Castle Point Apartments: what do users think?
Rafael samara: Poor work ethic , it took 1 year to fix my dishwasher . My door to my building has been broken for 2 weeks now. They lack communication skills , and only care about Rent .
Paulette Crittenden: I’am enjoying my new apartment at Castle Point Apartments. The leasing staff, maintenance staff, and property managers are always professional and accommodating. Special thanks to Cyrus, Leasing Agent, Ms. Lorraine, Assistant Property Manager, and Frank of the Maintenance Department. Thank you for making my move as smooth as possible! Keep up the good work.
lee sing: Excelente servicio por parte de veronnika nos ayudo a conseguir exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Un lugar tranquilo , bonito ,económico y seguro .
Mohammad Ald: thank all the staff in the office for their good treatment and smile, frankly, and the apartments that I saw are beautifulThank you alots Veronnika, Lauren
Sam Daru: I love my apartment at Castle Point. I've been a resident there for a year now and just signed a new lease. Management is wonderful and they work with you. Bryan Yeske & Lorraine Cavazos are simply awesome and very accommodating!!!My apartment is very spacious and way better than the apartments I saw during my apartment hunting. The rent is very reasonable compared to most of the places I have been. The environment is safe and I have had zero issues since I moved here a year ago.
DeCarla Thompson: This is my roommates and I first time living on our own in an apartment and I have to say I’m very disappointed. Before we moved in we looked at the model, which is beautiful. I asked the leasing member if our apartment would look like the model. She assured me that it would . When I finally looked at the apartment we would move into it was not at all like the model. The kitchen was still old the ceiling in the bathroom was not really that clean. There were stains on the room in the master which looked like water damage. But we were in a rush because my roommates were starting school. Then after we moved in the place was just falling apart and u can get no help. we have had to deal with so much and we’ve only been here a short period of time. The office staff don’t seem to care about helping. It’s just a mess. Honestly makes me want to cry because we spend so much for basically a run down place in my eyes. Hope they get it together
Graham Gangloff: Castle point deserves 0 stars & a full reevaluation by their management company. Moved in may '22, had broken kitchen shelves, window screen missing (which still isn't fixed because it was approaching winter when the finally acknowledge my request. & they'll get to it in the spring) washer & dryer was broke for 6 months. Residents smoke inside without any repercussion. Took over a month to fix the dishwasher after multiple requests. Yeah it's cheap, if you don't care about quality life this is the place for you!
Randy Kehr: Cyrus went out of her way help, without a doubt a positive experience!
Gary Heard: The staff was very good and very experienced in helping us choose this place and moving in and so far it's been great the kitchens are updated and very nice the amenities are out of this world so far so good the amenities are out of this world and updated kitchens are beautiful so far so good
Jeffrey Davis: The worst place to ever live. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to animals. They don’t take any of your emergencies seriously, their work ethic is horrible and they’re very rude to you especially the leasing agents (the female one). I honestly hope you guys see this review and change your mind about moving here. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Charging over thousands of dollars to stay here but in reality it’s not worth over 750.
Asa Milan: I've lived at Castle Point Apartments for a year now and I can honestly say that I love it here. I am considering moving to a house as life moves forward, but I'm hesitant about leaving this place. While staff is limited, those who do work here are very passionate about the residents' quality of life. Dennis is an amazing maintenance technician. He genuinely cares about the work he's doing and he enjoys it. Lorraine in the office is really knowledgeable about everything that goes on here. I've only needed to come to her for something twice, and she helped me immediately.Management does everything they can to improve conditions. Units were just renovated, there's a new program to help keep the grounds clean of animal waste in addition to the doggy stations they already had, office staff directs package couriers to the Parcel Pending lockers to keep packages secure, the pest control company comes out weekly so that if you DO have a pest problem it'll get taken care of quickly, and there is a 24/7 gym as well as pool tables & air hockey tables in the community building. The apartment walls are a little thin, but I haven't lived in another apartment that was quieter than this one. Most other places I've lived the noise was much, much worse.Overall, it's a good place to live. The newer units can get a little pricey, but for the space you get, it's worth it. I was really torn between 4 and 5 stars only because of needing more maintenance technicians since there are over 700 apartments here, so smaller work orders take longer to get to, but emergencies are dealt with immediately. The other review mentioning doing "more with less" definitely applies and I agree wholeheartedly. I was going to post with the intent of 4 stars, but the more I write and reflect on how I really feel about Castle Point, the more I really think it deserves the 5 stars.
Thomas Brothers: I hate this place, such frequent house fires, horrific amount of electrical and structure issues. Just an awful place. Don’t move here.
Michael Cooksey: I have been a resident of the Castle Point Apartments for twelve years. In that time I've seen many property management companies come and go. As I was a police officer and a medic for thirty years, I have absolutely no idea what goes into making decisions regarding large apartment complexes.I'm not sure what's in store for Castle Point in the future. I am very familiar with doing more with less, as I lived it for thirty years. I see this same thing happening with the personnel at Castle Point. From the property manager down to the maintenance staff. When I see emails saying the complex office is closed due to lack of personnel. When I'm told that there are only three maintenance workers to respond to over 700 residents, I can't help but shake my head. More with less.......I want you to know that the folks you have working here at Castle Point are all very dedicated employees. Lorraine, Tommy, and Dennis are perfect examples of what I'm talking about. I'm not sure what you pay them, but I'm guessing it's not enough. They all work so hard to make sure the residents are well taken care of. How wonderful it would be if the Sinatra company would provide them the support they deserve.I realize times are hard for everyone. Times are tough for your residents as well. Every year, residents have a choice. Whether to stay, or to move somewhere else. In the recent past I have been very impressed by your on site personnel. I'm in my 60's, and am somewhat disabled. The kindness I have been shown by your people has been greatly appreciated. You have some great people working at Castle Point, and I hope the folks at Sinatra & Co realize it, and compensate them accordingly.Respectfully,Mike Cooksey
Emma Thrift: I had a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances. It was beautiful and modern! There were a few main downsides I did not love: had to walk to 3 other buildings to get laundry done because the washers and dryers do not work. I had the balmoral unit (700 SQ ft) and my highest utility bill for electricity was $150 in the winter, due to the large uninsulated back doors. In the summer, it was about $70. I also had mice, and had caught 6 before moving out. Lastly, there seemed to be a lot of issues with the water lines, and the water had to be shut off for many hours about three times I'm the year I spent there. The maintenance takes many weeks to fix any issues, and I had no dish washer for 2 weeks. The workers there are very nice and helpful.
Sherri Johnson: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It’s becoming a dump!! I moved in here in August 2019. When I went to sign my lease they told me the one bedroom apartment I was gonna have had flooded the night before. So they put me in a two bedroom and told me as long as I stayed there I would always pay the one bedroom rate. Then when renewing my lease in 2021 they had new owners and office staff. They raised my rent from 845 to 915 stating that they would not honor the original agreement because it was not in the lease. Then when I received the new lease starting August 2022 they raised the rent to 1,170. Even my newly renovated apartment was not worth 1,170. The air conditioner flooded the 2nd bedroom twice, the water heater went out 3 times, and the brand new stove would not work due to the old electric box. I moved out July 31, 2022 and today is September 7, 2022 and I’m still waiting on my deposit refund. I have left multiple voice mails with leasing agents and Brian the property manager and they will not return my calls. I gave them one star because zero was not an option. Also, the electric runs around $240.00 in the winter. I have a lot more I can say about this dump but I’m just gonna leave it at this for now. I’m gonna attach a picture of the bathroom vanity in my newly renovated apartment. After complaining for months they did finally change it.
Note Shira: TERRIBLE.1. They paint over mold2. They don't clean their floors after a fire3. The only good thing about them is they have 1 good maintenance person4. They take FOREVER to fix issues, and when they finally get to it, it is poorly done and sometimes they never fix the issues at all.It seems like they don't care about their residents at all and they charge an intense amount of money for renting. On their website, they have something where it says they have newly renovated apartments, but they did not fix wiring or get rid of the mold problem. For looking to get an apartment, I highly do not recommend Castle Point.
amr invest solutions: Melissa is the worst manager in Indiana she don't know how speak with the costumer's
Tonguc Oztek: Shady shady shady. What others said about this place was true. Avoid even thinking about this place unless you have $400 to give them and forget about it. My partner applied for an apartment and was denied due to insufficient income, but he makes 3x the rent. We realized that they scam applicants by taking exorbitant application fees and denying. $90 for a background check, that's okay, but what is the additional admin fee of $300? Is it to "look" at an electronic application? I will be letting everyone looking for an apartment know about this place so they can keep their $400. Bottom line: Avoid this place.
Emily Soderman: Really poor. Terrible maintenance that is very hard to get help from. Landscaping is horrible and they only do the part of the complex facing the street. All the amenities are overrun by unsupervised kids. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Tamara King: Helpful was abound to get us in very quickly! My job related me quickly and Castle Point put us into our apartment same week! Beautiful, clean and pet friendly!
Yasmine Miller: Bryan will make sure everything is comfortable and safe for you and your family . He is the best property manager I’ve had and I couldn’t thank him enough for going above and beyond .

Indian Springs Apartments: what do users think?
Lesa Murray: Indian Springs has been so good to me. Ron always fixes things for me, maintenance is top notch here. I have carport that is close to my apartment. I don't ever want to move!
Charlene Johnson: I love my apartment and the girls in the office. Jasmine and Shadow have been helping me for years. I enjoy sitting on my patio and listening to music. Indian Springs has really gotten better recently. Maintenance keeps the place clean and things in my apartment working properly.
Jennifervb 4, vbg22yt Mccarty: Kasey in the office was super friendly and helpful! Our move in went smooth , the apartment is nice and spacious and clean.
delphine gafilta: I have been living here for almost 20 years and I Love it. We just need to get some charcoal grills out here. They keep up the property and very friendly staff and maintenance workers. What's not to love in the Springs🧡🌹🧡
mary hicks: I love it here at Indian Springs. I love my apartment the best thing is my little nook in the kitchen along with the washer and dryer that comes with my unit. I love my central air. The staff is super friendly and Cassie and Kasey always help me with whatever I need. I couldn't ask for a better place.
Randi Arm: I lived here when they were first built...1972. I have always liked this place...the grounds are clean, the apartments are nice size. I love my one bedroom as it offers an open floor plan, people have often said my apartment looks as if it is larger than the other ones like mine, but it's not...added bonuses are the washer and dryer in each unit and heat is paid, also the office staff is helpful and friendly, if I put in a work order, (which I don't have to do often), maintenance is right on it.Downfalls are at times, can be noisy, and they recently said we could not have grills. These are apartments...if you are considering any apartment complex you have to expect noise.
Connie Crayton: The management is superb. The grounds are kept beautifully and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also, work orders are completed promptly.
Chelsea Cauffman: Management and staff are awful. I was told I can end my lease early. This is due to several shootings right outside of my apartment, when I talked to staff in the office about it I was screamed at and told if I don't feel comfortable I can leave. Corporate reviewed the call and allowed me to end my lease when I found a place to go. When I found a place office told me that deal was off the table, for no reason at all. Every time I left a message at the office I am not called back. I have went nights where maintenance would not answer my calls with no hot water. I had friends who rented here that was allowed to end their lease to due a major mold problem. This place is overpriced for the poor service and environment you will get.
Tyleana Hoffer: I got my first apartment here and have been here for a year and a half and have no complaints! The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and kind and always come within 24 hours of me calling. I love the property managers and women in the office. The grounds are always clean and I love the family friendly environment. Any troublesome tenants are removed and I am very comfortable living here on my own. The only issue I had was one of the maintenance trucks backing into my vehicle while I was on vacation, and I was refused any compensation to fix the damages.
Patrice Roston: I love my apartment and the community. The grounds are well taken care of and the maintenance are on it. I love how they send reminders because being honest I have a bad memory. Those reminders help a lot. Indian Springs office staff are doing a very good job at taking care of our community.
Renee Pedraza: I just want to apologize to Shadow and all the team April and I really appreciate everything you guys have done for us,the review I wrote was wrong of me I do like this area and our apartment I thank you guys all from the bottom of my heart for all the help and love you guys have shown us both God bless you all and Thank you April and Rene Pedraza
Rainbow: They have my $100 hold fee and won't send it back after turning me down on false information they received and I proved it they told me to reapply in 30 days smh so sad how crooked they are.
Jazmine Hunter: 09/05/2022 I came to visit the Indian springs gated park. I have a 23 month old baby. The park had several shards of glass on the ground near the slide, inappropriate spray painted graphics on the balance beam, and most importantly the park had no gated door to the park entrance; which is located near the street. I fear for resident's children who actually live there. The complex was recently renovated. The new property manager should really take the time to invest in the safety for our children.
Amelia: Great place to live!! Staff is amazing! Place is clean and friendly
Lauren Astudillo: Office staff are so friendly!
Kyle Ballge: Kasey was amazing with the process of getting approved and answering all the questions in a timely manner, we are excited to move in on the first.
Noelle Martin: They’re very professional and friendly with everything. They make you feel welcome and at home. They answer all your questions and I definitely enjoy my experience talking to them!
Emily Parmelee: My boyfriend and I are moving in next week and Kasey has been super helpful and timely with answering our millions of questions lol.
john okey Anyanwu: Their customer service is top notch, next to none. You literally feel at home.
Alec Franciscotty: Just moved in a week ago. I didn’t research where I was moving at first and seems like this place used to have problems but the staff is trying to fix it now. They said the people causing problems have been evicted. One of my coworkers has lived here for a year and said she’s never had problems with any of the neighbors or workers here. My apartment inspection was four days late. The kitchen light and two outlets stopped working but they were understanding and said things would still be taken care of 🙏.
Blaze Shepard: Easy move in process thank you Cassie!
