Rannesh Jansari: A total waste of money. Was recommended by netsuite to use for implementation. We ended up paying more to another provider to fix all their errors. I would not recommend. We reported to netsuite who confirmed their standard was below their quality levels. Their communication was also very poor.
Racquel Gregory: Always ready and willing to help! Great feedback and best practices. Very responsive to all our needs and helped make the process as smooth as possible. We loved working with Paapri and still do today!
Abode Group: We worked with Paapri to bring our ERP implementation live, and have continued to work with them after to develop new features and customizations. It's been almost a year now since our initial partnership, and we have to say that their service and response times are amazing + the pricing is also very reasonable

Michael Justinger: 1. Love the customer service responses to my questions or issues. No long wait times on hold and I've never had a situation where they couldn't resolve my problem or question.2. Just switched to the cloud version. It's $100 more a month, buta. let's me access IMS from any computer. That's especially convenient with thecurrent Pandemic situation and working at home.b. I no longer need a back up system to save my IMS records and/or files. Xanatektakes that off my shoulders.3. The program is very User friendly.4. I love the fact I can move emails right to notes by drag and drop. In this day and agewhen customer emails are prevalent, it's so important to notate that correspondence.5. Texting from IMS. No need to use your personal phone to send a customer a textmessage. IMS does that for you, then keeps it as a note.We've been with Xanatek a long time. There's good reason for that.
John Leonard: I think the bang for your buck is really there with IMS4 and the support from Xanatek has been great all along.
Crouse Auto Body: You always follow up on calls or changes and check in regularly to see if we need any assistance. It's very much appreciated as I can't remember to do everything!
Joanne Lemelin: The Xanatek product itself is very easy to use, however if we do need assistance, our call is answered promptly by a real person. All the people I have worked with are very friendly and helpful. If they aren't able to explain or fix something immediately, they always get back to us in a timely manner.
Kim Praefke: Whenever we have needed to start new staff or refresh our knowledge of the systems abilities Xanatek is always there to help. We can talk to a live person that can walk us through what ever our need is. They take as much time as needed and answer every question even if its multiple times. They are always professional and friendly.

MIke Smale: We appreciate the support we receive. There is not a perfect program out there when you are dealing with a two person agency and 100 person agency. Other than accounting we feel the system takes care of 90% of our needs in an efficient manner.

Will McEuen: The system works well overall and is better than the qq catalyst I have used in the past. I would love to see a report option that places my households on google maps so I can see how my marketing efforts look according to zip codes and postal routes. I spend about $800-$1000 each week on every door direct marketing and it would help so much to see what results look like geographically.
