fair pricing.

Ryan Johnson: Bought a tube here in 2015 and had some issues with it. To be short, I think they did a fair job trying to resolve issue. Eventually, Marquis covered faulty part but I did incur expenses before it became aware of manufacture defect. Although frustrated, was pleased Marquis and Hot Tub Co did decide to replace entire electrical box. I have had no other issues with this tub other than before mentioned. Heather is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Rick Collins: Took three (3) weeks to get technician out (Rick). No problem as we weren’t in a hurry. Came to our house and told me since we drained it he couldn’t diagnose the problem. Takes very little time to fill with hose being right next to tub. Wanted to reschedule. 2 days later I asked the status and got the following message “ After talking with the owner we're going to have to pass as far as working on it. plus it's a Baja”. Not even sure why the brand matters. Asked for explanation but got no response. Had electrician in today. Diagnosed part needed within 5 minutes, problem solved and tub running great. Would not recommend this company!!!

From the first meeting in the showroom with Craig to the actual installation with Tyler and Rick today, I can't say enough good things about this company and the people working there. Their prices are competitive with anyone in the area and their products are top quality. We went with a Marquis unit based on Internet reviews and the recommendation of Craig. The features and benefits were all explained fully in the showroom while shopping, and all the chemicals, maintenance, and operation was explained in great detail today by Tyler and Rick. Communication through the whole process was extremely good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a hot tub. And just for the record, yes... the duck is free with a hot tub purchase.

Eleanor Krueper: We have been using Jason for pool repairs for the past three years. Recently this company replaced our pool liner and they did it in a timely and professional manner. After the liner was replaced they came back two days later when the pool was full and finished everything. Jason has replaced our pump and our filter over the past three years. When we had a leaking problem, he came out quickly. He also repaired our pool heater when spiderwebs caused a problem with the electronics. I would highly recommend this company.

They were able to squeeze us in as new pool owners with a last minute opening. They not only helped us open the pool, but showed us quite a bit about operating it effectively.Later on when we had some pool cover and filter issues, Jason came over himself due to the team being swamped to see what he could do. He had a new part ordered for the filter and fixed within 2 days.If you need chemicals or have questions, they will give you advice based on your pool sample if you bring some into store.If you need something for your pool from service to products, I’d highly suggest checking out Jason’s first as he and his staff are top notch.

He saw my question, reached out and was able to immediately assist us. He was able to squeeze in our service within a few hours of hearing our issue, event thought they already have a full schedule! His team came over and had our pool open so quick, everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They were able to provide the information we would need to keep our pool running all summer! Ted Wilks: My wife Laura and I went on a Saturday to look at hot tubs and met Jason...right from the start we appreciated his no pressure,friendly and knowledgeable approach...he spent over 2 hrs answering questions and explaining various details and offered us a great deal...we went back on Tuesday and 8 days later we were relaxing on our deck in our new Aspen spa...the process had a few hiccups i.e....miscommunication on actual delivery date,missing chemicals and wrong color matched stairs but,every issue was quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction.....overall, a really great experience!....we look forward to reviewing the service after the sale and the future purchases of other services Jason offers...to our delight we learned that Jason can replace our above ground pool liner...do you know how hard it is to find anyone in the michiana area that works on above ground pools????...we look forward to a long business relationship with Jason on all our pool and spa needs...we will post more reviews later....thank you Jason
