evildiesel Rink: Nice store for items needed for school projects. And looks like a teachers favorite store for teaching needs.
Mark Vititoe: The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Cool place to take kids.

I asked Ken to help me and he was very short with me and just pointed to an aisle....It was the wrong aisle. Not a great example a manager should set for his team. disappointed and probably won’t be back.

Henry Essex: Great selection of education related goods. I give the low rating because of the prices. Unless it is marked as clearance, things are pretty pricey. For example, I needed masking tape. 1.25"x60 yard All Purpose Masking Tape...$19.95?!?! Seriously, it's tape.

Tom Louiselle: A great place for everything,you need for school parties or any kind of meetings.
mintie-verse: Their art section may be small compared to the rest of the store, but it has a lot of supplies. There's also a good selection of stress toys. Love the art displayed in the arts section, but someone decided to scribble over some of the artworks, which is quite sad tbh.
Carrie Weikel: Very helpful and polite staff. I always find exactly what I need for my art supplies. Love this place.
Wendy Sibley: They're very curteous, everything that you need for art work is easy to find and the staff is very helpful. We were looking at some books and the one staff member went to look up the book, but United doesn't carry it. We thanked the young lady and cashed out.

Charlotte Walterhouse: I went in to purchase one thing. The lady checking me out asked me to download the app. It took forever and when I said I needed to go, she took my phone out of hand and told me to wait. She was extremely aggressive about getting me to download this app. I will not be returning to this Staples store for fear of running into cashier Janet again.
John Stockman: Bought an office chair but the seat holes didn't line up so it couldn't be assembled. Hauled it back to the store for an exchange. Manager, Don, said they no longer do exchanges. Don said I could do a return only and the sale price was no longer valid. Said I had to pay $25 more for the same chair.Took the refund. I'll never set foot in that place again. What a rip off. Should have known better than to buy from them. What a crock!I'd give them zero stars if I could!
Nancy: Cory in the print/copy dept. is a rock star!! He helped me print sale signs from my flash drive for our retail store…Office Depot WAS our go to place, but Cory’s customer service, positive attitude, experience and enthusiasm helped me solve problems that were not even attempted by the competitor. I’m going to have him do our store front window screens!
Alicia Manning: Jose and Mitchele are an exceptionally awesome team! They are truly assets to the Staples brand. Both are experts multi-taskers and Jose was the first to greet me as I entered the store. That was noteworthy because I walked by the asst manager and another employee twice before getting to Jose. The other two never stopped their conversation to greet a customer. Jose represented the company with real customer service and a commitment to excellence through his coaching of Mitchele and assistance to me. Thanks Jose!
Caitlin Troxel: Not everyone on staff is rude I'm sure, but there is one lady in there... Wow. Get a new job!
Karen McDowell: This location needs security cameras at the loading dock. Delivery truck driver today had electronics stolen out of the truck. $1000 gone in 5 minutes time.
jane ward: Made a trip over to staples. Hours on their Google page are different than the actual store hours. Time is money. I lost my time. Staples lost my money. Correct this problem. It's easy to edit.
Josh Crusie: This store doesn’t want your money. Price tags are all inconsistent and never match the website. Chair was marked on sale in store but was ringing up correctly and they did everything possible to not make a sale

perlaaa: Horrible service! Bought a cash card to print out something just to waste that money. The current employee that was around didn’t try to help, asked him and all he said was there was a limited time he could help me and didn’t even try to actually help me only raising his voice and getting irritated with me.
R Chest: Had a few non positive interactions with Staples over the past few years. For one thing the rewards program full of loop holes that makes it hard to figure out what to do to earn rewards and very easy to not meet qualifications and loose out. Besides that the most recent glitch was I ordered online for home delivery but I made a huge mistake and sent it to my other address - totally my fault. Literally hours after placing the order I chatted with a 'rep' who assured me they canceled the order and I even got a confirmation of the cancelation. BUT few days later I then get a delivery confirmation too and SURPRISE turns out when the first rep lies and says the order is canceled the second rep says it is UNABLED to be canceled. I could not even go thru UPS to redirect or cancel (UPS Stinks too). So not impressed with the lie - or lack of training - maybe rep was not even in the USA. Regardless 3 stars for all my listed and non listed issues over the past few years.
sas: Manager careles, horrible service, Walmart will do better. Needs a new manger team that will care about service and taking the time to look up need material for future businesses.
alex murray: Placed a order to get business cards made online. Normally they call saying they are ready. No call to tell me they are ready or that their store closes earlier than normal. Bad communication on their part. Waste of a drive for nothing.

Leanne Marcheschi: Went for push pins for a bulletin board but they do not carry them... I thought this was an office supply store? They carry push pins, but not flat thumb tacs. The customer service rep didn’t even care to help me find them and when I told him the ceiling was leaking and there was no basket underneath he acted like he didn’t care saying that it’s leaking everywhere. Then went back to sitting on a stool in the aisle playing on his phone. Went across the street and purchased what I needed at Walgreens.
Alyssa Myers (Aly): It’s a nice store with generally nice employees but most of the time they aren’t that knowledgeable. & most of the time they NEVER have what I need. Especially when it comes to toner. Every time I run out, I call they are out. Luckily Office Depot comes through, every time.

Claudiette: Store was stocked up..but manager was in a bad mood cause she had to close early.. and she was rude when i got out cause i opened the door i guess if u know u closing early because of lack of workers put a sign on the door and then close js. Other than that cashier real friendly. This was in southbend indiana on western ave.
Jean Hill: I went there today and the place was a mess. No shelves were organized. Looks like it had been hit by a tornado. Sorry to see this in our neighborhood. Management needs to hire some people to help with the shelves.
Jennifer Arevalo: Their inventory is always in boxes, but I do believe that is due to understaffing.I always go in the mornings and they are very nice and fun to talk to in terms of customer service as long as you too are nice.I would not say they have the best customer service but it is acceptable.

Robert Holmer: I am happy that this location is so close to me. The associates are friendly. The two negatives are 1.) The shelves go bare quickly, and 2.) The store is always messy.
Angel Gomez: Went there for a picture frame...got a whole lot more! Called Corporate! Manager fought with an employee while myself and at least 10 other customers were in store! I don't exactly know what it was about, b/c there was so much yelling but I witnessed employee ask a question to manager she slammed clipboard, began shouting this is my store, I make the rules etc etc then began making very inappropriate comments to employee, employee asked couldn't you just tell me your problem in private why are you making a scene. Manager slammed door, came back out with clipboard and started slamming it again and told employee to leave her store and just kept yelling at other employees after employee left the premises. Very uncomfortable to listen too, manager wanted to charge at employee 😳 b/c employee kept asking can we do this in private! Well to me manager was looking for attention and very overdramatic and hostile. Well she got attention from me and other customers we talked after and everyone's calling corporate! She may not like the attention coming to her! Always an appropriate time to deal with things, not while customers are shopping 🙄

H P: I’ve always loved this store, just the fact that everything was a dollar but because everything is a dollar, they are cheaply made and break easily and done expect them to last long.
