Daniel Englehart: Professional & caring techs. They tried everything within their power to minimize any inconvenience.Techs explained procedure in great detail. As for the group responsible for interpreting the results, they are either greatly understaffed or just plain don’t understand the needs of patients getting results in a timely manner. MRI’s, Xrays, CT’s & etc are interpreted in hospitals within an hour sometimes minutes. Absolutely no reason that a patient must wait 2 weeks. I expected more effeicient services from our local hospital.

Michael Wraight: It's not a 5 star hotel or resort - so don't expect it to resemble one. It's a medical facility. They got me in early because of a cancelation. They were professional and polite.Unless you want sugar upon sugar for breakfast, I recommend you bring your own or go out. You'll be getting an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin. Not a deal breaker as I wasn't there for the food.I felt like I was in capable hands.

Andrew Allison: Terrible service, went there for a scheduled appointment. And they told me I wasn't on their list of appointments. They asked me to produce the letter confirming my appointment, (which I wasn't told to bring). However I was able to pull up a photo of the letter showing the correct appointment time. And the person at the front desk said it didn't matter there was nothing he could do. "We're just the night crew". I asked if this happened a lot, the guy behind the desk says, "Ya, quite a bit". Nice to know that Memorial cares so much about their patients they can't even manage to figure out their schedule. Thanks for wasting my time.

DeAnna Ham: Horrible!!!! I came there for my scheduled appointment I had to wait 2 freaking months for and they said they didn't have me down for an appointment. I have been waiting forever for a new cpap and I have narcolepsy and they're going to make me wait, meanwhile I cannot function in society?! Screw this place

Arlene: My husband had a total knee replacement with an overnight stay. As an R.N., I was thoroughly impressed with his care. All staff, from the nurses, to aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietary and even maintenance were compassionate and caring to both me and my husband. They were knowledgeable in all procedures and provided instructions and education throughout his stay to promote healing. This was an incredible experience, and I am thankful for the wonderful care!

Everyone we encountered were so nice and always wanted to make sure we didn't need anything. They were all great team players and helped each other. I would 100% recommend Unity for your surgical needs.

Felicia Outlaw: My Aunt had surgery at Unity on Wednesday March 30 th 2022, she was sent home the following day WITHOUT a walker or the proper instructions on what to do afterwards. Needless to say she was in so much pain she had to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital on Friday morning. I spoke with a nurse who told me my Aunt was told what to do but she must have forgot the at home instructions which was a lie. I’m extremely not happy with the care we were given

Gayle Wilson: UPDATE: Soooo....after my sister's procedure, that same nurse mentioned below was absolutely wonderful, caring, considerate, & helpful. Like I said, maybe it was just a bad morning start...which is why I didn't "say" anything. I had to come back & let anyone reading know that the Unity Medical experience ended up being stellar..and I appreciated all of the staff.My sister is having a procedure done. Pre-surgery only allows one person in with the patient & her son is with her. The front desk person said it would only be a minute. I knew my nephew wouldn’t mind switching with me, so I could briefly see his mom. After ten minutes, I called him to see what was the hold up…..unfortunately no one ever told him that I was here waiting. Okay….no problem, stuff happens. Once I got in her room, I began talking with my sis, but when the nurses began coming back & forth….I moved next to the chair. A nurse said I could sit down, but I remained standing, since it was just suggestion. She said it a second time…. Then a third time…. Now mind you….I am taking up the same amount of space whether standing or sitting.. actually probably less in standing mode.Next, the nurse said (in a stern voice) something like: “Since the computer is down, we have to get you started with your paperwork. We need to do right now”. The way she articulated it, almost sounded like “we” had been holding things up. My sister responded: “Okay, that’s fine…just let me know”. At that point, I told my sister I was praying for her and left. This whole scenario in my sister’s room took about 3-4 minutes…it was very quick, but make no mistake about it, the nurse was extraordinarily rude…. PERIOD. Maybe the computer issues were the reason or she overslept & was unable to get her Starbucks or maybe she wasn’t feeling well…WHO KNOWS?? Nonetheless, it was 6:50am in a patient’s room who was about to have surgery….and NOBODY NEEDED THE FUNKY ATTITUDE received from “that nurse” and I wanted to share this unfortunate & unnecessary encounter at Unity….which was my first & hopefully last time there.

Addie Minnich: Amazing staff! Felt like one of the family! I was only alone during the whole procedure for maybe 10 minutes. Even had a nurse sit with me in recovery and keep me company. Cannot say enough great things!

Heather Mae H: From the ladies at check in to my pre op nurse Linda, post op Melissa and anesthesiologist Steve, to Doctor Phiefer, and all other staff, they were all absolutely wonderful. I was extremely nervous for my surgery but they all made me feel comfortable and called to check on me days after. I'd recommend Unity for sure!

Savannah MissJavelin: Wow i dont even know where to begin! Im so incredibly happy with my first time at Unity. For reference, i have a lot of chronic health conditions, one of which is anemia. I also have had mixed experiences of good and bad at other hospitals in the area, and my doctor scheduled me at Unity for the first time today to try. I was immediately greeted by the most wonderful, sweet and friendly staff when i arrived. The registration lady was just the nicest. The woman who covid tested me was so so gentle and understanding and patient with me, as i explained to her that my last covid test was done very rough. She was amazing and did the test as quick and painless as possible all while being so understanding of my anxiety. Then once i went up into a room, (a very nice, clean, big, comfortable room all to myself!) i met the hospitalist, (Dr. Patel) who was just SO kind. He had a very wonderful bedside manner and was so easy to talk to. And then.. I got my RN. Her name was Sara. I have had really bad experiences Before with nurses at other hospitals, and i was very nervous going into a hospital where i hadnt been and getting a new nurse.. But Sara was a GODSEND! She was SO caring and SO understanding of my past experiences and SO willing to listen to my needs and worries and ease my anxieties. She was easily hands down the best nurse i have ever had. I cant even begin to thank her enough, as well as the rest of the incredible staff, for how amazing they treated me. I HIGHLY reccomend this hospital, and i absolutely will be choosing them for all future care!!
