They cut the hose back and said the issue was resolved. After running the washer for the first time, we found it was having the same issues and was still broken. The company charged us $80 to look at the wash machine and booked. Unresponsive for close to a month. We have been, and continue try to contact this company. Have been promised a call back and never was called back. We have left several messages on voicemail for a return call. We are still waiting for the return call for this company to make things right. Showed up with in that time frame and did the job very quickly. Part needed was in their work van and they were able to make the necessary repair to have me back up and running.
