Andrew: Had a delivery scheduled for a week so they had plenty of time to do some due diligence. The day of the delivery came called to see when it’ll be here and they basically said we aren’t required to pickup or call you to let you know we can’t make it. They will make you wait there all day with no heads up. The guy on the phone was disrespectful sounded like he hated his job so he was no help. By far the worst company to deal with. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! They will just disappoint you.

baremare1: Delivery was scheduled for 7/15 between 11 and 3 with a call an hour before. I call at 3:15, was told they were having trouble getting in touch with their driver and would call me when they did. 4:30 I call back, I am then told they have lost my freight and do not know where it is, it was not on the designated trailer and told me they had communicated this to me. They had not. I asked for a call when they located it. They did. It got loaded on the wrong trailer and was back at the hub. They told me they would deliver today between 11 and 3, I asked if they could shore up that time frame. I was initially told no because they did not know what their routes were going to be. I replied that they knew for sure they were coming here and why could they not build their route for the day around my delivery. I was told they could indeed do that and to expect them at 9 am. I had assistance here, called at 9:15, was THEN told I was scheduled for a 12:30 delivery. No communication, nothing. This company is a joke with communicating to a customer. If you don't care when your stuff delivers by all means use them, if you don't care about a schedule, by all means use them. If your expectation is a professional delivery, by all means, call SOMEONE ELSE. It remains to be seen if my freight will show up today. If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would. My time is valuable as is the time of the assistance I have now tried to schedule for them 3 times.....

Livin' Lear: Got a call 3/31/2021 to schedule the delivery for 4/5/2021 between 9am and 1pm. Nothing shows. I call to see what the delay is and cannot get a straight answer. Was told I'd get a call back with an answer in 15 minutes. Three hours goes by and I call again. Was told that the item isn't even out for delivery for today. When I asked when it may show up because it's a large item abs I would like to be here, was told that they'd look into it. Still no answers.

Come to find out, the product was not even in your warehouse. How do you even schedule a delivery when you don't have the product? Now I'm currently waiting on another order from Home Depot that was supposed to arrive between 9am - 1pm today. I called the dispatcher twice, and was told 2pm and then 5 pm. It is now 7pm still with no delivery. I've wasted ANOTHER day off work.

The third time supposedly my paperwork was filled out wrong and they refused my shipment. I've never had this much trouble with a trucking company. I would suggest about any other company. blu wolf: Need an opition for 0 stars. Shipped a package that's to be delivered 40 min down the road. They updated the delivery date to Monday Feb 13 then it didn't get delivered and date went back to the 14 which was the date it was suppose to start with and then it never got any further then the truck. I worked for UPS and if a driver calls off they are suppose to split all the deliveries with other drivers and they are refusing to do that. So when I file a huge claim maybe they might get it figured out

It is very clear you just need to type in the address of the recipient and drive and follow the map !!!! Fedex is a piece of garbage this is not the first time that they lost my package.

Chris Ebner: Fedex (especially this location) has caused significant harm to my business and many others in the area. We stopped using them but often have no control over how suppliers ship. If we find out something is scheduled to go through this facility we just assume it won't arrive and reorder immediately. The cost has been enormous. Large and heavy shipments have virtually 0% chance of getting delivered. I actually can't believe they still have space for all the "lost" shipments. I've heard they're piling them into unused trailers outside. Smaller shipments usually come after sitting here a couple weeks.

Andrew Butterface: I worked here a couple months ago as a loader and it sucked. The manager I had was pretty nice, but the work conditions are terrible. The trailers were filthy and so were the packages. Piles upon piles of past due or broken packages lied everywhere and the whole facility was disgusting. When working, you don't get breaks or a lunch. There are only two bathrooms with one that had a single toilet, one urinal, and was filthy. This place is a dump and I highly recommend you don't work here. The pay is not worth it.

Ashley J: I ordered a decently expensive piece of furniture and accessories. The accessories were shipped Express and made it fine and in-time. The furniture itself was shipped Ground, and, boy, was that mistake. It was stuck in a purgatory of Delays and Pending for 3 weeks. I could have driven the 30 minutes to pick it up at the hub, but I have heard that they do not allow that, holding our paid-for items hostage. Calls for assistance are directed to overseas call center people who are just as helpless as the customers in resolving the issues. I will no longer purchase items from retailers that use Fedex in any capacity. I am absolutely boycotting Fedex and letting every retailer aware of my stance. I encourage everyone else to do the same if possible and let your voices be heard.
