Bill Iannuzzelli: Went in to purchase gas and put my car through the car wash. Today was a sunny day in the upper 40's and paid for my gas and car wash at the pump. Come to find out, the car wash is closed. No sign and the.young woman's attitude was.less than apologetic.

Nancy Murton: I went into the store for a Slurpee. I had my service dog with me. I carry her in a sling and she wears a working service dog vest. When I went to the register to pay, the male cashier very rudely told me, that for future reference dogs were not permitted in the store. I indicated to her vest and informed him that she was a service dog. He VERY rudely said ,”FINE.”
Lynn P.: Usually the highest in gas prices. This Speedway is in White Pigeon Michigan. Not so clean. Ever changing staff. Slurpee machines always down. If I have to shop local Shell is my goto until I see what the new Gallops store ( new building next to McDonald's)has to offer when it's finished.Don't see many improvements happening for this location. But it's in desperate need of new floors, new machines, and for safety reasons 2 - people @ night.

Victoria Davis: They are definitely selling counterfeit vapes. I will never buy another one from here. The vape tastes disgusting like chemicals, looks different than usual and doesn’t last more than 5 hours. Outrageous prices and they are fake. The security code says it’s fake when I put it into the actual cite that sells them. Buyers beware.

Brett Crowe: New owners, remodeled, clean gas station/convenience store. Most of the staff are friendly, courteous and attentive, however there is one attendant who is rude, dismissive and always on his phone and I have stood at the counter in a completely empty store waiting to be served/ acknowledge while he talked on the phone. Always ask for a receipt or you'll find a separate charge on your bank statement for $1.50 that corporate office can't explain.

Samuel Lima: The gas prices are good, but they sometimes have expired food inside. A few times, they have also typed in an amount higher than the sticker price for items, so I no longer buy things other than gas there.

It’s right off the interstate and the next closest Shell is an hour’s drive away in Goshen!The bathrooms are CLEAN and paperless!The owner is a cool dude named Arsh who was incredibly helpful for me the other day. I had locked my keys and phone in my truck and he called around for me until someone came (the Plymouth sherif) and helped me gain entry to my vehicle!Anyway I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Do yourself a favor and stop in to check out what it has to offer. They even sell fishin bait too if you’re about to hit the lake! And sometimes he even makes his own pizzas which kick those Noble Roman’s pizza’s butts!Thanks again, Arsh!

Annie Nielson: Small gas station but I had a surprisingly good experience. The bathroom was spacious, pretty clean, and had a diaper changing table. The gas price was competitive; about 15 cents lower than the ones off the main highway like Pilot. And it was right off the exit.

Liz Jones: I went to Shell gas station to get gas. I put my phone number in for my rewards and it showed that my gas was going to be $2.94 for regular unleaded. I started pumping my gas and I noticed that the total amount was way more than my vehicle usually take, so I stopped pumping. At this point my vehicle wasn’t full yet, but I realized something wasn’t right. So when the receipt came out it showed $3.69 and premium. I never use premium, because my vehicle only takes regular unleaded. And that’s what I always put in my vehicle. I spoke to someone in that night and Vicky on today. And I asked if they would review the cameras to see what happened. But the person I spoke to didn’t seen very optimistic about doing it. This will definitely be my last time using this Shell gas station. Because customer service should be their top priority.

Brianna B: I was stuck there for a little bit because I ran out of gas and while I was waiting for help, one of the gas attendants Ronda offered to give me gas money so I could get home. The attendants are very nice and the gas station itself is huge and has decent pricing.
Victor Gonzalez: Well weeks ago I went to wash my SUV through the touchless wash and it didn't wash it the way I like it. So I went back and showed my receipt to cashier and I got another wash for free but through the soft touch and my SUV came out cleaner than the touchless wash. I was happy. cause that the way, uh huh uh huh, i like it,uh huh uh huh... Thank you shells.
Bethe Bestyou: As far as the Shell gas station this is one of the biggest ones I’ve seen and it has lots of different things by a really large selection for coffee and espresso’s it’s also got a section where they make you food and then it’s got a lot of groceries in standard things you shop for the grocery store it’s very clean inside and super well organized and the ladies that I spoke with I had some questions about the area not being from here and they were very helpful polite and just pleasant to deal with in general lots of pumps outside and lots of places to park as far as the gas prices they seem lower than a few gas stations around
