JENNIFER VAN DOREN: This company has been doing our embroidery on our work shirts for awhile. I thought we had a good report. I took in our logo to be put on the shirts. Sadly,the shirts had huge stitching on them which made them look very unprofessional and stupid. She said that she increased the letter size because many companies like it larger for advertisement. Even thought the size we have been using as long as they've been done by her have been less than half the size of the new stitching. The employees names on the right side of the shirt were off center. If all this were on the back of the shirts and printed instead of stitched it may look alright, but not on the front of shirts that are stitched. She refused to refund. She lost a customer that spent several hundred dollars a year.Pam, to answer your request to make things right. Yes, if you will replace the shirts, I will give it another try, but you told me a firm "NO".
Ryan Yazel: They haven't had the best price quotes out of the gate and I haven't been thrilled with their initial art representations of our ideas, but they have always worked with me all the way to the end to get things right. I've had positive experiences each time so far.
Richard Gosbin: Seeing what the previous lady wrote I find it hard to believe that she is objective with her claims. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the work that comes from Access Imprinted Sportswear. Most companies won't embroider on a customer supplied garment since they get cheated out of the profit on the garment itself. Some people expect the world and expect it with minimal outlay on their part. If you want a BMW you don't get to take your own parts to the factory for assembly. Access Imprinted Sportswear has been in business for over 25 years that I know of and the products I have gotten there have been top grade. My teams have never had issues there.

Honestly, what probably helped me choose this company the most was the initial quote that was so easy to get. Sometimes you just want a quick guestimate of the cost of something without having to speak to someone. Their online quote gave me just that! From there, I emailed them and got my order in fairly quickly. I needed the design tweaked several times and Chris was very quick to get back to me. My original estimated receipt date was 3/22 and I received them 2 weeks ahead of time. Our players loved the shirts. They looked great. They have numerous designs to choose from on their website if you don't have any idea what you want initially. I highly recommend this company!

Ryan Yaniak: I used Elevation Sports to order rain jackets for the soccer team at my school. Chris Williams from Elevation sports was a huge help throughout this entire process. He sent me a demo rain jacket to see in person prior to purchasing a whole team set. It was provided with a shipping label to send it back for either return or for embroidery if I liked the product. Upon seeing the jacket - I was sold that this is what I wanted. I sent it back, along with all the necessary team info for all of the embroidery details. Upon paying a placing my order, the jackets (43 of them) were ready within 2 weeks time. Elevation Sports is a company that I'd recommend to future coaches/customers. And I'd highly recommend Chris as your sales rep - he won't steer you wrong and will try to make the process as easy as possible.
David McCutcheon: Needed some sweats made up for a girls basketball team. We were already a bit into the season so I was needing these things asap. Chris, one of the Sales Managers reached out and we worked our way through selecting the perfect fit for the girls. I was in a time crunch and Chris assured me he was doing everything he could to make it happen. Chris succeeded. We got our gear in today well ahead of the expected delivery date. Website is easy to navigate, easy to submit the quote, someone gets back with you asap, ordering was a breeze, the guys in the artwork department took some, not so good drawing that I submitted and turned it into exactly what we wanted, shipping was fast, items arrived in great condition and everything was just as we had agreed on. We went with some Nike Therma sweats and Therma 1/4 zip and they are badass! Highly recommend. The girls are gonna freak out! Thanks Chris and the crew at Elevation!

James Jackson: I spent time trying to find lap siding to replace a few boards on my house. After talking with big box companies a local lumber company suggested that I contact K-Wood. I am glad that I did. They were very responsive and had the siding in their show room by the time I got there.they were most helpful and even helped me load my suv. I am very impressed with there assistance and service. A true “diamond in the rough.” Their attention to the customer is outstanding. I will contact them for my next purchase. I highly recommend them.

However, given a choice, I will always deal with K-Wood!I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. This place is a gold mine to me. Anything I need, they can get it. Any question I have, they can answer it and throw ideas at me as well for things I didn't consider. It's to a point now where they know what I want or need even before I do!You don't get personalized service at the big stores- no immediately asking to help you, and in the big stores, you are dealing with a lot of clueless people that work there, and even though they might have been in a department a long time, they can still not know what they are talking about and are offended if you question their views- based on making sales.K-Wood's goal is quite obviously to please the customer, first and foremost. There's been more than once occasion where they could have sold me higher priced items and I would have been clueless, but they sold me what I needed instead. That says a lot about this friendly group of people, all hard working and aiming to please.I will always deal with local businesses before the chain stores if I can. I need them and they need the customers to support them so they will always be there for me.I appreciate them and their patience with me- all of them!

Glennon Schaffner: During the epidemic my friend and I set out to transform a shed on his property into a fully functioning sauna. We defined the concept and started collecting materials. When it came time to source the heart wood, vertical grain, clear cedar t&g and beveled siding there was none to be had. We looked everywhere from Chicago to Michigan City and no one could get what we wanted. Until K-Wood! I stumbled across them on google and with in 24 hours of my first call they had sourced and priced my take off. The following week they delivered (and helped unload!!) the entire interior cedar order!
