My son's school requested that parents bring the children's uniform shirts here to be embroidered with the school logo. Here it is the Saturday before school and no shirts!! My kindergartener starts school Monday, and I won't be able to get a picture of him in his uniform for his first day ever of school!! I am furious!! The lady tells me they will deliver them to the school when they're done and the school will understand why the children are out of uniform. I dropped off only 4 shirts 2 weeks ago!!! ONLY 4!!

Andy Wagoner: Because EmbroidMe is a locally owned business, I am hesitant to tell you to completely skip them the next time you need their services. However, my experience with them has been PRETTY PATHETIC. I came into the store 3 different times to pick up an order. Each time the order was not ready. The second time I stopped by, the man working the counter took my name and phone number. He told me that he'd call in a few days when the shirts were ready. He never called! I have some serious concerns about this company's reliability. I WAS VERY UNIMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE and would think twice before using them.

It is 3:22pm the night before our tourney and we are STILL without uniforms - He does NOT stick to promise times, has horrible customer service & WE PAID HALF DOWN as requested too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, what probably helped me choose this company the most was the initial quote that was so easy to get. Sometimes you just want a quick guestimate of the cost of something without having to speak to someone. Their online quote gave me just that! From there, I emailed them and got my order in fairly quickly. I needed the design tweaked several times and Chris was very quick to get back to me. My original estimated receipt date was 3/22 and I received them 2 weeks ahead of time. Our players loved the shirts. They looked great. They have numerous designs to choose from on their website if you don't have any idea what you want initially. I highly recommend this company!

He sent me a demo rain jacket to see in person prior to purchasing a whole team set. It was provided with a shipping label to send it back for either return or for embroidery if I liked the product. Upon seeing the jacket - I was sold that this is what I wanted. I sent it back, along with all the necessary team info for all of the embroidery details. Upon paying a placing my order, the jackets (43 of them) were ready within 2 weeks time. Elevation Sports is a company that I'd recommend to future coaches/customers. And I'd highly recommend Chris as your sales rep - he won't steer you wrong and will try to make the process as easy as possible.

Chris, one of the Sales Managers reached out and we worked our way through selecting the perfect fit for the girls. I was in a time crunch and Chris assured me he was doing everything he could to make it happen. Chris succeeded. We got our gear in today well ahead of the expected delivery date. Website is easy to navigate, easy to submit the quote, someone gets back with you asap, ordering was a breeze, the guys in the artwork department took some, not so good drawing that I submitted and turned it into exactly what we wanted, shipping was fast, items arrived in great condition and everything was just as we had agreed on. We went with some Nike Therma sweats and Therma 1/4 zip and they are badass! Highly recommend. The girls are gonna freak out! Thanks Chris and the crew at Elevation!

Nikki Shinkos: First off, let me just say the owner (Tony) is a racist bigot. He only hires white males as well, which he is very vocal about and isn't afraid to use the "N" word without hesitation. That aside, face to face customer service is non existant. My first experience with "ordering" some t-shirts was horrible. I had called during business hours and got no answer(for days mind you). Out of frustration, I looked up their site (which is ridiculously hard to navigate) and found their address. Upon reaching there, I was greeted by an unattended desk for 30 minutes. I gave up and left. The next day I tried this AGAIN.. and AGAIN I was greeted by an unattended front desk. This time I ventured around the corner to which by surprise was someone using a computer? Luckily they stopped what they were doing to help me. I asked him if the desk was just "for show" or if anyone actually works there, he had no reply for me. He then left to get the owner to which my surprise, looked completely unprofessional. He then took me on a tour of his facilities and during conversation he made the comment "No women working here, no problems." I'm sure I'm paraphrasing, but I was so shocked that anyone would say such a thing to a complete stranger. After further investigation, I found this to be a popular theme with this company amongst the community. People like this should not be allowed to do business.
