Pat McCarty: Didn't have a problem with what I was charged but have taken my machine in twice to have it serviced. Both times it was there for 3-4 weeks with no phone call. When I called them they informed me my machine was ready and had been ready for weeks and ready for pickup. Nice to know! They won't get a third chance to leave my machine sitting in the floor for weeks. I'm done.

Jodi Strukel: I took my sewing machine in which is a brother Disney embroidery machine. I am very very upset with them they have had my machine for 2-3 months no one has called except 1 time, and they still have it. I took it in for service and they said they had to replace the bobbin case and they did the service on it then told me the timing was out so they needed to contact brother to get a manual, they for one and it was not the right one.i told them their was a brother dealer in south bend, they said that they has another one coming and that is the last time i have heard anything. I dont feel that I should be charge the price that they are charging me. For one no one called me to let me know that the bobbin casing had to be replaced and the labor for that is just wrong on what they charged. I will be calling tomorrow asking for the owner of the place and see how this can be resolved. Very unhappy with them and their customer service.

I drive an hour to get to their shop. They new within minutes what was wrong with my machine and fixed it while I had lunch in town.I made another trip shortly after that and they showed me a new machine several steps up from my current one. It was my dream machine. So they ordered it for me. I pick my machine up on Tuesday and they went over the machine with me. I think I was so excited that I missed a few things so I had to go back a couple days later for help. They sat down with me and went over the machine again for about an hour and made sure I new how to get started. What amazing personal service. As long as their shop is open I will take the drive to get that kind of service. They make you feel like your their favorite customer.Oh and they have beautiful fabric you won't find in the local big box stores. I can't wait to get my hands on some of those.

Have been promised a call back and never was called back. We have left several messages on voicemail for a return call. We are still waiting for the return call for this company to make things right. Showed up with in that time frame and did the job very quickly. Part needed was in their work van and they were able to make the necessary repair to have me back up and running.
