Chelsea Young: It was cold in room, awful for a massage. They are located on a busy street and don't do a good job of noise reduction either. The two girls in the office barely spoke English, making it impossible to tell her I have fibro and don't like to be rubbed to hard. She hurt me multiple times, didn't use lotion at first until I asked, was on top of me straddling with her feet on the table to rub my back which felt so awkward..... And the location parking is a nightmare, just all in all not for me. Never again. I was not relaxed and rejuvenated after and wasted almost $100 to be rubbed down in a cold room by someone who was clearly not a professional.

I had a tech that after telling her avoid 1 finger she left me to service someone else. Then the tech working on my husband had to hurry his to finish mine. . .

Sam: First off, I have had MANY massages over the years. That is my one treat to myself every few months. I even had a Swedish massage from a Swede. I'm new to the area and have tried one other massage spa (which was good, don't get me wrong!) but decided to give Summer Spa a try since their reviews are really good. They. Deserve. Every. Dam. Star. First off, I appreciate that they took our temp upon entry because I'm not messing around with covid. That also allowed us to get massaged without having to wear masks! And the massage was the best we have ever had (we got a couples massage). They were thorough and it honestly felt like two hours instead of one. I'm not kidding, they are wonderful, kind, and talented. We've already agreed that we're making this a regular thing.

Stephanie Nixon: Be careful which masseuse you get here. One of the women is constantly pausing the massage to talk loudly on the phone, in the room. Then would walk out multiple times to help other customers. It's incredibly disruptive and rude. It seems like they should have someone answering the phone and helping incoming clients so the massage therapists can concentrate on the client they have. She also applied way to much pressure, and wouldn't respond to my requests to be more gentle. The entire time I was just waiting for it to end. The other lady is always fantastic, however. Be forewarned. I was disappointed and felt like it ruined my couple's massage with my Fiance’.
K Pruett: I've seen Hannah many times and always been treated with respect. She has needed to step away a couple of times for a call but has extended time when doing so. Never once been shorted. Hannah has listened when I needed more or less pressure because of previous or current pains. She has also assisted with stretching when I have requested it. Will continue to see.

Dj Geppetto: New Headaches and frustration is what you'll get. Make sure you write everything down for your apts, as they might move apts around to "help". But they don't tell you about upcoming appointment after you are there. Or even give Coutsey calls. granted they get paid upfront, to let you know your appts coming up. Doesnt seem to difficult, or that you missed an appointment even. But you'll know once you call to check for open dates, they will be chipper as ever to tell you some of the dates you already paid for were missed and they money they kept. :) have a great day!

Although I am super proud of myself, I DEFINITELY couldn’t have done it without her.My Above and Beyond:On top of Wipes given to clean before (of course those are a staple), I super appreciate the clean up after! I always used to be given some grape-seed oil on a cotton ball and a wipe at a previous spa- and I always still felt sticky after and worried about sticking to my clothes. Relieved a pain from underneath my shoulder blade that I had been dealing with for 25 years.....however, I was uncomfortable with the personal questions I was asked and being a disabled veteran, I certainly did not appreciate some comments about disabled patrons made by the owner Kyle Griggs, definitely reccomend to my Veteran brothers to go elsewhere!
Joanna Skros: I had an amazing experience at New You Oasis! I had my first professional sugar waxing done (legs) after a few DIY attempts and was a bit nervous, but Anita was awesome. We chatted through the entire thing, which made the whole experience fly by. She was also very careful to give me all the info I needed to know about post-sugar care. Will definitely be coming back!

John: Wow, for my first time ever I can say I feel very relaxed.It was very clean, the women are very nice and it was by far the best massage experience. I came out feeling like a new man, all the areas of pain I was in before are all gone, thank you.

I paid $120 (credit card precessor was down so I had to run to the bank to get cash and come back) for a 90 min massage, after an hour, I was asked to speak to someone who spoke English on the phone during my massage. The lady on the phone told me they had to end my session early for another client. Now mind you before I came they said Walk-in were accepted. They ended my session early gave me back $50 and told me to come back tomorrow for 30 mins free.Came back the next day, this time I called to make sure I had an appointment and the lady on the phone said sure go there now she is available. So I go there and get the same lady who did my massage yesterday only to find out they only have me 10 mins free and that I actually needed to pay $40 for a 30 min foot massage. Needless to say I just walked out and took my money elsewhere.I will never do business with thia establishment again they are very unprofessional and did not meet my expectations.
Terry Lechlitner: Polite staff spoke very little English which is no big deal to me. Little bitty woman but got my lower back and thoracic spine area in order to where I can walk without pain. They were happy to see me I have a feeling that they don't get very much business because of past reputation it's not the same owners. Nonetheless she did her job and did it well was polite and respectful if the problem persists I definitely will go back again

Dave Barkley: I went in a week ago in bad shape. My neck left shoulder and arm was tight and full of knots. I pointed that out to Lucy and she went to work. It hurt at times, but I came out feeling a lot better and was able to move normal. I’m still feeling okay a week later but stress is causing my upper back to tighten up again.

They have signs on the walls and the manager pointed it out to me the first time I was here. " No touch girls! Good girls! Not going to prison for a few dollars". I agreed and we get along fine ever since. Very good massage, give tip and get a cold bottle of water. I go back every week.
